Almost every advert in the motorcycle listings is a scam. Description is wrong and prices are 1/4 of retail prices. Usually just one poor photo or different adverts under different names using the same motorcycle shot from different angles. Made to look like seller is a genuine dealership. SCAM. Tonaton, you need to research prices and be aware of scammers on your app. All importers will give you the RRP on their motorcycles.

Can you believe that this app doesn't notify you when customers message you. Even when you open the app nothing appears on the messaging icon so you wouldn't know if you have received any messages. Waste of money for add promotion. And I'm assuming it's the same thing when you reply buyers. Have I just wasted my phone's storage on this junk?

Anytime i search for a particular item only a few listings show eg. Hyundai Elantra and only 8 ads show meanwhile there are more than 8 ads. I think the tonaton app is no longer user friendly even after updating it. You guys should improve your app

I use to like this app but now it has turn to be for thieves. Please do something about this because its really damaging your reputation. There should be a way to make sure the people who claim to be selling their products is real and not fake people.

Add ratings for sellers and allow buyers to add their feedbacks. Can save a lot of fraudulent practices that go on at Tonaton.

So i posted an ad on my tonaton app and made payments. I later found out I can't find ad and I called support line which i was told to send my ID card and a picture for verification. I still didn't find my ad and called today again to be told I need to come to Accra in person. 1. If my details are fake why did payment go through 2. I have never been informed either by mail or on your site to verify my account till when I posted an ad. 3.Why can't verification be done online if payment is done

I'm beginning to believe Tonaton itself is a whole scam on its own. How can you pay for an ad and you never see the ad go live. You later call help line and they ask you to go to their office to verify your account. Why should payment even go through if you think my account hasn't been verified. We are in the 21st century, do you still need to go to an office before an online platform account could be verified? JOKERS!!!

A great app, but people have turn it to a fraud platform. In my opinion, 98% of the sellers are fraudsters, most expecially those saying UK used with very little prices. How I wish the maintainers of Tonatone app could filter out the fraudsters....
