Our ac is not working properly for almost 4 days and we didn't received a proper feedback when it will be fixed even if we submitted a request through the app. We tried to follow up our request by calling them and visiting their office but no proper response and update. We are very disappointed with their service. The ac maintenance manager was very arrogant and unprofessional.

Worst App.....Dont download....There was AC maintenance work required in our flat and they told us to download the app and you have to register. After downloading it every time it says invalid user. We are a working family and don't have time for this crappy app. Before launching any app for making it user friendly they should have used it their own... Simply launching and create a problem in both of us.

very bad app... for 100times we tried to register and to log in not working at all... and we ask also about the agent they keep telling us that we need to log in... but how and we tried .... we have a problem the ac maintemance and the exhaust fun not working at all for many months... pls do something... and also the maintenance workers not even helping... very bad

Aside from this app being ridiculously developed, the bldg management are people who are well equipped with foul mouth and arrogant behavior dealing with their tenants. I am very amazed how I got treated and shouted at when all I wanted was to receive my tenancy contract (which is rightfully mine). I highly recommend not to deal with these bunch of literate people. I will surely treasure this experience and make sure everyone I know remembers this before making a decision moving in the area. 👍
