  1. Mad Fox-avatar

Feature-wise its okay. However the premium is way too expensive. JuiceSSH in contrast, offers sync as well (though only across multiple mobile devices - not PC) for just $6 onetime payment. Termius charges 99$/year. I would suggest to make it 99$/onetime or allow us to host our own server repository for sync across clients. I manage a few servers, but the price is an overkill for my needs.

apk Going well! Identities and key management is done well, but if the data is stored locally I don't know if it's encrypted. Nonstandard port and key exchange works. I'm liking it so far and will change to 5 stars most likely after using Termius longer. Recommended.

  3. Riseabove #-avatar

Five star app. Hands down the best mobile ssh client I have ever used. It has the best at-hand keyboard shortcuts I have ever seen. They make it so easy to get to any shortcut you will ever need. The interface is top notch. I cannot say enough great things about this app, they really thought it out and put a great app together. I really like using this and highly recommend it to anyone that connects to a Linux box.

  4. Steve Fossey-avatar

I have to say Termius works perfectly for me, for what I need, which is controlling a raspberry pi and a dev database by remote MySQL. It also allows me to SSH into Windows (with openssh) and with nano, I've actually been sitting on the couch coding in Python on my windows subsystem for Linux Debian install. I should take a star off for making me lazier but... I can't be bothered...

  5. Michael Heyns-avatar

Nice user interface. Fonts support powerline and some devicons! But not basic block/border elements? Few of the provided themes are legible. It does not support color escape sequences, like base16-shell. AWS Session Manager would be a win.

  6. Shahrukh Malik-avatar

The best SSH clients out there; especially useful as it syncs between devices. The UI is great, the UX is great, speed is great - everything is great!

  7. Socrates Muñoz-avatar

powefull App however premium function price tap is way to high 100USD a year. cant justifce other app for free offer same leve of function and termius free version lack of basic function that other have for free ...

  8. Sylvester McGovern-avatar

    Sylvester McGovern

I don't typically review apps but this one deserves my 5 star. It connects faster than PuTTY and it always predicts my commands correctly.

  9. x41ih10a-avatar

Good app with many features an excellent default ssh colours. I would 5 star if not for one major issue: in portrait, the bottom half of the terminal is behind the keyboard. This means I need to keep clearing so see anything. I use the hacker's keyboard, which provides ctrl, alt, esc, arrows, etc. The app does provide these meta keys for regular keyboards, but it don't use a regular keyboard, so not having portrait is an issue for me.

Useful, but could improve. The copy and paste features are very convenient, although paste seems to need a blank portion of screen to press (otherwise it always tries to select for copying). The algorithms supported are some of the best security-wise (other apps do not support the recommended more robust algorithms) However, editing in vim can be painful, as the colored syntax in vim makes the Termius cursor disappear, and edited text is not always shown in the screen properly.

  11. Selvaraju V K-avatar

This Android SSH Client working well as I expected. Very useful for Work From Home purpose. Thank you Termius Team.

  12. Valentin Vajarov-avatar

    Valentin Vajarov

The only SSH client, I was able to find, which can import my private keys generated with OpenSSH on Windows (cygwin version) and can do key only authentication (password disabled on the SSH server). Awesome. Update: Tested also VNC via SSH tunnel using RealVNC viewer on android (local forwarding rule on Termius) to UltraVNC server on my laptop running Windows. Works like a charm.

  13. Michael Rothstein-avatar

    Michael Rothstein

Very good approximation to a terminal screen, missing vt100 escapes.

  14. Glenn Story-avatar

doesn't work on Chromebook.unable to raise keyboard to configure a new host.

  15. linerror-avatar

SFTP client and most features ONLY if you pay $10 a month for premium.

  16. Fernando Cassia-avatar

    Fernando Cassia

So far its the best Android SSH client I have seen. And a nice SFTP client. But a hundred dollars per year in this COVID-19 world economy/context, I can't justify it. If you offered a lifetime license I'd pay such amount. I only have 1 device not interested in multi device or multi user licenses.

  17. Juliette Gerischer-avatar

    Juliette Gerischer

I love it! Great UI, awesome features (especially that you can use the arrow keys directly) and great usability! Would recommend 100% Thank you so much for offering a free version with the basic features!

  18. Harri-avatar

Amazing as a SSH client, does the job well as a free version. Although, the fingerprint gestures stops video overlays from working properly - they stay on the screen for as long as you have fingerprint gestures enabled in accessibility settings.

  19. Montgomery Scott-avatar

    Montgomery Scott

Free version is very powerful on its own. The pay version add some useful, but not strictly required, features.

  20. Nauvaro Bennett-avatar

    Nauvaro Bennett

This is the best SSH client I've used I haven't had any unknown crashes yet

  21. mRay-avatar

VERY expensive but truly awesome! Tried so many ssh clients in the past and none of them come close to this. Serious app with serious features, ease of use, and beautiful UX. 5 stars!

  22. Nicholas Schlobohm-avatar

    Nicholas Schlobohm

I never really leave reviews unless asked and I actually went out of my way to make this one. Amazing app all round and couldn't ask for a sleeker interface. Thank you so much!

  23. Asaf M-avatar

sftp doesn't show the host I linked, only shows local. On iOS it worked for me got here and was disappointed. support link isn't usable, the form got stuck when i tried to send.

  24. Brendan-avatar

I had real issues with all other ssh apps on the okay store using RSA keys. I tried this one last because its icon looked the most amateur, but when I did try it out worked straight away.

  25. Khushraj Rathod-avatar

    Khushraj Rathod

Nice client, but the desktop version should have a localhost option by default just like the android version Edit: It's a platform limitation, the desktop version from outside the Mac App Store does have localhost

  26. Justin Austin-avatar

Cool concept, great app. Saved me when my laptop's display broke once mid project, was able to ssh in and download my stuff from the temp file.

  27. Steve Leung-avatar

Have traditional feel but useful and convenient.

  28. One skitounet-avatar

When switching app, background connection does not stay alive even if the server and the app settings as re correctly set. What a shame.

  29. Arran Blows-avatar

Really helps with being a digital nomad and accessing servers I have to work on for clients. Will say it's bare minimum, but using putty when I have access to a computer makes up for its short comings.

  30. Wolfgang Schildbach-avatar

    Wolfgang Schildbach

Super useful for small ad-hoc administration.

  31. Matthew Lopez-avatar

Good, but I don't want to have to buy subscription just to use ssh. The free version is quite good.

  32. kevin 44-avatar

Too expensive, would be better to do a one time payment or give more free features

  33. Miika Launiainen-avatar

    Miika Launiainen

Best terminal for Android. It's pretty good without paying monthly fee

  34. Gary Glasscock-avatar

Love it. Best console app on Android or iOS period.

  35. Rajat Gameplay-avatar

Termius Is Best It Lags While Opening it and Consumption of power is very high in my phone It makes my phone drain very faster. Please Team Improve It's performance and please make it lighter so that it would be hanging.

  36. Jens Wesseling-avatar

I've been looking.. months.. for SSH and SFTP apps, awesome app especially for students like me with the Github Developer Pack

  37. Chris Aldred-avatar

Very good application , adds great functionality to my tablet

  38. Greg K.-avatar

Didn't even try it. Thought it was a "lite" free version. Comments said it was expensive. Not interested for something I use rarely.

  39. Gwylan Scheeren-avatar

    Gwylan Scheeren

Great free ssh client that automatically imports public key

  40. jaehwan oh-avatar

unable to scroll down while im using samsung dex..

  41. Iñigo Liaño-avatar

Functional, effective and easy to use.

  42. Martin Streďanský-avatar

    Martin Streďanský

So far the best ssh client app, but too expensive for me.

  43. Jeremy Rode-avatar

    Very useful SSH client!

  44. winston cat-avatar

Does the necessary. Always useful in an emergency. Wonder if ssh -X will ever be possible for android?

  45. Jo Mo-avatar

It's an android terminal supporting ssh, works perfectly!

  46. Dylan Wilson-avatar

Fantastic app! I just wish premium didn't cost $10/mo. If I were using it in my day job, perhaps it would be worth it, but just using it to ssh into some boxes in my homelab from time to time, it isn't worth it. It would be awesome if we could just pay a one time fee for Android only and promise not to use it for monetary gain, then if we did, we could subscribe to the $10/mo version.

  47. Lawrence Daet-avatar

This app does its job well even on its free version.

  48. Brian Winebarger-avatar

    Brian Winebarger

Way too expensive. I had no idea I was using a premium trial when I installed it. The only thing I wanted to use this for (snippets) costs $100/year? Start streaming movies and TV shows then maybe I would take that price seriously.

  49. PikaDude-avatar

paste option eventually stops showing making it impossible to paste. touch gestures are garbage moving the cursor twice or three times per swipe most of the time. if you're coming from the iPhone version, don't expect the same quality.

  50. Joel Jacobsen-avatar

App works great with my Note 10+. No issues setting up public/private keys or connecting to my server. Great configuation options. I like that I can use a bluetooth kyb and still have a banner at the bottom of the screen with shortcut options at easy reach. An added bonus is that Termius recognizes URLs in text and takes me to my browser to follow them.

  51. Björn Lundén-avatar

Now that the free tier is ad-free, it's much nicer experience. I don't need most of the pro features, making a subscription a bit overkill for my use case. Without it, it's still a very functional app with a pleasant and polished user interface with a number of fairly unique convenience features.

  52. Stephen Smith-avatar

Worked first time when trying ssh. Easy to use. I wish there was more control over placing whic bottom buttons were there. I need to have directional arrows and tab without having to switch toolbars.

  53. Veli Tasalı-avatar

I am not sure why page up or down buttons somehow toggle scroll up or down behaviour. Emulation is great, but needs to improve keyboard-only experience. GNOME Terminal, for instance, allows Shift + Page (Up or Down) to scroll.

  54. Timothy Lewis-avatar

I only use this for SSH, so I can't speak to the Telnet portion, but this is a great utility that connects to remote terminals wonderfully. I also really like the grouping features.

  55. RONAK DOSHI-avatar

Loved the app. So simple and easy to use! Now I don't need to turn on my laptop and use PuTTy and stuff. Just using termius on phone while on bed does the work! Thanks Team Termius. Btw, I'm now a bit lazier because of you guys :P

  56. Pixel-avatar

Great but one problem... they display sftp to be a feature in the title but it's behind the premium features which is a shame

  57. Janpieter Sollie-avatar

    Janpieter Sollie

Very smooth and well-working SSH client for both Ipv4 and Ipv6. Only issue is that on my mobile phone(android9) , de app quickly disconnects when I switch screens, while on my tablet(android7) it does not.

  58. Cat Electrical-avatar

Great app! I often use Termius to troubleshoot my vps while my computer is out of reach.

  59. Amir Abdolahi-avatar

    Fast and secure ... Thanks

  60. Adam Harris-avatar

Port forwarding connection drops after less than 20 seconds regardless of "Keep alive interval" and battery saving settings of Termius. This behaviour has been shown on Android and iOS.

  61. Joshua Kling-avatar

Awesome terminal app. Has every feature I need and an unobtrusive but highly functional UI.

  62. Scott Jennings-avatar

Works exactly as designed! Remote access to my Linux machine.

  63. Derek Edwards-avatar

    Really good. Full featured

  64. Zeeshan Ali-avatar

Amazing App. Port forwarding process is little difficult to use. LOVED THE IMPORTANT FROM KITTY and SYNC features. Snippets are awesome. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

  65. Sibin Eftemov-avatar

Very good application! Love it, especially ssh tunnelling, which is free accessible. Thank you guys!

  66. Deep Krishna sharma-avatar

    Deep Krishna sharma

Super !! Sometimes i find it easier than working on a laptop. Simple and effective .

  67. Gonçalo Amaro-avatar

Simply put it's fantastic. It has got everything I need, will need, might need and extras I didn't know I wanted. It's a time saver.

  68. Andrei Kapytau-avatar

Nice application! The only thing I missed is autocompletion based on current file names.

  69. Espinoza Juan-avatar

Very laggy, it's extremely hard to type on Android version, also froze a couple of times, I have to uninstall the app

  70. G F-avatar

Super convenient...helps my life in the Linux trenches a lot. Thank you.

  71. James Smith-avatar

Works a treat. Easy to use and I have had no issues, Android tablet to Linux Mint desktop.

  72. Simon Susina-avatar

Superb app, I'm using it daily for remote administrating my OrangePI Ubuntu server.

  73. Vytenis K-avatar

To expensive. It suppose to be the best. I suggest make a free version for just one host

  74. X22-avatar

easy to use, even has customizable quick hotbar for common keys.

  75. Richard Ehrenberg-avatar

    Richard Ehrenberg

Like this app and would love to go premium the price.is.just.too high... should be a one-time buy IMHO.

  76. Aaron Flores-avatar

Don't advertise as sftp client if it's not part of the free version.

  77. Badita Florin-avatar

It keeps pasting ~~~ inside the terminal

  78. Tanvee Zaman-avatar

Great app. Can control all my hardware from phone.

  79. NK Mandal-avatar

Handy and effective , totally worth good rating.

  80. Ray Foss-avatar

Stupid good. Host chaining, snippets... Best one here.

  81. Abin Joseph-avatar

The only good SSH client in Android

  82. Gabriel Jimenez-avatar

    Gabriel Jimenez

Useful but buggy, the iOS version is much better

  83. Dustin Mitchell-avatar

  84. Yaroslaw Kaminsky-avatar

    Yaroslaw Kaminsky

SFTP is in the name, but it's a premium feature. That's BS.

  85. Herb Huston-avatar

Fails to perform DNS lookup on primary nameserver. Uninstalling...

  86. M M-avatar

Says it's an SFTP client, but to use that you have to register and buy premium...

  87. The Mission-avatar

It's good.....but please improve zooming ability....

  88. jamie holding-avatar

Perfect for me I use to ssh with my raspberry pi

  89. Daniele Muscetta - Plank Guitars-avatar

    Daniele Muscetta - Plank Guitars

    Easy, smooth, reliable ssh term.

  90. Anirban Das-avatar

Excellent. Plz add multi tab support.

  91. Khaschuluu Munkhbayar-avatar

    Khaschuluu Munkhbayar

Simple, beautiful and useful, very liked

  92. Eze D.-avatar

one of the best apps for ssh, using it for a long time, never dissapointed

  93. Ziah J-avatar

Had problems with premium features working during the trial. Once it was over, all of my hosts and private keys I've been using for years were deleted. That's insane. I just today signed out of my terminus account and they were deleted again! Not deleting user data is probably the most important thing in programming.

  94. Matt H-avatar

I have simplistic needs and it fits them very well.

  95. Fiendir Creed-avatar

Requires an account to use - no thank you.

  96. EVG Inc-avatar

The best app I've ever seen. For students free subscription. Thx u very much. U are the best)

  97. Vex Mage-avatar

I'm retracting my 5 stars and giving it 3. While it has a lot of amazing features it isn't worth 10$/mo. JuiceSSH is more reasonable with its perpetual license. Perhaps if I was on a team or using this in any serious professional way I'd give it 5 stars. I'd rate it a 2 star but it really does have some impressive features.

  98. Defqon 1-avatar

I have been using this for almost 2 years now and I don't know how I worked without it. It's so nice having all your hosts right in front of you yet not compromising on security to much. When they added dynamic port forwarding for mobile that was the an answer to my prayers. Thank you for making a great application.

  99. Joel Nider-avatar

I have been using Termius for about a year now to manage my home computers remotely. Despite the small interface of my cellphone, I find this program a convenient alternative to finding my laptop for small jobs. Especially when I'm out of the house, this is a great tool to open up an SSH connection for a quick change.

  100. Ranjeet Shetye-avatar

    Needs cloud account for sftp
