When it works, it's perfect. However, unpredictably, the app won't connect to the tv. Have written to the developers to raise the issue; no response, hence 3 stars My mistake! Bluetooth on the phone was paired for "calls" and "audio". It works perfectly after disabling these two options.

My remote was destroyed so I downloaded this app and paid the 3.99, and while everything else works on the remote, left right and home, it does not let me use the OK button. Or I'll pushed the OK button and it'll take me to a completely different option than the one I want making the OK button completely useless. I need the OK button to work so i can actually use my tv

OK button is none responsive! My TV remote is broken so i looked for one in app store. i decided this one sounded good so downloaded it to my phone I've paid for the full remote and it doesnt even work. navigation buttons work, but the OK button does nothing. Can you please tell me how I get a refund because it's no good as I cant actually watch anything on my TV if I cant select it with the OK button. Its useless to me and I paid nearly £4 for it..

Don't buy it! As other people have stated lg do a remote app and its free! They say you can use the keyboard if you buy this app. It doesn't work after purchase! So got a refund! Dont waste your money peeps

My dog chewed up my TV remote. I was thrilled that there was an app I could use on my phone. Downloaded it, paid $3.99 for it, and I can't get it to work. Almost everything except the OK button works, which is necessary to watch anything on an app, like Netflix or Hulu. Very disappointed.

Doesn't support the second view option on my phone and both my phone and my smart TV are the latest models. It also takes too long to connect to the TV and I've got good WiFi connectivity. Tried to reach out to their support team but no help was provided.

Had the free version and decided to upgrade to the paid version, HUGE MISTAKE!!! Since then, the app crashes immediately I open it. I am so disappointed by this as I believed it to be a perfect product. I was definitely wrong.

Disappointed in 2 ways. You need the physical remote to turn on the TV to get it on WiFi first then you can use the app. Who needs the app when you have the remote? Secondly you need to pay for the app so that you can use the joystick. The actual remote is much better.
