It works mostly.. Had to reinstall for 12. I take my dogs for a walk most days and usually it tells me that I left my wallet back at the house or something else that I've left behind but not consistently enough to feel 100% confident. Sometimes when I'm looking for my phone I hit the button on one of my tiles and it doesn't react to the phone even's phone's right there. The wallet tile is the most unreliable in my opinion

Approximately 50% of the time my tiles and app do not work. As in, it can't find a tile that I'm holding 2 ft away from my phone. I have used tiles for 4 years with 4 different phones, and my experience is consistent. It's wonderful when it works, but infuriating when Im late and my tile app states my keys are out of range, only to find them myself 5 ft from my phone. They really need to work on reliability before charging such high prices for something that only kind of works.

Overall this is a great tool that could have some improvements. Such as working with a fitbit, notifying leaving something sooner, not 5 miles away, but as soon as it disconnects. Find phone feature doesn't work unless tile app was open before hand. I use the fitbit instead as that's more reliable. Have a, "I intentionally left it there/save that location."

You don't need it... until you do. App took some getting used to but recent updates I think made it easier to interface with. It helped confirm suspicion that I left my wallet at the store I was last, and just now, where in my messy apartment with the singing wallet tile. Honestly, it's earned the 5 stars because of the ease, the swiftness, and it did exactly what it said it could. Entirely happy I got this for Christmas last year. I recommend it if you lose your wallet as frequently as I do.

works every time as long as i have blue tooth on. I am dissatisfied with the fact that the new ones don't have replacable batteries, though. My original still works and needs a new battery every year. The ones i bought last year are dead and in the garbage because they don't have replacable batteries.

No battery replacement for Slim version. Literature says it lasts 3 years, but how do I monitor the battery level? Also, significant delay between when I'm in range and the app actually 'seeing' the tile. You must search slowly, otherwise you may wander out of range before the app senses the device is in range. I'm using Pro version.

Not Too Satisfied with Performance, but it does the job: It does the job at least once out of five times. Do not expect it to work all the time. Often, the bluetoothed tile would not ring, even if you are standing within 3 feet of the object you are searching. You need to keep trying. If your life is dependent on Tile to find your key or wallet, sorry, you are not going to make it.

Wow I'm surprised about all the negative remarks. I don't know what I would do without my Tile. Well, lose my keys, wallet and phone. If its within range they work great. Y'all might need to change the battery more often than recommended, I do. every three or four months no big woop. Sometimes I do lose connection if looking for my phone. not sure whats up with that. Overall i love my Tile and I highly recommend it! SOILIFE!!!!!!

I could use this app really effectively until the November 8 update (yesterday). Since then, my app kept continuously crashing and my Samsung phone was giving me "Tile stopped working" notifications every 30 seconds or so. I uninstalled and reinstalled Tile. Now the app will open, but it doesn't recognize the fact that my actual Tile locators are in the same room. I've been a Tile user for years. This is sad and frustrating. Please fix this rotten update ASAP.

Have the Keysmart Max. Most of the time it indicates not in range, it never works for finding phone. The tile will constantly ring for no reason - this all started when my phone did a system update. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the app - no idea how to remove the tiles and phone to reinstall to see if that would work.
