It doesn't tell me when I have 6 cents or 10 cents off per gallon and it also doesn't tell me when I have a free item available to redeem. In order for me to see any of this information I have to check my email. If I have to check emails I get from Thornton's then there's no purpose for me to have the app.

Even with the latest update, the app keeps telling me that I have no internet connection, despite the fact that my connection is actually perfect! If this keeps happening, Thorntons is going to lose a customer! Do better people.

This Thornton's app makes me happy and it makes it more easier, when I first used this app it was working excellent and everything but now I am having issues with it, 7/6/2021 it keeps saying I don't have internet connection and I'm using my data and I even hooked my phone up to wifi and it still says no internet connection. So if you don't fix this, I will not be using this app anymore besides using my phone number. Have a great day.

Every time I tried to go on the app, it says I do not have internet connection and to retry. I always have internet connection. When I can get to, the app closes me out. I cannot see rewards or anything of that nature! Please fix this!

This app was the best up until a couple of months ago...all of a sudden it started saying no internet connection which makes no sense when it's an app for the cell phone. Now I can't get any of my rewards or extra discounts

If I check app as I'm leaving WiFi service it will not work. Turn off WiFi and wait for cell, restart app, restart phone, it takes over an hour for the app the reload info. Also during this time I did not receive my gas discount.

Its saying I have no internet when I very clearly do. Fix your app people have been complaining for almost a month now about this. There is no reason for it still to not be fixed.

Overall great app except today for some reason it's saying I have no Internet connection. Yet my car camera and everything else that runs off my phone is working. hope the app gets fixed soon
