I was unable to save my photo to my gallery. Instead, I have to screenshot or wait for the email to be able to download it. It also asks for my email every time I want to generate a new grid, which is annoying. Having the app makes getting your top 9 faster, but not really worth the download. It's kind of silly that I have to download the app because the website is "too busy" to generate my top 9 without taking several days.

The website and app does not work, never got my 9 and why do I have to provide my email address?! This was easier and quick to use in years past, I never had to pay or put in personal information to get my 9. This app gets -0 stars, I only gave it 1 so I could write a review. Uninstalling the app and will be planning to block them from my email address.

Amazing app. I love looking at my top nine photos with all my accounts. The only issue is that i don't like having to put my email in because every other day I'll look at my top nine and i get a whole bunch of emails from the app. Also i wish they kept the mount of likes each photo had. It saves me time on going on each account and looking through all my photos to figure out how many likes are on that photo. But other than that love the app. I never had an issue with it.

Process too unclear.... I had to go through the login screen 3 times before it actually gave me the top 9. The app felt like I was doing something cool at first then it felt like I was being hacked. The app needs better instructions at each step of the process. I like the concept, but the interface between app and user is not easy and not clear as to what next steps are or what is going on. Then I am asked to pay $1.99 to post the top 9 without a watermark. This is not an app I plan to keep.

I have had issues with this app since it downloaded. Over an hour of waiting for it to queue up. Continuously getting a message that "millions of users worldwide" are using it, which is confusing since only 500,000 plus people have downloaded it. Seems like a scam. Giving it to stars because it did give me a "9 best" collage for one of my Instagram accounts, but will not cooperate a second time around.

Can't restore my purchase. Doesn't work - it was able to finally find my account, after switching to the browser. It had me choose from some recent pictures on my IG. It didn't go through the year, didn't give me the amount of likes, so I put 10 pictures I liked. Then, it had a giant watermark over the whole thing. When I pressed to restore my purchases (I've bought the ad free version before), it can't process my request. The whole thing is broken. Too bad. I've used it the last couple of years

It was fast at finding the top 9 without needing to email me, but wanted me to pay to remove the watermark or customize the grid in any way. They have a cool video feature, but you have to pay for that, too. Everytime I clicked on an option that you have to pay for, it wouldn't even let me back out. It was either buy or close the app. I went with Best Grid instead. Allowed me to watch an ad to get rid of their watermark and customize my grid, and it was just as fast if not faster than top 9.

bad enough this app asks for your personal information before it will work. Now, on New Year's Eve, it no longer works! they claim they're so busy that now they need your money in order to make the app work. They've come up with a way to make you pay and they'll email it to you later. Haha! apparently they need your money so they can pay Kylie Jenner for having promoted it. I guess people really will fall for anything!

It kept on pulling up things for me to sign in to over and over again, and finally it had a "please rate us!" pop up that I couldn't close without coming to this screen while I still don't have the sought after "top 9." Still giving it 3 stars since it is a really cute concept for an app.

What a joke. Doesn't open, after the 8th try it will. Then requires you to open via web browser, which you have to approve another 8+ times before it opens. Then requires you to deprivate your account even though the website said you had to do the app so you didn't have to do that... then the app is free but costs 99¢ to actually get the photo. What trash.
