MyHealth calculates your BMI (body mass index) to identify your excess weight and the potential risks of excess weight to your health. The app then recommends a weight according to your profile based on normal standards. Your results are clearly displayed on your dashboard with colour-coding so that you can analyse them easily. You can also find details of your body composition (weight, BMI, body fat, muscular mass, bone mass or body water mass) in simplified graphs. Worst app ever, never synchronize with scale. I will return this scale to the vendor . Edit : I manage to synchronise it eventually. Randomly works even you weight yourself with the app open. The app itself should have a possibility to adjust weight vertical scale, now not possible and the scale is your weight +/- 15 kg. Scale is working hectic, sometimes showing errors when use it.

Horrible app. Cannot pair my device or transfer my data to my phone. I allowed all permissions but still doesn't work. I can see only my weight on the scale without data transfer. Waste of money.

This could be such a good app but it's let down because it doesn't work properly. I have a Prime Bathroom Scales. There was difficulty in connecting but I persisted and it connected eventually, it's been reliable since. But it loses my height and waist measurements every time I synchronize. I manually enter my blood pressure, I've set it to mmHg but the slider still expects kPa. When the app first ran I could set to Kg, Lb, or St & Lb. Now the St & Lb option has disappeared. Please don't tell me to report these, some of these issues were reported months and years ago and nothing has been done. Things which could be improved. It's difficult to enter data with the rolling wheels, why not just a box for typing the number? Previous display options like the graphs being set to month and not week should be retained across runs. An option to have the graph over the last 30 days would be good. I like the functionality, the looks, the features, the configurability and much of the way it works. If the same effort had been put into into testing that has gone into the completely useless trophies then it would have had four or five stars from me.

Works well for a few months, suddenly it wouldn't launch on my phone one day. Of course I can reinstall it, but that means I loose all my readings, as there is no cloud storage. :( Big let down). Updated: redownload the app, erase the data, tried 2 times, restarted my phone, it starts to launch after 3rd attempts, but apart from weight, other data not found...

Absolutely useless, i go through the pairing process, app finds the scale, i sync and apply a profile , then look at my details , no device connected, go through it all again, it connects but when i look at details there is no device Sending it back, absolutely useless Ok so after speaking to the help team it now works, the info they gave me is NOT included in the manual but basically goes like this - Press up/down until you get the profile, once it shows 0.0 then weigh yourself, it will then show the bluetooth connection and it downloads to the app Should have this included in the manual!

The Bluetooth scales are OK but the app on a Huawei P30 is extremely bad making the scales useless.....all info does not fit on the screen, delayed response when clicking a menu option, not reliable when syncing data, user info and unit info keeps changing. Trying to record your weight in the app for one person is difficult.... Trying to record for a family of 4 is impossible!

It took me so long to finally figure out how worked! Manual is not sufficient to understand how it functions. Now it works but I still don't fully understand how to interpret the results. Overall I just use it as a regular scale so not really what I had in mind when purchasing it

The fix for google fit crash was to remove google fit sync... I hope a new update brings back a working synchronization.

Keeps saying no internet connection, so can't even register! Not fit for purpose. Plus permissions to access GPS, phone calls and contacts - that are forced upon you are totally unnecessary. Uninstalled and will just use a different app to manually record my weight!

I thought it was only me, but it's general case. The app is useless. It doesn't detect my R-Link bathroom scale, rendering the scale a pretty basic and expensive one.
