I can see where some are experiencing issues. For those having trouble connection or not receiving audio. Reset your Bluetooth connection with the headphones, reset the signal, and check the app for a software update. That resolved my issue. I give the app a 4/5 because it has done everything I have expected. However, it hasn't exceeded my expectations. The software update should be not be required in order for the headphones to work figuring it worked before that occurred.

SUDDENLY STOPPED WORKING! I've been using the LG HBS-FN6 for almost a year now. I was even using it this morning when it suddenly decided to stop working in the middle of playing music. The app will no longer open fully. I've tried removing and then pairing the Bluetooth to my phone several times. The headset will pair, but will not connect for use. A message pops up constantly saying An app is needed for this device. I ALREADY HAVE THE APP!!! What happened?!? PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!!!!

This app is great, I love the lock touchpad feature. It works well and provide all the functionality you need. The widgets to add to you home page could really do with a settings option, like all other widgets that allow transparency settings and match dark mode option. Please fix that and its 5 stars.

I'm writing this review to after I got know how fix the issue I was facing. I had to press and hold the bluetooth button for more than 5 sec reset it. And then the connectivity issue got resolved. Cheers!!!

Really good, I would give it 5 stars but sometimes the case does not show on the app. No matter what I do I can't get it to show, I've tried it on low charge, full charge, charging. When I open the case it shows the earphones, but not the case.

New version does not allow media connection promptly. Has to be connected manually. Previous version was superb. Please solve it.

There is no option to stop "annoying autoplay music" when you put on headphones HBS-FN7, but despite of this headphones are playing OK.

Functions are meh. Standard is nc on when i connect the buds but when on a bicycle i dont want nc on. There is no way to stop nc when the buds are not used with a device with the app.
