Tell me it's not available before wasting my time. Very inconsiderate of Panda. On top of that you can't even connect with customer's services!

The worst experience of online shopping I've ever had. They cancelled my order yesterday without any contact or warning and when I called them they said items were not available while it was available for ordering on the app. I ordered it again (as per the agent advise), and again today they first called to say they'll have to delay the delivery because of a system issue, but the order is ready to deliver, then they called again to say the won't deliver because items are not available

Amazing app interms of speed and performance. Running very smooth very light like amazon and alibaba. Ui and searching functionality is very good. That's great work the team. Its commendable. One suggestion for menu if user is on product detail page then cart is not showing so , I think it should be there for user easiness.

Its been 5 days and i havnt been refunded still for the unavailable items from my last order.I am contacting panda Chat everyday,provided screenshot proof that i have been overcharged and not refunded,they keep saying that my issur has been sent to relevant team and it will be solved soon...this is a headache! I had to order again day before yesterday and the delivery is today,got an updated bill in which there r unavailable items again...i really hope both refunds are done soon.

Panda is the worst company to shop from online. They don't deliver on time and don't even apologize or let you know that they will not be delivering. I tried many times. Completed 7 orders and never received a complete order due to unavailability of stock. Credit reversal takes about 2 weeks to process before it's returned to your account. Contacted customer service with no resolution. They just tell you to wait.
