Each day of the week you get the following routine, all designed to fit into ONE hour's time, and designed after Kenzie's personal routine:

+ A Yoga Flow that correlates with the work out's muscle group focus for optimal recovery and progress

Weekends are slightly different and include Running Guidance for beginners, other options for switching up your routine, and even special bonus work outs and yoga flow challenges. 
Every week includes one complete rest day, with a restful yoga pose.

    Exercises sequence and level seems well thought through and challenging enough, even for those not new to working out. Yoga at the end of the short work out keeps you feel stretched and improves flexibility. I think the app can replace a trainer, kipping you fit for months, especially combined with a healthy diet

    I can't support someone who calls themselves a "yogi" when they have no empathy for basic human rights. I will not support someone who contributes to racism and is unwilling to learn and acknowledge her own privilege. Disgusted.

    I love this. You can tell a lot of heart and effort was put into the creating of it. It's kind of a ridiculous deal, the amount you pay for how much work she obviously put into it. The ONLY thing I would say could improve it, is that chrome cast on the videos would be nice, especially for the yoga flows.
