Honestly, this new app gives me a hard time how to use. The old version is way easy to use than this. But showing a transfer choices of TRA is a plus for this app, other than that is quite difficult to learn if you area new user 😅. Make it simple just like the old one.

BAD. The app is very bad in comparison to other services in Taiwan. There's an issue with international people making an account. The app won't accept Passport number or ARC card number. We can't download the ticket later because we don't have an account. I hope developer will look into this.

It works ok, but you should be able to have multiple tickets on the same phone. Traveling with my family I split the ticket for four people and downloaded one, only to learn I have to collect the other three tickets.

old app was way better, yet I'm forced to upgrade :(. update: This continues to be a terrible app. currently it doesnt even get the times the trains are leaving correct. Again it replaced a perfectly wonderful app. Discontinue this and bring it back.

I wish I could give this app zero stars, it's garbage and reflects racist policy at the TRA. It forces foreigners to use passport numbers instead of valid ARC and APRC numbers, against government regulations. It also does not allow foreigners to create an account. This is disgusting and an embarrassment to Taiwan. It's also just a terrible app, very poorly designed. It's insanely difficult to transfer tickets between users. It should be rebuilt from scratch and the developer should be fired.

I like the app! The booking process has been designed as self explanatory and intuitive. The english translation is excellent as well.

The app would be good IF ONLY it allowed foreigners with ARC or passport number to join and use the service. It makes no sense to translate the app into English and then stopping non standard taiwan IDs from joining.

This app doesn't make any type of sense, the previous app that 台鐵 made was a lot more functional and intuitive, this one is a big mess and I dread using it.

Finally there are etickets, and the transfer function is useful, but the UI is the worst I've ever seen

I cannot install this app. The website is catastrophic too. Everything is easy in Taiwan but train booking! Please improve that!
