I'm using Telekom TV service on Web portal for more than 7 years, and the app for more than 4 years; except few minor issues that were fixed in the next release I had no major problems with Android Phones & Tablets. Recently I found the app available for Android TV too and it is working great with Sony TV : Sony TV: - Android OS: version 9 - Android Security Patch: 5 March 2021 - Kernel version: 4.9.125 Unfortunately, there is an issue with "Google Chromecast with Android TV", after 4-10 min streaming any TV channel, the app hangs and the Chromecast device switch to screensaver mode. Google Chromecast with Android TV: - Android TV OS: version 10 - Android Security Patch: 6 April 2021 - Kernel version: 4.9.180 Could you please fix the stability/compatibility with Google Chromecast with Android TV?

Does not work at all, even though you have internet TV activated. Can`t create/select an alias, and that`s what makes it impossible to use. Horrible customer support.

Unable to authenticate. Support call center unable to help, they passed me through 5 different operators, finally put on hold to wait. Useless app and service !

Both telecomtv.ro and this app have problems with the authentification - the authentification buttons looks more like TODO buttons. Every time I try to login with my account, it redirects me to the same page like a simple refresh (no account set). As for the app, I'm either receiving a toast with a message like "wrong id/password" or it behaves exactly like the website.

On their website says channels are accessible from any EU country.There is an source ip block for many EU ip's,error related to content security module. The "unhelpfull" helpdesk I inform via email their support,about several ip ranges they are blocking. Without even trying to understand the issue,they continue sending a template email response,asking for the contract nr(which has no relevance,since they block by source ip),which I provide.A reply that they will fix it...nothing fixed in 30 days

Still getting errors that I am not in Romania, while I am. There are still connectivity issues lots of times. Also, no email notifications when subscription terms change and, when doing a complaint, no answer from Telekom's customer care team.

this boolshit does not even feel basic Internet Connection....After ok installed, the only screen is...No Internet Connection warning...Notice that Sopcast, Kodi and many other IPTV based apps works at best on same device...
