Worst experience, too slow, full pf glitch...cant even access the basic camera app, at times you have to upload the picture 5 times from the gallery. The worst app I have seen in my lifetime, I dont know how a company run by IITians cant even design a basic app. Maybe instead of filling your pockets with all the profit and cheating your own tutors of their rightful pay(yes you heard it right, deferred payments for months)...you could have hired some decent developers.

In web version we have access to various tabs like - active chats, unassigned chats, archived chats. The same format should be brought in because everytime after chat ends, i need to go to website to check student's review. And in peak hours, using app is not preferable as in desktop mode the users can take up doubt in a click whereas in app we have to click read and then press take up.,by this time the doubt is already picked by someone else.

Very bad system app. solution is very high but they give only 15 minutes to solve. with solve the answer you have to chat with the students most bad app in tutor app. Snapsolve is best

Why is it not cumpulsory for the students to rate the session. It is like all the efforts that i put got wasted if the student is not rating my session. Plus since past few day, i have been noticing that i am not being paid the full amount for my solution even if the student rates it good. This is cheating. Please do something about it . I am spending so much of my time on this app trying to help the students, and i do not expect to be cheated on like this. I hope you will do something about it.

Its a worthy app for tutors, very good app for partime work and also get to earn wealth. On time payment from toppr. Here we get to be in touch with students and solve their doubts. Interface is also very user friendly and easy to understand. Overall a best app for tutors to teach and a way to earn more money.

Most faltu apps, problem when comming in high volume or qucik you can't take any thing, how fast is your internet it dose not matter. You can't take any question then. But when very small no of question come can little. Very bad experience, very very very worst app and it's site

Very bad system. Doubt is shown and and taken by tutor with is less than one second. You can not pick doubt becouse time is very less.
