I've had a good experience so far with TotalAV, would recommend! Initially saw the service in an ad and claimed the trial offer for its VPN and Breach update features. I forgot to cancel I was charged a price which I thought was a bit too costly, I attempted to cancel, I was offered a lower cost, which is good for it's features. Previously I have stopped and renewed subscription without a problem. My only suggestion is to keep the breaches section updated! A much Appreciated Service TotalAV!

Great product,nothing on my phone and my computer has been excellent, virus and malware wise!But I didnt get my 30 day notification that it would be expiring!And I got a message saying it was $89.95! I only paid 49.50,the first year!They made it right! I havent used, nor did they tell me about the VPN option,so I guess I'll look into that,after Lewgling up Total AV!And I think their adblocker should be part of their package,since head to head in virus protection,they=to competion! They go ahead!

I won't throw good money away on this garbage again. I got Total AV for my elderly parents who don't like complicated & all they got is complicated, we got the 1 with 5 licenses to cover their 2 laptops & 3 mobile devices but it won't allow us to install on more than 1 mobile device & 1 laptop, despite multiple attempts it tells us "user not found" or it tells us all licenses are assigned... total complete waste of money, I don't have these problems with Norton or Kaspersky!!!

Very happy with this company when i was in lock down and unable to work, they refunded my payment and we're very helpful, so as soon as my circumstances changed, i resigned with them as i find their app one of the best and most reliable on tne market, and you only have to pay for what you can afford, im a really satisfied customer and will always recommend them.

I just got this app but after reading all the reviews I have to admit that I'm very nervous and suspicious about it will update in a couple of weeks. Also I thought this was a one time charge but I guess it is monthly but as long as it does what it is supposed to $3 a month isn't a bad price. I've had the app. for a little while now and so far I'm completely happy with it so I'm changing my rating to 5 stars.

Liars They will rip you off! Will charge you close to $9 per month and it's impossible to cancel. I sent several emails to ask them to cancel my subscription and they still keep charging and emailing me if I'm sure. I am damn sure I want to cancel if I already sent the cancelation twice! Now I need to cancel my credit card.

Loved it more before the update and the tune-up feature disappeared on the mobile app. I used that often. Why do away with such a useful feature???!!! Advertising not completely true if you can't follow through on all devices.

Total AV is a rip off it starts off at a low price and then it charges you a ton of money for everything else!! And it's not even for a whole year what a rip off. I should have been beware. Never download a app at night.

Use it everyday to optimize & check for viruses, clean it duplicate photos & check Wifi security as well as breaches. Good value & easy to use.☺️ However, in the last several weeks I noticed that the clean duplicate photos option has been eliminated. I miss that feature.

Runs quietly by itself, scans every app on the phone. Can also do a manual scan with just a click. TotalAV is a must have on cell phones.
