If I could give this app 0 stars I would. I can't even sign in let alone use the app. It's useless. I've informed together housing of the issue and their response was to uninstall them install again to see if that helps. It doesn't help, I still can't sign in 🤬🤬

If the app worked I would rate it higher, but in the rent section pressing balance and transactions causes the app to crash and the same happens when adding a new photo to a fault report. It actually worked better until an update a few months back, now when starting the app a green screen appears showing an update download but nothing happens and it remains at zero then goes to the app start screen.

Everything was fine until recently. Attempting to access balance and transactions page and the app force closes every time. Rendering it a pretty useless application.

Checking rent needing to know if payments are made last update 30 of March and still says arrears so I dont no if I'm on time owe or not plus it sticks in loading and text is all red n light colours that I cant see properly but main thing it's not updated Can not access transaction history app crashes all time

I prefer the old site all these new things are so confusing took me for ever just to sign in. Definitely dont like the new update will see how the app goes. Nope dont like the app it's very slow. Is there a way u can use the old internet web site? I only go on so I can pay and check my balance and statements.
