Preferred the older version feature where upon receiving a push notification you could directly authorise via the notification. It's now a two-step process of opening the app, then approving.

This app deserves no rating. Before I had to update my original RSA to this one it was working perfectly. This one is full of issues, when I'm requested to input my token it keeps sending me back to the playstore to open it, this is just bullcrap and I'm tired of it. I'm tired of it telling me to re sync to carry out my darn transactions. Please get this app fixed immediately

New update makes the user experience so much worse for no reason. Support for multiple tokens might be useful for some, but if a user only has one token they are clearly there to use it - don't make them go through another action to select it. Similarly I can no longer use the 'return/OK' button on my phone's keypad to submit my PIN, but instead have to do another action on a separate part of the screen.

Update is a backward experience. Example now I have to touch and put focus on the PIN input to enter the PIN with a tiny submit "text". Previous version had focus on the PIN and keypad was ready for input with a fat-finger-friendly submit button. Not to mention you changes the name of the app and colour of the icon, which created a panic when needing to start work for the day! No copy and paste now also! Why do you create a new app and make it worse?

Previous version was perfect, dark skin, auto prompted the keyboard upon starting the app, enter button on the keyboard submitted the pin, nice big copy button for easy copy/paste. New version gets rid of all that! Everything is now white and bright with no dark skin available, have to now click on the input area to bring up the keyboard, enter button on the keyboard now just closes the keyboard meaning another click to submit the key, they removed the copy button but you can tap the token to auto copy, overall font is smaller. Just unnecessary inconveniences when they had it right before.

Securid seems architecturally dated in a modern connected world, why am I entering a passcode from memory then committing an 8 digit number to short term memory and typing it? Modern authenticators from Google and Microsoft use device trust and "tap to confirm access" when you have connection so why isn't this an option? New skin on app is nice, but why do I have to tap my only token to bring up the keyboard? Unnecessary extra tap. Security apps should be frictionless.

It's difficult to understand how RSA could make such a retrograde step. This is an upgrade? The only possible benefit this brings is to users with multiple tokens. I am in the industry and I KNOW that the instances where users have more than one token is disappearingly small. Yet the move to "cards" forces the changes in the UI, taking focus away from the token - hence the need for a separate submit action. Why do you not define a default token or, if only one token installed, set that as the default. Then keep the focus in the numeric pad, follow the same UI as the previous container. It worked, it was easy. Come on, this is not rocket science. Also, as pointed out by other reviewers, this app is used by people who are not choosing to use it, they are obliged to do so, and they are frequently not technologists. There can be NO excuse for imposing this on end-users without the option for end users to select the "classic" UI. Indeed it should install in classic mode and offer the switch as an option. I would expect better from a one-person development team pushing an advert-supported start-up app.

Following the most recent update, the app has become slower to launch and requires more taps to use: even if you have only one token configured, you need to tap the "Enter SecureID PIN" field to bring up the keyboard (rather than it appearing automatically), and hitting Enter/Return on the keyboard no longer submits the PIN for the active input field; you have to press the corresponding "Submit" button.

My employer introduced this, I downloaded the app but it would not let me see the icon in my phone so that I may add it to favourites. I only access it from play store where I can click open, but no where to be found in my device icon list let alone uninstalling and reinstalling. This is frustrating!

I just need to be able to locate the correct app and read the numbers - the app graphic has changed, which is a source of confusion for some people I work with. Most critically, the numbers are now so much smaller; they are harder to read. The count down to the left is an added distraction. I preferred the old app.
