I'm a waste collector so I'm writing this from a very personal perspective. I've been using this app since it first started about 3 years ago. Since that time tiptap has become more and more stricked with its policies. It has a very stricked 10 day policy when it comes to dumping waste which isn't always practicle or cost effective. After many (I'm taking around 10) times having been blocked from requesting any more jobs and having to contact support I feel the app is just too restrictive.

Search is set to within 10km from my location. I had gps on, internet on, refreshed it dozens of times, yet results are always shown from cities hundreds of kilometers away and it is impossible to set my location in the app. This makes the app completely useless.

It was better before. It was easier to confirm step by step all the actions. Now there is no control on what helpers offer and how they offer it. I got scamed twice this week. One helper came with a vehicle smaller than requested and asked to charge me double because he did not think that his van was small, he saw the pics! The 2nd one agreed with the initial price and the furniture and after delivery told me swish me 200 sek more cause the vehicle was fully loaded. No ways to report abuse!

Useless! They even so stupid they ask you address documents, when all addresses is public here... And than they want verify photos why make it hard. Btw it doesnt work make an account or even verify with BankID. Its the most useless app I ever seen.

Worked significantly better before. But they have no control of the people that accept work in the app. No quality control! Unreliable service, they accept and the cancel last minute. Then you have wasted 3-4hrs and need to wait for a new one. Then some call and ask for double money on the side, rubbish! Totally unreliable if you need to get stuff done.

It was always a hassle when dishonest and unreliable people offering help but they don't show up or ask for more money.I decided to give this app no star for many reasons: 1- they charge twice(19sek advertiser and 25% the driver) for what? their very low quality service. 2- there is no support/contact service in the app. 3-you can not report any issues with the app, you have to collect evidences and email them. 4- the app has many issues and buggs which make it hard to use it.

Such a great app and removes the hassle of waiting ages for a council pick up. Needed a chest of drawers and rug disposed of. Job completed within 35 mins of posting

it would be better if you put the location or at least the approximate postcode. example if you are east london and it's a job london can be on the other side and london is a big and crowded city.
