The keto diet (also known as a ketogenic diet, low carb diet and LCHF diet) is a low carbohydrate, high-fat diet. Maintaining a low carb diet is great for weight loss.     So far, this is the best food tracking app I've used. I've been doing Keto for almost a year. I like that you can scan barcodes. Download, Download, download! Best app ever!

    This is great, when it works. It takes forever to load. I can eat a full meal and still not get the app to load to track the meal. Very frustrating.

    I've tried 5 Keto logging apps. This is the best one. Even better then the paid apps that I tried. AND THEY LISTEN! I found a bug in the bar code reader that made the app almost non-useable. Their support team worked with me until they could duplicate the bug. Then they promised they would investigate and fix it in two week. AND THEY DID! The only reason I reported the bug instead of changing apps was because I already really liked this one. If not, it would not have been worth my time.

    Very good app. I love that I can add my own recipes and foods. But I don't see how I can add these to my favorites.

    Well I have heard so much about this Keto diet I wanted to give it a go for 2020. I downloaded the app and started using it. Then I decided to get the meal planner, as if I can be fed recipes that makes it easier, but there was a small issue that arose with the billing email field. I contacted the help, and within minutes I was communicating with a person. They un-hid the field so I could enter my email, they really want it to be auto-filled, and was then able to get signed up, thank you.

    Hate this! It wants all my info BEFORE it let's me even see whether this is something I want or if it even works!! I get sooo much damned spam now. I don't need yet another source of spam. It might be a great app but it's more likely to be yet another info-stealing, privacy-violating dumb, doesn't-do-a-damned-thing app. I'll never know. NO MORE INFO-STEALING APPS! UNINSTALLED without even a trial.

    Love it, but sometimes it doesn't load it takes too long when I'm trying to imput my information. Overall its really good but some foods don't scan. Having to type every ingredient calorie and carb is sometimes time consuming. Adding to this review so disappointed it takes a long time to load up please fix

    Doesn't show net carbs, entry too long-winded, prefer graph to list of nutrients. Only keeping it for recipes

    I love this app. I log in all of my meals and most often, it's in the registry already. The nutritional facts are pretty accurate compared with the value chart online. I know quickly how much of everything I've taken in for the day. No problems with it. No bugs. Works everytime. And I use it several times a day.

    I just downloaded the updated version of this app and I'm enjoying it very much. Still trying to get used to the changes, as I used to have an older version. One thing I would recommend is that a serving size be added. As it is, it says "per serving" and that only helps if you already know the serving size, not if you're trying to decide whether or not to eat a certain item. Other than that, the app is user friendly and loaded with great features. I love the recipes. Good job!

    First day using the app.. I accidentally added the incorrect item to my log so I went to delete it. I click Delete Entry* nothing happens. I decide to delete the entire meal just to fix that item, so I click Delete Entire Meal* it asks if I'm sure I want to delete. I confirm Yes.. Literally nothing happens. It's just stuck on there. I need to be sure of my intake and this will complicate things in the long run.

    I've been on keto off and on for 5 years and this is a great guide for starting and maintaining keto. Tracker, information and recipes are loaded into this app. The recipe layout is fantastic most/all have pictures as well.

    Wonderful option for tracking most foods including restaurants. I use android and got so tired of endless waiting and being dropped I cancelled my subscription. If they fix these incredibly annoying problems I will gladly subscribe again

    I don't understand why there are advertisements when I am paying for the premium product. If it was the basic/free version I could understand but if I'm paying money I shouldn't see any.
