•	T-mobilitat: Register for T-mobilitat card and validate it without contact. You can buy tickets and validate them with your mobile phone if you activate it as a support (Android phones with NFC). •	Buy tickets to collect from metro machines: you can continue buying magnetic stripe transport tickets and collect them from vending machines, as before. •	Plan your journeys with ‘Journey Planner: Journey Planner offers you the best public transport route including options with all operators. It provides information on the journey and its length and shows you how to consult the map. You can activate the navigator to tell you when you have reached your destination stop. It also shows you the nearest public transport to your location.
•	iBus Proper Bus - iMetro Proper Metro: these are two tools that inform you of the scheduled arrival times of the next buses and metro, respectively, and their level of occupancy. The iBus also provides information alerts at stops to tell you when the bus is about to arrive.
•	Customise the TMB App with your JoTMBé user account: save your favourite routes and stops, along with your usual routes and places. Choose the notifications you want to receive to keep you informed of changes to the bus and metro service. Also discover the JoTMBé points programme and earn points by personalising and using the application. 
•	Customer service: access our customer service channels, carry out procedures through the virtual office, book an appointment at Punts TMB and check out our FAQs.

    There's an option Where I am? (which shows a point on the map) and also Bus routes (you can see a bus route with stops). How about combining them? I'd like to see the GPS point moving along the bus line I'm currently on.

    What's the point of buying a ticket in the app if you then still need to collect a physical ticket at the vending machines?! Seems pointless and outdated. When will you finally join the rest of the world and introduce rechargeable cards or NFC tickets?

    The best transportation application I have ever seen. Includes every possible transportation mode and gives exact location and timing. Also Barcelona has a great transport where you experience very short waiting times. I suggest everyone to purchase a Hola Barcelona card which includes unlimited airport and city trips

    The last update has made it much worse. * A reminder to wear a mask everytime I open the app. Really?! Absolute disrespect to the user. * "Where am I" has disappered from the route planner. I had to switch back to the simple home screen to be able to reach it when I need. * It's now impossible to click on a bus from a busstop view and see the route. It's the worst. And it's losing my session almost everyday.

    Broken, type in a local train station and it gives options in different parts of the country. Struggles to recognise that you are at a station. Input two stations next to each other on same line. App advises you to walk from metro station to a bus stop instead of train arriving in 3 minutes. Other much better apps out there. Edit for response from app developer 2onths later. What do you mean you have no notice of any problems? do you not read the Google reviews for your rubbish app!?

    I downloaded the app because I thought there was a way to buy a ticket in the app and use some kind of QR Code or whatever to use the bus, in order to avoid having to go to a metro station buying a physical ticket. But when you buy a ticket in the app, you have to go to a metro station and pick up a physical ticket. If that's the case, why would I want to make the purchase through the app? I can't see any advantage in doing that.

    Primitive app. Journey planner shows you the trip but no button to buy a ticket for that trip. The buy tickets menu shows a lot of options but you have no clue which one matches your journey. Somehow there seems to be no logic or usability behind the programming of the app.

    Downloaded this app while being in Tibidabo and bought 3 T-Casual tickets using this app. They offered me a code which I needed to print the tickets in the ticket machines (so far ok).After paying for one single-journey ticket and going to the Funicular (bus driver didn't recognize the app) the officer didn't know how to print the tickets in the machine and told me to go to Provenca??Paid 2nd ticket and still no-one could help me with the code. In the end spent more money and asked for refund.
