I haven't used it (the app) much so that's why I only give 4 stars. But I do really appreciate the option to be able to cancel auto pay. It seems that a lot of things you can't opt out of automatic payments when you're first starting out. It's just easier for me to make manuel payments. Also, right at my 6th month anniversary as a new driver, my premium has dropped by $65.00. So I am super excited cause I feel like I'm already paying way too much. So this is really cool! 😎 But so far so good!

Any messages that you send to the general from this app are not accessable. I sent a change request email from app and it's like it vanished. The general agent couldn't find it and I couldn't either. The was no history of it. My change was not made and it costs me $$$ that I don't have.

They let me pick the types of coverage I wanted. No other place I tried would let me do that. At the other site I would choose what I wanted then alot of the coverage was removed & they were wanting me to submit payment not giving me what I wanted. With the General I chose the coverage I wanted. They put the policy together and everything was all still there. And the cost for a full year was very good. I now have full coverage on my car at a very reasonable price. I'm very happy with The General
