Reviews From google play store

I highly recommend this for personal use. I have been using this for a year already, and never tried to find an alternative. Especially the `List Folders` so you can properly organize your lists no matter how many it is, and stop the ever-growing use of tags. They also provide Statistics report so you can see how productive you were in a day/week/month. As for collaboration/shared lists, it is fairly usable for a team size (~10) but can lack in features. Not encouraged for Enterprise work.

I love this app. You will want to pay for a subscription to get the most out of it though. I used Google calenders before this and did not do well with it. Many other apps tried to sync with Google calenders in order to provide more options but I did not like the idea of having two schedules. This one provides everything you need in one calender to make a busy schedule easy to manage. 5 starts!

New 5.3 custom notifications are terrible, blinding white and don't combine well like the system ones do. Plus the notification settings don't seem to have any affect now. They actually make me want to use the app less. And the app shortcuts are gone. This release is definitely a step in the wrong direction. EDIT: Thanks for the response, at least its not white anymore. However the rest of my review still stands, I think they're worse then the system ones. Plus, the title and time don't line up.

It has a nice pop up widget for your to do list. The problem with this app is when I want it to alert me always at 9 about it or remind me of my tasks it doesn't. Its just there. I'm still using it but i feel google assistant does a better job of reminding me. So I might delete it later. Not so satisfying.

Simple yet attractive and intuitive in terms of UI design. Very useful bunch of features that does help you with increasing your daily productive. The widget is buggy though, at few times when i complete a task, the list just disappears in total forcing me to remove and reload the widget. Few fixes here and there and this will be the best To-Do app!

Great app, everything I ever wanted! One issue is that Home screen widget ( with which I interact the most) has a UI bug when resizing it to more than 5 spaces vertically. Extra padding is added to both top and bottom of the widget without bringing more actual useful space ( for more tasks to fit). Tested with Nova launcher on Huawei p20 pro.

Best To Do list ever. Very simple to use but has everything that we possibly need. The best features in my opinion are: You can attach pictures and other files to your to do lists, you can make a tick list within an entry, you can easily print or send them, calendar view (needs pro), AND synce between mobile and PC, Win and MAC aswell! I LOVE IT. Even the msc app gets updates. The new tag like priority and list thing is hard to use, I would like to have an option to switch it off or back. :)

Update: The app is very buggy! It crashes oftenly and this is something they must fix. It ruins the user's experience. This is the latest version for the oneplus 6t The Best To Do List This is the best to do list I have ever encountered so far, which I'm still sticking to it. It does not only have basic todo list features such as repeats and a calendar. It lets you choose themes, make tags and different list. You should definitely give it a try

Came to Ticktick from Todoist. The winning factor, calendar view for recurrent tasks. This app does everything I need. Good work. If you could, invest some time in a Samsung Watch app, it's the only thing I'm missing. But no competitors has it either. So you could be the first :)

A great app for managing recurring & one off tasks. Being able to set priorities in the widget means I don't have to stress if I can't complete low priority tasks on the day. I would gladly pay a nominal sum towards the developer's cost of writing it, as with other apps, but the developer only offers an expensive subscription to a load of features I don't want.

I started using TickTick on Google Chrome and it's helped me massively with task management at the time (I was in a line of work with no fixed role and had work responsibilities across many fields). Now I've found the app version and I'm very pleased to be able to sync both lists so I can access it whenever and wherever I am.

I've tried 5 different to do list apps, but this one trumps them all with the amount of features available for free and for its easy to use interface and beautiful, highly customizable reminders and reaccurances. I'll definitely buy the premium for this when I have enough money even though I don't need premium.

Came back to see if I can use the app since I do like it, it's a great idea. I'm my case: I need to be able to add calendar events, reminders in one app 100% essential and afaik this isn't supported? I have a shared gcal, a personal and another work one and all of them needs to not only show up for me to organize life itself. They also need to be managed in the app I use for reminders etc for this to do what it needs for me. Not just reminders, calendar events needs add, edit. Back to any.do

Really good app, it needs a bit getting used to, but overall really cool. The features are helpful, to sort the tasks and reschedule them. I personally like the rescheduling tasks feature the most. It's very easy to understand and process.

Simple but effective. With the categories, I can create (GTD) context-based Next Actions. Due dates keep me on track, and repeats handle routines other without re-entering. It's not my whole system, but it's great for what it does.

Exceptional app that does what it says. I paid for the premium and absolutely worth it. We run a small business with 3 lines and up to 5 staff, this gave me the abilityto create job runs and share them with specific staff to organise schedules. I have posted a wish list of adding a secondary tick off or archive option to help facilitate jobs done and then invoiced and had a response from the Devs almost immediately so that addition would be the cream on top of an exceptional app.

Ok I have tried any.do, I have tried todoist, and others and nothing really worked for me. I installed this the other day and immediately became more productive. I have gotten more done since installing this than weeks of the my last app. The features I love are an amalgamation of the best from the other programs. Daily focus, tags, folders, persistent reminders, flexibility for lists and views, location reminders, email tasks to the app, intelligent real language Input, voice to task, .....

Very good app. Has a very friendly UI. And also the backend is well created. Just a small issue, everytime my phone restarts. I had to open the app manually and then it works whole day. Fix it somehow. By the way the alarm tones are very good. 🎵🎧👍🏼

Literally the perfect all in one personal task management, and habit tracking app a busy personal like me could ask for. That only thing that I would recommend to TickTick is to improve your google calendar integration other than that this app is perfect. The pomo timer is very good as well

Best App ever! Makes your life easier! Thank you! But the only thing i wanna mention, sometimes reminders are not coming up on time. Hopefully this will be fixed in the next update! Overall i love this app! :)

Great app! Very intuitive. Easy and quick to add tasks and find tasks. Helps me keep track of everything I want to do and syncs perfectly between my phone and Mac app. Customer support is also excellent, Highly recommend!!

It's a very good app. Multiple utility. Very productive and beneficial. I have used it for a very long now, and the only thing I found missing is the need of a pause button on the pomo timer. Could you please consider that in the next update.

overall it's a good task management, I like its Pomo timer and habit tracker. Cons: 1 attachment / day (free version). That's too little, please be kind and add more. Because of that I have to use Google Keeps.

Very well designed, brings together task management cleanly with well thought out features (love the pomo integration). I feel like making the UI a bit clearer for pomo sessions and maybe adding ability to schedule a few tasks in sequence for Pomodoro would be useful ^^

Very useful app. I do much of my planning using it. I love the functionality of the widgets. Only thing I would like more is filtering on two categories /groups but that's a paid function. Still very good

The one reason I subscribed to this app that set it over todoist was the pomo timer. Then the pomo timer stopped and gave an error because my phone received a notification from the app itself about a scheduled task. How dumb is that? Anyway, I decided to go with todoist and unsubscribed from tick tick

This app is so so so helpful! I am a highschool student with all advanced classes and I easily close things like planners and paper calendars. Having an app like this on my phone is literally so handy and I suggest you download this app. Thank god i found it!

I have been searching for good to do list apps for long and my search has finally ended on finding this. Good UI and UX. Can improve on create habit button placement as it took me bit time to figure out where it is.

This is an amazing app. Had been looking around for a while for the perfect to-do application, but this has been by far my favorite. App is loaded with features, even without premium.

Nowadays we forget the important tasks and the important things that we wanna do and when we do remmber we procrastinate doing it. every day this happens because of the distractions around us all the time it's not necessary to mention it because you know it.. ,, this app really solves half of the problem you can use it for reminding your self of the things that you wanna do today or any time in your week,BUT it won't do it for you you know that. You gotta solve the other half of the problem.

Don't look elsewhere for a Task/To Do/Scheduling application, just get TickTick and save time and energy, none of the others comes close to TT's feature list and execution on mobile and desktop. 👍🏽👍🏽

I tried many productivity and daily schedule apps and it seems to be the best for me yet! Very clean and intuitive, overall great experience. 5 stars for me!

Great light weight To Do app that synchronises with the web. I like the fact that there is a Chromebook app. Can also be used to make notes. Nice widget for Android.

Great application! However, I do hope the Google Calendar integration will improve. Also it would be nice if subtasks had a "time due" function.

Need a widget for habits, a widget button for each habit that when pressed records the habit and also indicates the progress. Check the widget on the habits app, would love to use tick tick for both tasks and habits. Decided not to move habits purely because of the widget

I love its functionality and the idea behind this but one thing is really missing in my opinion is the import of tasks, meetings etc from the mails.

Pretty good app 👍 let's me easily add tasks and best part is that no account is required! All other Todo apps make you make an account but this one has an optional account! 😊

Great app for tracking activities and creating habits. I've used a few before but this is the first that does everything I need.

Good app, easy to use but the reminders don't work, no matter what the app says i should do. Please do fix that.

The smartest cross platform to do list with user-friendly interface. Tried Todoist, Anydo, Wunderlust,... this is the best and not expensive.

Is it only me or you guys also experience "SYSTEM UI NOT RESPONSDING" failure with the new version of ticktick and android 9 in samsung devices????????? What is wrong with the app????

The most versatile app on the planet. Love the feature that recognises the time and date. You don't need to select.

When I set a task for repeat for a specific day of the week, the app still doesn't repeat the task. I have to set everything manually

I found this app by accident and so far it's been a great alternative to Todoist. I was easily able to replicate my Todoist GTD system within Tick Tick. I love the calendar integration and the ability to add and track habits is great. I've used the app consistently for about a month across Android, iOS and Mac devices without any trouble.

Tried ALL of the other apps. None had the overall features of TickTick. Especially needed the calendar which many todo apps don't have. Was primarily using Google Calendar plus Toodledo. This combines most of the functions of each of those into one interface. Easy to learn. Great mobile app and great desktop web access. Great mobile and PC reminders. Easy to forward uncompleted tasks. Could use more color options, particularly to highlight specific calendar entries for categorization purposes.

After years with my last productivity manager, I made the switch to ticktick a few weeks ago. Absolutely no regrets. Has everything I need plus other cool features to explore!

Great app for making reminders. I use it to remind me about my tasks and it works without problems.

Just Wow. Migrated from Todoist. One caveat : please introduce end-to-end encryption and simple PIN security option.

Great app only problem is that whenever I set reminders for the task I set I don't really receive them would definitely rate 5 stars if this problem is fixed

Easy and quick to use, syncs with my calendars. Great with reminders. Works well with my emails.

This app is so great, it can really fit so many different types of peoples needs. Creating basic checklists is super easy. But if you need more advanced ways for organization they have it! You can create so many lists, tags, and smart lists. They all have there functionality and a super easy set up. Not to mention the habit checker, while you can only have 3 with the free version it is a nice addition.

This app has a great interface and it's been a delight to use. It is extremely helpful for me to combat my procrastination. Everytime I unlock my phone it's the first thing I see and it forces me to get more things done. Also really useful for a day planner and the app has a multitude of features that makes it useful everyone. One downside I have found is that the app is at first hard to navigate and it can be difficult to understand all the functions. Perhaps a small guide would help.

Excellent task management app. I like it more than Todoist, Wunderlist, AnyDo, Microsoft To-Do and any other big name to-do app. I've tried them all. Suggestion: when a task is added, display a "show" button to jump to the task in the current view, or to another list if the task isn't in the view.

I really needed a checklist app that reminded me of my assignments and todos (I'm in high school and in marching band). Before this, I was using Google keep but it didn't send me reminders and have grouping/category features. This is overall a great all for anyone who is busy and needs to keep track of a lot of stuff!

TickTick offers me excellent features to help me organizing my daily to-do list. The widget is the best I've ever gotten from to-do app, it's pretty, functional, and flexible. The tick sound is satisfying. The habit tracker is easy to use and combines well with the to-do list. The free version is already super helpful. If I could afford the premium, I'd love the week view so much. I've been using this for 2 months and I must say that TickTick suits my needs best.

So far so good. I love that you have three columns in the web version. It would be amazing if in the habits part I could rate myself how I did because sometimes we can give 100% to perform a task but sometimes we only can perform 60% and that should be logged. So like maybe green if I did my best, yellow if I could do better and red if that day I couldn't do it. that's also important, to log when I failed too. thanks

I love the updates to this already wonderfully organized app! i particularly like the rich black theme. With so many wonderful features, the only thing this app needs now is unlimited categories for free. Keep up the good work! 8/21/19: I recently purchased the annual subscription, and was skeptical at first, but having more folders, lists and additional features has been a true blessing. Everytime I think of something that needs to get done, I add it to the list. Nice job!

FINALLY a app that understands the difference between a task, habit, and a event. Love TickTick so far, using for a week or so, feels fluid and easy to use like Wunderlist was, but much better and free of the bugs. It looks like habits are not working on the web app version, but that is ok as I mainly use it on my phone. Great product! Will likely upgrade and be happy to pay for the premium version.

The best task management app I have tried yet. Good thing is that you nearly have everything you need. It even have kanban boards on web whoch was surprisingly good for me. You can create different lists, tags, you can track your habits. You can sync your calendar. It is available nearly on every platform.

Very easy app to use. Lots of great features and touches you can take advantage of. Not the easiest to implement GTD on but still works for it. Really sleek looking and I haven't had any issues with it's functionality so far.. Widgets are great. Really easy to quick capture. I only have one wish/request and that is IFTTT integration.:)

I really loved this app, helping me a lot in my day to day tasks, all is there what is required in this app. Highly recommending ro all...

Screw Wunderlist, Splendo, To-Do, Google Keep, I've foumd the holy grail of modern apps for task management. It's this right here. TickTick. an unassuming name for how powerful this thing is. with so many widgets, features, functions, you simply have to try it and its free!? of course there's a paid version too, but you truly dont need it to start off. do yourself a favor and try it out.

I used this app/website at my last job, loved it but stopped using it when I retired, thinking I could use something simpler. Mistake! When something meets all your needs, stick with it. I almost gave 4 stars to reflect my hemlines over some glitches and needs improvements, but realized compared to the dozen other apps I've tried (not an exaggeration) TickTick kicks ass. And they are continuing to improve the app. Some learning curve but worth it!

I prefer this over Google notes, it syncs well when you're offline. Less crashes.

I've been using this for about a week and I like the to do list. Haven't tried "habits" yet but I want to.

This is a very good app for keeping track of my busy day. I've actually replaced Google Calendar because TickTick can do so much more. The subscription is reasonable, especially considering what is included. If you purchase the subscription, uninstall and reinstall the app. Otherwise, it appears you will lose sync functionality across devices.

Excellent app. No problems thus far. Highly recommended as your to do list.

I have been using this app for almost a year, that too the free version, and it works absolutely great! You can do a lot of things with this one app and the best part is that it's highly customisable. From changing colours, themes to sounds and reminders. It can also be linked with your phone's calendar and all your events are here for you to plan out. The habit tracker is good too. It also shows the stats of a whole week's pomo session for analysis! Planning and prioritizing tasks is easy too.

So, after trying many productivity apps on windows and android, all good in their way, tick tick takes the cake ! I use it on windows with an android emulator ! (I know they offer a windows installer, but I like the android better) The feature set is so rich and the power of notifications handling on the spot is really awesome ! Search for lists, and tasks is AWESOME and quick ! Points/ranks are GREAT ! GET THIS APP NOW ! You can set smart lists with logic for pomo's sake :)

I loved TT and paid for Premium but sooner or later their reminder will let you down :( You can't count on it unfortunately. And it's not because of Android but due to a flaw in the app. If a reminder pops up and you accidentally tap somewhere else in the screen or if you're busy now then the reminder disappears and never reminds you again until you manually find this task again in the list and set a new date for the reminder.

Best to-do app. After hours of trying different apps (todoist, any.do,time logger, timetune) I found the premium version of TickTick has the most important features (3rd party calendars sync, performance tracking and reports, task group share, good widgets) I'm not sure if they have statistics for tasks by each tag so you can see where you spend your time. If they do I will update it to 5 stars.

Love it! I'm currently using it so I can practice managing my time for when I actually have to do so and the so helps out a lot. I was really going to decide between this app and Todoist, but decided to go for this one cuz of two reasons: the Pomos and the calendar view.

Excellent, it's satisfying to listen to that completion sound once you finish a task.

As a Wunderlist refugee, I love this app. I tried using Microsoft To Do but it feels too plain and doesn't have natural language, which is REALLY important to me. Other apps like Todoist don't provide important features in the free version, but TickTick provides all the necessities for free and has a few extras in the premium version, as it should be. I also can't stop using the Pomo timers. LOVE IT! Don't know if I'll ever go back to To Do, even after they add onto it!

I'm a naturally disorganized person who has used every calendar/to-do app out there. I can honestly say that Tick Tick is the best and most complete app I've ever used. The customizable lists, colors, and categories are so useful and yet streamlined. A joy to use. Do yourself a favor and try it.

I love ticktick and have returned after trying a few other task apps. The problem is that it's all a it buggy. Emails sent to be added as tasks dissappear if sent automatically through Gmail, and my online Web based tasks are different to those on the app. Maybe time to look again at other apps... 🤔

i really like this app because the interface is user-friendly. the widget is also easy to use.

I think this app is the best option for a to do list except that the sync is terrible. I just paid for premium and the app will not sync. During the trial the sync between android app and PC app was also very bad. If they could get the connection/sync issues fixed it would be a great app. If I can't access the premium features I paid for in the next few hours I'm going to be requesting a refund...

This is by far the best to do list app I've come by. It has rich features and a great interface, even in the free version. It knows the difference between a task, and a habit. My main issue here with the app, is premium pricing. Why exactly do I have to pay a monthly fee for features that can be used offline? Normally, a monthly subscription is to support features that need to be consistently paid for. From what I can see, there's only one. If a one time payment option is added, I'll buy it.

One of the best apps based on UI and features. Location based reminder very few apps offer in free version, one is this and other Google (Todoist does but in paid version). UI is really good. Subtasks shouldn't have been in Pro. If I ever feel irritated by Google and Todoist (Premium of todoist is much higher than TickTick's pro), this will be my goto app.

One of the best, most complete tasks reminder application and it's free!

I love the app. Subscribed almost immediately. I just hope that there's a feature where we can also ⑴ group our habits like the list feature — especially if you're using premium with the "unlimited habits" feature, and ⑵ view habits success rates. edit: not gonna use the "please update and get 5☆" card because this app is definitely worth more than 5☆ but I hope the devs will notice me. orz

How come I have just discovered TickTick today?? After trying lots of todo list apps, TickTick is the only that works exactly as I wanted, from Reminders with good snooze options and a popup that dont make me forget to take action, priorities, lots of options to organize my tasks with lists and tags and more. Its amazing! Kudos and keep it up! ;)

Finally found the right ToDo app for me. Tried Wunderlist, todoist, any.do, etc.. But landed on this one for a few reasons. 1. Habits feature is great. 2. Sticky reminders that don't go away until you either reschedule or complete a task (this is exactly what I needed). 3. Ability to build dynamic lists depending or tags, and other criteria is da bomb. Good job dev!

I've tried many different task apps now, feel like I've wasted a fortune on them but I'm a really picky person, I really do love this app it comes with all the features I want. What I would really love to see is an option to allow us to add our own images to Habits as the habit image options are rather slim

Fantastic, feature-rich to-do app that doesn't have BASIC features hidden behind a paywall unlike todoist

A well designed, easy to use and full featured to do list app.

The free version is competitive even with the premium version of other apps.

wish i could set different pomo time defaults (like different amount of times for each activity) instead of changing it each time i want to use it. app is kind of slow on startup. still better than any.do and todoist for my needs. update: paying for premium with google rewards credits. wish i could add/edit google calendar events within ticktick like you can for any.do

I'm optimistically giving thid a 4/5. I prefer Todoist interface, but TickTick seems to have a few better features. I tried the Calendar integration and was disappointed. Sliding tasks down to the minute is annoying. Rhe fact that I cant create Calendar events to sync back to Google Calendar means that the caledar features are generally useless for me.

I really like this app. Please add the completed date of the task. Thanks

Have been using it for 2 years, works reliably well but sometimes there are sync issues.

The app is just what I needed. Comprehensive with fully customizable tasks but also an habit tracker and a pomodoro. Devs are also listening to your messages and they answer very quickly to your suggestions and feedback. In short the app is perfect and if there's anything missing from the app devs will do their best to add it or listen to your suggestion.

No way to integrate with google assistant on a pixel. It's great app by itself, but unless developers figure out a way to make this happen, this gets one star. At the moment todoist has a work around, but ultimately, im just looking for something that allows me to get thoughts into a task list without needing to search for my phone and get into the app. Sorry devs.

My biggest weakness is definitely organisation and this app has helped me keep on top of my daily tasks. It has completely changed the way I structure my days and has been a God send to be honest. Now I am much more organised and am not forgetting to do important tasks or putting things off. So long as you remember to jot down anything important while its fresh in your mind and check in regularly you shouldn't ever miss an appointment again especially with the convenient reminders it sends you.

The free version is enough for me and it works wonderfully. In fact, I wouldn't mind having unobtrusive top/bottom ad banners at all. Much better than the ones with monthly fees. Just wish it had some kind of integration with Google Home/Assistant for easier adding of tasks.

I really like this app, it does everything I need it to, and I paid for it pretty soon after getting it because the extra features were useful and I wanted to support the developers the only issue that I have with it is that there is no way to see when you complete a task. I use the app to track when I take a daily medication and the ability to see how long it's been since I did so would really help.

This app is Awesome. It helps a lot to keep track of pending works.

The base program is decent and the calendar-task pairing is a duality missing from most other To-Do lists. the main drawback to TickTick is general UI sluggishness and a small dev team. Edit: After re-installing the app the sluggishness has resolved itself. Sluggish UI in the windows app was resolved by removing subscribed calendars. I've bumped the rating from 3-4 due to the dev team's responsiveness. The development progress might be slow but they are very responsive to the feedback. The small development team is the main thing holding this product back.

Tried allot of this to-do list apps, most of them consist of calendar, the list and vouple of reminders and that all. Honestly dont even know why to bother myself with this apps when you got a notepad and calendar in your phone for sure, but TickTick is so kuch morr than this, it is has planner, reminder, calendar, custom repeator, habit tracker, statictics, wide chose of widgets, amazing notification. Have an idea or some task you neednto do later just tap that plus button and add it real quick
