Horrible interface, basically a scam they claim free trial but then make it near impossible to unsubscribe. Every other review say so but they are likely scamming a decent score via bots. Don't fall for it!

This app is deceiving and there is no easy way to cancel a subscription. If your to charge my account on penny I will contact a lay because you are a fraudulent business. You also say to contact your support email but nobody gets back to you. I will contact lawyer if you try to charge me one penny. I advise you to ake the right choice otherwise my lawyer will get involved. Your automatic email response and spoort email does nothing. I want you to cancelmy subscription NOW

For non-native speakers it's even more difficult to cancel.. Thinking $1 was for the app and had no clue, $19.99 would continue to come out.... To be honest, this is the worst app purchase I've done I'm absolutely pissed. It's not even about the money it's just the principle or lack thereof. No one should endure a monthly subscription of something they were not even clear about whether it was a subscription service or not in the first place... unless clearly stated within the app the service and cost every buyer would feel cheated at some point. I want my $$$ back.

Extremely bad service. I took the trial version for a week. It was written there that i can cancel at any time. But when I tried to cancel, I can't do it anywhere, there's just no such disable button. It feels like just to lure the user with a trial version and then rip off the money

I did contact them and each time they answer me different answers until they charged me. Here is their first answer : Is there anything we can do to change your mind? Their second answer was: I just wanted to ask if you believe in second chances because we surely do. theis third answer was: Please be informed that we can make a great offer and give you 50% off

This is a fraud and GoogleApp should disable this app, they constantly withdraw money from my account when they promised me a annual payment that become monthly. The app does not have options to cancel and it sends us to the Google App that does not give an option. Also they do not have how to communicate and be able to talk with them, you should be more responsible with these fraudulent applications.
