This service provides exceptional customer care! Physicians are prompt, responsive, and truly interested in the health of the patient. Definitely recommend 💗 It's a fantastic alternative to urgent or emergent care in the face of the unknown. I'd an issue, which, with only the photographs provided, the physician was able to diagnose, prescribe a treatment, and cure WITHOUT EVER HAVING TO LEAVE MY HOUSE! A great option for anyone with a questionable issue that *is not* an emergency 💞

So the telehealth video system works fairly well, very few issues with that. The UI could use a little adjusting, but it's functional. The therapist I'm working with is good, so far. Before I found him, though, I tried for over a month to get into a different one, who kept rescheduling me, and then just canceled altogether, so that was rough. It's also really kind of a pain when the app logs you out in the middle of tasks, especially right at your appointment time.

I get shown available appointments in the app and am then forced to reschedule the appointment by the provider. I'm offered alternative appointments by the provider that are at extremely inconvenient times and that don't even come close to the time frames that I originally requested or wrote for the provider in my notes to her. It's been a very frustrating experience to get mental health care this way.

Great idea but still buggy. Alot of the time the Dr has to call me because the video gets cut out and in the past I've been charged for visits that got cut off and didn't get to see a dr.. they do refund the money but by a check and it takes months to receive it. But I love the app especially when I have small issues like a sinus infection or something small like that. To not have to go to an urgent care and wait over an hour especially that patients might have covid in that waiting room

Edit: they fixed the pin and other authentication issues. The app is still clunky. I also get WAY too many canned responses that frustrate me. Find another way to tell me to dial 911 for emergencies etc etc because clicking through menus to see why I got a "follow up message from my doctor" (not from my doctor) to tell me this... Frustrating. I'll bet the BETTER HELP app doesn't have this issue. As a counseling patient I want no weekly canned messages.

This app is terrible. When you request an appointment it says doc will respond with 48 hours if they can accept, but they don't. I've had 8 appointments canceled the day before my requested appointment, still trying to get one. You get reminders for the appointments docs refused, then notifications messages saying you didn't show up. When Ilog in says I have an appointment in 15 minutes, but I don't. Save yourself the frustration and don't bother with this worthless app or non-existent service.

I like that app. It does make the ability to address sudden onset of medical issues easy. However, the app always gets glitchy when I try choosing a time for an appointment. Instead of the app just saying " this time is unavailble", it will just keep setting the dials back to 9:30 PM. I can choose a time in the afternoon because it won't let me choose AM.

My first time using it and the doctor got my prescription wrong. No one answers in the help line but rather you have to leave a voice-mail. What's the point to use this service if is not providing the service they promise? Horrible. Will never use this service again, unprofessional, poor customer service.

If I could give it no stars I would. I keep trying to get "seen" only to get notifications that a Dr is reviewing my history and then I get notified that my appointment has been canceled because the Dr wasn't able to reach me. Well nobody tried to reach me!!! No notifications of missed calls or anything

Too many timeouts if you have to fill out questionnaires. Been cancelled for all appts requested over last 3 weeks. Hopefully 3rd time (and final) will work and will finally get an appt. UPDATE: Tried 2 more times and still cancelled day of appointment at last minute. Never again.
