I made an order. After 1h I called the restaurant to check if everything was OK and they told me that it was delayed due to an error from Thuisbezorgd and then the food arrived 1h after the call. So: delivery took 2h. The person from the restaurant also told me that I would receive both the food and the money back. I did not receive the money back and contacted Thuisbezorgd about it: instead of receiving what I was promised, I received a voucher worth less than what I paid. I don't recomend it.

They finally fixked that bug where on my phone, pocophone f1, the app wasn't even working. It only took 3 years but now it's fixed. F..king finally, thank you.

Basket does not work. Whenever I put something in, it doesn't show up anywhere. I tried to reinstall and still the same problem.

Took my money twice. First with credit card, said payment failed then asked yo use other payment method and I used Ideal. Guess what, both money are taken. Complaint submitted since last week on the web, also sent direct email with NO reply after a week. Frustrating app and very bad support!! Rather use uber eats or deliveroo and pay more, they really did reply within hours!! Yes hours!!!

Just terrible. We've tried to order from restaurants and received a "restaurant closed" message, but have subsequently called the restaurant and had it confirmed they're open. It seems that if this app company doesn't have delivery staff available, they list restaurants as closed. We had another instance of the app not sending our order to the restaurant and had the restaurant inform us that the app company weren't answering phone calls. We won't use this app again.

It's so annoying when you entered your promotion code and for some reason had to cancel the order that the code won't work anymore, because TakeAway decided that it's invalid for a period of time. It's like the worst system to choose when you're working with food deliveries. Hungry customers making small mistakes ending up waiting for long time of period before they can order again. I understand the system has been made to prevent fraud, but there should be other solutions better than this.

Terrible app. It only gives me error messages the moment I want to initiate payment. "Session has expired. Please log in again." I tried multiple times, even rebooted my phone. Total waste of my time. Uninstalled.

Since recently its impossible to use the app - payment attempt fails with an error "There is a technical problem with your payment provider". Does not matter which payment method I chose. App reinstall did not help. Also tested on my friends android phones with same issue

The app looks fine layout-wise but it's so slow sometimes, when scrolling through categories or filling in fields it can take a while to input text, very frustrating.
