Very buggy. Firstly I was trying to register and kept saying that a one time passcode had been sent but nothing arrived. Only after 2 hours did the one time passcodes start coming. Secondly, whenever u tap a text box to type in, u almost always have to tap it again to start typing otherwise it doesnt input what you are typing. Thirdly, I tried setting up my fingerprint to login. I use all the time in other apps but only in this app it just does nothing after u give your fingerprint. Annoying

Not only is this app a joke,the top up line you have to call is not only full of adverts, it is useless to top up by card, terrible to enter a top up voucher and painful to upgrade to a monthly pack, what happened 3? This is completely unacceptable, unless you sort out your silly, over complicated top up phone system and app, you'll loose millions, do your job

App seems to work as it should for me apart from one pretty huge issue, the data indicator is about as accurate as stevie wonder with a crossbow, it shows me I have say 1gb data left, I do some browsing/YouTube whatever, come back, check the app, still 1gb, then a few minutes later I can't load a Web page and I get an sms saying I'm out of data, for me this is a massive issue, I want to know my data in real time, sort it out!

IT DOESN'T WORK!! This app hasn't worked for me for weeks! Uninstalled and reinstalled - still nothing! Can't log on in the new website either! Ever since the change it's been dodgy as! Terrible. Needs a new update to fix these bug issues as all it shows is 'technical difficulties'. Please fix with new update ASAP!!

Auto renewal cancellation doesn't work. And when I contacted support they took the payment again! Despite not having my card details. My bank said these were done on the same transaction and they will void payment. Really not the best for a big company. Not good at all.

This App should be itemised so that different subjects can be accessed easily. Trying to carry out a simple function like opening a pay as you go account has cost me a 50 mile round trip back to your Three Service Provider in Yeovil - - so frustrating. Bernie Hall.

I can't do nothing on this app because it says upcoming maintainice work and it's "not" changing with uninstalling and reinstalling the app and I anyway need that app only to turn off the parentel filter that "comes with the service" and btw if I pay for service the option for a parental filter should be in my hands not in yours and why is it so hard to turn it off???

Uninstalled and reinstalled the App as requested. Its a bit lunky and not friendly. eg it insists that your credit card has a title (eg "Mr" in the name field. It can't cope if yous doesn't, and the error messages are useless.

It works but I find it really annoying to have to log in every single time I want to check something even if I logged in very recently. Even on octa core the app takes ages to load, I'll probably uninstall it and go back to the phone number if it doesn't improve. There so many badly written error messages, if a password isn't long enough or if a code misses digits say so.
