After the most recent update, if I hit the home button it no longer takes me to the main home screen. It now tries to force me to use this app, that I never asked for. All I want when I hit home is to go back to the screen with the time, phone, texts etc.

When driving Android Auto knows where I am, but when you ask Google "What town am I in?" It responds with my home town regardless of where I am. We have been asking for a fix for a while. When will it be fixed. It seems to happen with the S21 ultra and not my old S8.

My phone just updated not too long ago. Both my mp3 player app and YouTube no longer work properly. Youtube has the most annoying issues now. Whenever I open the app, it sits there unresponsive for a good minute, and the app suddenly stops playing audio from videos when I turn off my phone screen or switch apps; which is both annoying since I pay for premium, and also the very same issue my mp3 player app has. My walks are agonizing now! Fix this! (By the way, my apps don't self update.)

CONSTANT ERROR MESSAGE : UI SYSTEM FAILURE WHICH SHUTS DOWN PHONE OPERATION CONSTANTLY Don't know when where how it got in my phone I can't uninstall it and ever since then text messages don't clean when they're supposed to or I can send them and people may or may not get them the same thing with phone calls it overheat it does pretty much whatever I want whenever I want and I can't seem to fix it also I get a constant message saying I have a UI system failure I wonder what that is

The latest update changed my keyboard and now trying to type results in animations that make me sick and there is no options to turn them off without having to turn on a full system accesibility feature that *breaks* multiple app functions or turn off functions I rely heavily on. This is *very* unfriendly design for anyone with vision or motion sensitivity issues.

You shouldn't have removed the feature that allowed users to access random app's settings (storage, notifications, permissions and etc.) from the home screen. Now I have to open phone settings, enter the Apps tab, then wait for all apps to appear, search for the relevant app, and finally open the app's system settings. Why do you remove good features from your apps, Samsung: video downloader in Samsung Internet, ability to see video play order while watching a video, the aforementioned function?

Always getting worse , you are doing a horrible job. Why i cant move an app to a folder by scrolling right one screen instead of going back 10 screens?? Why cant i just select an app or more and then go to a folder and place them with on click, i have to open folder first and the scroll a million app even those in other folders. Horrible and sucks

It is why batterie only last for an hour. Why it keeps going to pages I never heard of. I waiting on a galaxy A21. The reviews were excellent. Look and found out the good things and bad things about it on U Tube and other technology reviews for the price $165 which in included the convenience of keeping the same phone number. The price was in range for a 63 year old man thats at an assisted living. Didn't want Samsung. Cause Sam's aren't to me as good as you were. Shame on u Samsung 😴

There is a problem with the widgets, basically I don't want the music widget to show in the lock screen bc the music pauses when I have in my pocket. And even when I have it turned off in the settings keeps appearing.

Always crashing and freezing up my other apps. Especially my phone app. Can't see who's calling and can take up to 5 minutes to call them back.
