No stars! Do not use this app if you want to be sure of getting into a venue with tickets you have paid for. Attempted to check my tickets at home prior to an evening gig. The app was completely unresponsive. Deleted and reinstalled the app and my tickets appeared. Arrived at the venue and the app failed to display my tickets. If it wasn't for a very kind person with two spare tickets I would not have got into the gig I'd paid for months in advance. This app is not fit for purpose.

The app is awful. On opening, I get the front page then if I try and view my events or anything else nothing happens. It's been like this for at least a month now not what I expect from a company that charges astronimal prices for "admin and booking" fees. Spend some money on updating the app to make it fit for purpose!! And answer these complaints!

Absolutely useless This app is usually impossible to open without it instantly crashing and giving you a blank white screen, closing and reopening the app makes no difference neither does force closing it. This is particularly useful when you are standing in the queue and your e-tickets are inaccessible meaning no show for you tonight, all thanks to this shambolic attempt at an app from Ticketmaster. For the love of God DO NOT use this rubbish!

When opening the app, it loads the main page and then immediately pops up with a blank white pop up. The following do NOT fix this: • Closing and reopening the app • Force stopping the app • Restarting the phone • Reinstalling from the play store This has been an issue for months now, and it's clear they have no intention of fixing this issue anytime soon which is shocking considering it causes the app to become 100% unusable.

Dreadfully buggy, constant blank white screen, simply doesn't work. Haven't used in weeks and assumed they might have fixed by now. If you are going to make everyone use an app, you would make the app work you would think. With their industry high rip off booking fees they have enough money to make this work surely. Disgraceful.

Beyond awful. So got tickets for a gig on Saturday, app loads then presented with a blank white screen that you cannot get out of. To compound the issue haven't had any updates relating to the meet and greet. Agree with other users that Tocketmaster don't care about the customer once they have your money

The last thing you need is a glitching app when in a queue to get into the theatre. Everyone having problems which slowed down entrance. Blank screens, unable to retrieve tickets even with full mobile and WiFi signals. Seems the problem has been going on for a long time. Sort it! Hahahaaa even the email listed here to report problems too DOESN'T WORK!!!

Constantly crashing. Need data to access your tickets but won't let u get to ur tickets as the "servers are down". Or takes that long to load up the band has started. Just give us the option to print/download or have tickets posted to us again. E-tickets are bad, can't get them up and can't scrap book them.

Can't open app, goes to white screen. How do you complain about this as you need to display ticket to enter event. Up date, tried emailing developers, email wasn't delivered so tried uninstalling and then reinstalled, which worked, so went to my tickets and put them on Google pay download so I have them on my phone.

When you're supposed to use this as your tickets, for it not to work when you open the app is unacceptable. Being treated by a white screen that you can't get out of is an absolute joke and a company as big as Ticketmaster should have sorted this by now...
