Payouts from participating companies are slow and some are outright declined with no reason given. I had $18 denied from purchases I made through the app and for no reason, declined. I could have used a different Cashback app and actually received my rebate. I'm not happy with this app for those reasons.

It's been 16 weeks now from purchase to confirmed for AT&T rebate. That's the time frame they give for payment. Customer service said they have no idea how much longer until paid. I'll never use this again after being paid. Edit. I've emailed 3 times with no replies and it's 2 weeks later. Making it over 4 months of missing $50!!!

Update: I did reach out. Customer rep told me TopCashback "coincidentally" ended the promo an hour before I made the purchase and also "coincidentally" didn't update its Chrome plugin to reflect the new rate. Be careful with these promos. They could always "coincidentally" ends the promo right before your purchase without updating the site and that is totally legit from what I was told

While it's my favorite cash back app and the one I use 95% of the time, there have been a lot of occasions where my purchases haven't been tracked properly and I have to follow up to get the payout. This is disappointing and why I can't give a 5-star rating.

You do get cash back, but you may have to wait several months if paid at all. I have had a missing cash back claim for four months and apparently it was canceled. They owe me $50.00. There is no way for you to contact them directly.
