By far one of the worst apps I've had to use. Buggy features, little to no accessibility on features shown. Honestly, you'd have a better chance finding the parcel yourself than using this app to keep track of it. I'd give it a zero but there's no option for that.

'Keep Updated' button doesn't work. It doesn't stick, and then an error message gets in a loop and messes up the screen. Have to close the app for it to go away.

Just as everyone else is saying, the app is useless as the notification feature crashes it 100% of times. One advantage compared to the Estonian (local) website is that the app is in English.

One of the worst companies!! The app will say your package will be delivered before 6pm on a certain day but your package will never be delivered. There is basically no customer service to talk to. The employees seem to have no idea how to do their job (how to figure out where your package is or why it's taking weeks later than was stated). As of right now I still have not recieve my package.

There is suppose to be a form of tracking going on, but all I can see is a package is supposedly shipped to my destination and then there is no other info. If the package is going through customs then state that. If it went from 1 plane in Germany to Canada to New York...then it should have a statement of where it has touched down and who is handling it throughout the whole process.

I sent. My $55 dollars to get 3-5 day Express service I had to send $38 for the 3 separate packages with this was the beginning of February & here I sitting here with know idea where my packages are 🤔 I've been ordering on different sites for over 20years ALWAYS received my items,I'm not asking for a discount all I would like I's what I PAID FOR?????

Does not provide current status information in a timely manner. Constant in transit information is not helpful. Item may already have been attemted delivery by the time the app shows out for delivery.

Horrible service, international packages do not show up on time! The app is absolutely no help. Would not recommend using this service until you have issues are fixed

Not a very good experience. Customer service is slow doesn't answer the phone ,and uses FedEx in the United States however FedEx does not share the same tracking number. A seriously unprofessional method of doing business.
