Used to be great, now it's basically un- useable. Same pics over and over in a gallery, all with different non matching descriptions. Most descriptions are mis matched to the pics. If you scroll down and back up it adds or replaces pics, usually wrong descriptions as well. I'm using a paid version and it's horrible at this point. Sent an email to them and got no response.

Constantly having issues with sections with mixed up photos that do not match the text. Crashes everytime I open it. There are ads every time you open the app or another section in the app. This use to be a great app, before that sought to make larger profits to benefit their lifestyle (drinking and partying with hired models). This is a worthless app.

Since last update it's nearly impossible to enjoy. Whole galleries are mixed up. I cam scroll back up and get completely different pictures from the ones I just saw a second ago. The captions seems to be in the right place but it doesn't matter when the picture doesn't match. Also the random ads that have started showing up and blocking me until I watch it for at least 5 seconds.

Normally Iove this app, but doing 1 star for now. The duplicate pictures, pictures not going with the text make the app nearly unusable. I sent an email to support with examples and never heard back. Chive, I love ya but this app has been broken since the last update and no indication that a fix is coming, that its being worked on, or if we are just telling your subscribers to pound sand.

Is still my go to app but ..... constant crashes, adds lock out and/or annoy you to prompt you to buy. Otherwise, best app on earth.......Updated..... Can't take it any more. Uninstalling. What is your agenda with this app? I love what you stand for but the ad sellout has killed this app. Remember what you are about and fix this. It used to be so good. I thought you were the last holdouts of what is good and right. I am clearly mistaken. Worse than ever. What are you people doing.... and why?

Android App has been broken (acknowledged by the owners) for over a month and no resolution in sight. I'm one of the customers who pays for the premium (add free) experience and am very disappointed with how long this issue has persisted. I might drop my membership and find somewhere else to kill time.

I love the Chive and the things they stand for. I have multiple shirts and have gone to their events as well. Not sure what has happened here but the app is constantly crashing, the photos repeat or never load, the captions do not match up, and the ads are overkill. Not to mention the fake shark tank ads which I find unethical. Love the Chive but they need to make some serious changes here.

Why are the same pictures showing up with the wrong titles like 4 and 6 times in each gallery? I thought I was having a stroke but I quickly realized that it must be just a glitch in the matrix because there is no way in 2021 an app can suck this bad. I guess I'll go back to imgur and listen to their users cry about being broke and it being someone else's fault. Please fix your app so I can delete imgur.

The pictures are not lining up the comments underneath. Also, they are showing duplicate post on the same thread. It's been going on for about a month or so. I use to look at this app all the time, now checking it once a week to see if they fixed it. Still not fixed. Back to REDDIT!!!!!!

I'm really disappointed. Paid for my subscription and everything. Love the content but this app is bad. It always ran fine until lately and now it is crashing my phone and randomly blaring loud ads that you can't close at me.( Update!! ..... So you guys roll out an update to your app and now it is almost impossible to use. Wrong captions with repeat content and in the wrong spot!. But you guys shouldn't worry.. the ads are still working great 👍.. actually they are the only thing that works 😞
