This app is basic and not in a good way, restrictive and not visually appealing. The only thing worse than the app is the service ahah. 30 mins past the deliver time i called the closest Telepizza restaurant, and there's not a estimated time for my delivery. Since they don't know when the driver will show up. Perfect in all aspects this experience, from the bottom of my heart thank you.

This app is DISASTROUS!!! To start with, the location never works well! The app is not easy or natural to use, if you need to change anything, better worth restarting the app, since its super slow to re-do anything in the app. Theres no info windows on anything, so you actually need to enter every product to know what it is. The whole experience sucks! And its a shame, since telepizza is the best fast food pizza, but PLEASE GUYS TRY TO SOLVE THIS DISAPPOINTMENT (that's meant to be the your app)

They are loosing sales over this app, the developers should concentrate on simplifying basic use cases, and reduce the number of clicks, instead shoving products in customer face and making the path to sale an unintuitive labirinth. Just tried to order a favorite saved pizza at favorite venue to take, but they lost me in the process, after finding myself after five clicks in all menu options. How about putting a big button on the main screen, with all options presaved, so i can press to pizza.

only finds address by postal code, can't track order status, if you want to change the address in the middle of the order you have to delete the order and make another one from the start

It never worked, everytime that I wanted fo finish my order it shows me a message that something went wrong so I have to go to chrome to order directly from the website

I want to collect my pizza from the restaurant. Why do you insist on having my address or GPS location. I don't want to register as I am a visitor to the area.

This app is linked on the official Telepizza page in Poland for some reason. It does not work, just throws some errors in Spanish and that's it.
