Exceptional app. The best available for London travel. Extremely accurate with live departure times for buses, tubes, trains and everything else. Very easy to use interface. Even includes live webcams for some main roads. Updates on tube lines services and planned maintenance periods/bus replacement dates and times. It's never let me down once. The only feature that could be improved is the journey planner. It works but could be easier to use. When I input my home address it doesn't save it.

Ads a bit annoying, as you can't get past them when you're in a hurry to see the bus times. Sometimes the app doesn't display live times for certain routes and it is hard to know if that is down to tfl or the app. Sometimes another app has live times sometimes it doesn't. Go figure, as they say across the pond.

In recent weeks pretty poor and, with bus stops disappearing and real times not reliable, and now jumping back and forward within a minute with several refreshes. Due 14 minutes - due 1 minute - due 17 minutes - due now - due 3 minutes. But who cares any more. Previous review : (Mostly very good and useful. Just occasionally a bus appears unexpectedly now and not 15 minutes later that you may miss, but not the fault of the app I guess.)

I've used this for several years. Good in general but occasionally irritating. Interface not always intuitive and can be difficult to select some bus routes towards the bottom of the page, it keeps selecting the one above. I have fallen victim like others to buses disappearing and then reappearing but not sure if the app is at fault or the tfl service that it uses for this info. Once setup how you want it can be a useful app.

352 Bromley Sydenham route, prone to not arriving. in current circumstances it's understandable there are staff shortages. But please upgrade software to indicate bus cancelled rather than give impression it's on it's way - showing "3 minutes" or this (electronic) service is not available, is not helpful.

This used to be reliable but lately has been absolutely pointless regarding my local bus route. Buses either turn up much earlier or later than the app says, or not at all. Not sure who the fault lies with but I've been unable to rely on this app lately.

This used to a great app so I bought it. Now its absolutely useless. Never shows correct times even when you are standing at the busstop inputting the stop code data. Leaves vulnerable women standing at the bus stop for a non existent bus. No notifications about the route diversions, dekays and timetabl updates all incorrect. Sort it out

it's really useful for travelling and it guides you to the location you want. the problem is sometimes it gets an error message and I have to wait or ask someone's phone for the bus time
