I scheduled a visit for 10am today. I signed in 10 minutes early and waited until 1020am or so. It was explained prior to that there was a 3 hour window. I then read I would receive a text or email 10 minutes prior to the visit when a doctor was ready. So I signed off. Waited until 1PM and placed a call to an agent to find out what was going on. I still have yet to find out anything. I was charged for services not rendered. If you guys are just extremely backed up an update would be appreciated.

This app was perfect during these times! I'm asthmatic so I'm high risk for the virus. This app made it so I was able to video chat with an actual doctor licensed in my state without having to run the risk of going a place where people who do have the virus will be. They were even able to send my doctor what they'd diagnosed me with. Definitely worth it. It was a longer wait, but also an acceptable one given what's going on.

  3. Samantha Doty-avatar

Love it! Used it for my first time today, and not only did the doctor get to the bottom of my problem, he sat and talked with me to make sure I was okay and understood everything before hanging up. I have already recommended to my friend and she and her husband are using it as well. We all feel much better bring able to get help without having to leave our homes and possibly get sick. Thank you guys for this app and the work you have put into it!❤️

  4. Michael Carr-avatar

Couldnt get access the other day, but that was due to unprecedented covid related traffic. Tried again in a day or two and the experience was pretty smooth. Had to backtrack in a survey to double check something and it saved all my questionnaire answers going back through so that was very much appreciated. Not many apps do that. Ill be trying it out more going forward

  5. Mike King-avatar

it's a great service if it worked. I know we are in tough times right now but like the rest of our medical field this app was not prepared for the pandemic. Over a three-day period I had a 15-hour accumulative time of waiting in the waiting room and never talked to a doctor. If you are sick right now go to an urgent care. Maybe when things calm down I'd retry. I figure it can't be easy right now. Just being honest. 4 attempts at an appointment all at different times of the day.

  6. Tonya Wood-avatar

I used this app to talk to a Dr. when I had the flu a while back. Logged in, discribed my symptoms, and within a few miniutes a physician called me back. After a symptoms follow-up, he called in a Rx. and advised that if I was not feeling better or had a problem with Rx. to call back. I was better in approx. 3 days & well within a week. So covienint especially if someone needed to talk to a Dr. but not well enough to "go" to a clinic, this is the way to get quality health care that's affordable

  7. David Layman-avatar

I have used the teladoc app to make contact with the doctor several times. I find the app interface to be easy to use and clear. At one point, I had an issue with resetting my password. I called the number, and the representative there was very helpful. She gave me a new temporary password and helped me to reset my normal password. Thanks guys, for your quick, efficient, and effective app!

  8. barbara bracke-avatar

I have used teledoc a few times now. It is easier than going to see a doctor, making appointments that can be weeks out. Better than going to urgent care for some issues (than you for helping me with that pesky gallbladder issue that Urgent Care couldn't find). Always helpful in helping me make up my mind or giving me the option on hope to proceed...I recommend you to everyone i work with that has signed up for this!

  9. Tao Huang-avatar

I think they have something fundmentally wrong on how to creat a patient's profile. Every time I switch to another insurance plan, I have to set up everything again. The funny thing is they even lost my visit hostory. Why doesnt allow users update their new insurance plan? Why you need create the whole profile when somebody switch to a different plan? It doesnt make sense at all.

  10. Bryan Vitz-avatar

Tried to schedule an appointment and waited 3 hours last night. Cancelled and tried again this morning. 6 hours later I have not received a call. I get push notifications with no message, and when I go to the app I am logged out again. I have to set a pin every time I open the app. Very poor app design.

  11. Mary R-avatar

Great experience. Quick and direct for simple problem. Doctor was great and wait was 5 min or less. 5 stars if the allergy section of health record worked on the app. I could choose drug or food but no way to save or advance choice. I'd definitely use this again for simple problem focus issues though, it worked well.

  12. Linda M.-avatar

I am only commenting on the logging in as I have not used the service itself. Why can't the PIN # be used to sign into the app on its own? It's ridiculous that if you log out, you have to enter your username & password all over again. The PIN only works if you stay logged in & back out of the app. I have another app where PIN is used instead of username & password even if I log out. Why can't this app work that way as well? Very frustrating since it should be an easy fix.

  13. Mel Chaos-avatar

LOVE IT! Quick response from the doctor! Very convenient! I took photo of my skin condition and explained in text what I am experiencing and within 15 mins, the doctor sent my prescription to the pharmacy and instructions to my inbox. Also they provided my Doctor's profile. I love the Finger print log in too! The only downfall is not giving us an option to upload our medical record, instead it makes us have to enter manually limited information about our health.

The app is super easy to use. Every once in a while it gets glitchy, but if I close and reopen, the problem is usually fixed. Every visit I've had so far has been great. Doctors are nice and the conversations are fast - much faster visits than going to my primary's office.

  15. jessica Garcia-avatar

Best thing ever ! This year. I tried out the new teladoc app and it is amazing. I've used it twice already and it has saved me a lot of time. Especially if I'm really sick and I need a prescription. You just put in an appointment and a real doctor calls you within 10 minutes. You tell me your symptoms they will write you a prescription based on ysymptoms. It saves me from being out of work or calling out when I don't need it. If your insurance have teladoc I would definitely tell you to try it.

  16. Steph Davis-avatar

2½ hours after waiting for my scheduled phone visit/call, I received a message saying the doctor tried unsuccessfully to reach me. I had my phone with me the whole time, no blocked callers, and phone # was correct on app. So my appt was canceled. When I tried to call, there was a recording about the very high volume of phone visits. I'm pretty sure the doctor lied about the unsuccessful call. I think they don't have enough doctors for the patients and this guy was so far behind, he lied.

  17. Mathew Salisbury-avatar

    Mathew Salisbury

More of an issue with the service than the app. Requested appt, then kept getting texts and robocalls from "SPAM likely" number, saying "The Doctor is ready to see you. Please enter the waiting room." App was already running and I was already in the waiting room, and had been all day. Message at the top said I was still in queue WAITING to see Doc. Only thing I see is my cam image. Nobody ever connected with me. Finally, 9 hrs later, get another call, answer, it cuts me off appt is cancelled!

  18. Kuang Chen-avatar

Doctor did not show up. If you signed up through United healthcare, there's no way to login the app itself. There is no way to reset the password or find out the username, because it requires a security question. And if you don't have a security question you have to call them. And if you call them, after they have you on hold, and hang up on you because they can't hear. After that experience two or three times, one-star review.

  19. Trish Edwards-avatar

This app was recommended to me by a co-worker. Said it was great and they usually respond within 15 minutes. I have been waiting for 3 1/2 hours....I can't go to my PCP, Urgent Care, or ER unless I am dying or "have severe difficulty breathing". So, I thought I would give Teladoc a try. I have been doing home care for 6 days now and not getting better. I guess I have to suffer longer and get worse in order to get help. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this app. 😷

  20. Melissa Miller-avatar

Pretty easy to advance through the screens however, it did NOT allow me to add my allergies and medication. I am doing this on the mobile app, not sure if that makes a difference, but the option is there and I should be able to fill them out but I was not. Other than that, it's a very easy app to navigate.

  21. Andrew Dixon-avatar

Had an appointment for 8:30. Got a text at 8:29 saying the doctor was ready. Logged into the app and before I logged in I got a text (still at 8:29) saying the doctor could not reach me and would contact me shorty. That was 30 minutes ago and not a peep. This is my first experience with this, so I might change my review later but until then, the app appears to take all your personal info, charge your card, and give you nothing but aggravation.

First time call is free and quick. After that, waitting time becomes too long (+7 hours). The app is not enough professional, it doesn't give you any idea how long you should wait, and how many people are in the queue. Also Doctors lacks knowledge and practice, they cannot really help you, It is the worst medical service you can ever have.

  23. Gojita-avatar

The app has alot of pottential sadly the irresponsible providers call u from a blocked number why would you need to hide and block the number is just 1 of the issues and then you visit gets cancelled with no options to call them or recover so not only does it waste your time it puts more stress while you try to scramble and see what happenes and how to get care. Not worth using at the moment if i was an inverstor to this i would be pissed right now at the poor service.

  24. John Weakley-avatar

Constant pin and password change requirements annoying, especially when a child needs crucial medical attention. (non emergency) This app forgets credentials and asks everytime instead of just asking for finger print and bypassing the pin and having to reenter the password. This app asked me before I could proceed if I'm pregnant and when my last menstrual cycle was WHEN I'M MALE. HOW STUPID.

  25. Tim Berberich-avatar

My experience in the past has been great. Now it's been a nightmare. I got a call on the midmonth just fine. Few days later I try to schedule another. 3 days of waiting in the queue I see I'm out. I call and they say the call was cancelled. I set up another immediately. After 3-4 days I get a call asking if I still want help. They test to make sure I have no call blocker. They say I'll be seen that night. 2 days later no response, and suddenly out of queue again. No missed calls, no voicemail.

  26. Tony Willis-avatar

Nonsense. Log on to the website, request consultation... Wait forever. They call from a private number. Disable scam blocking through my provider.... They call again at 10:50pm, the 2nd time, and I don't get the call, get an email saying cancelled. Try the app, won't take the password I KNOW I used, request to change PW, invalid link. 3 times I tried to change it, 3 times it's an "invalid" link. I get things are bad right now, but this is beyond bad.

  27. Ana Karen-avatar

Features don't work most of the time. It keeps asking me to make a pin and if I want to use fingerprint scanning after I already said yes on my last session. One time I was unable to accept a visit time because the date and time field weren't populating anything.

  28. Michael Bailey-avatar

Used it for the first time and the doctor part went well. From start to diagnosis was less than 30 minutes. But Android app has issue with fingerprint and PIN login settings being lost after each session. They only work if you bring the screen back from timeout. Once you close the app, you are logging in with user ID and password again. Would be nice if these worked as I'm sure they were intended.

  29. Walter Wood-avatar

One week into this, still no direct communication. This service is not for the approximately 20% of the U.S. population that doesn't have super high speed internet/ strong cell reception. After waiting over 24 hours for the callback, I stepped away from my phone antenna booster for 20 minutes. I then missed the call and was removed from the que. Ridiculous! There is no where I can let them know to text me 1st, or ask them to try twice... very frustrating. Update. Waited all day, no callback

  30. Destiny Hannel-avatar

I signed up for teledoc because it's free with my employee insurance. I set up a phone appointment and 6 hours later I got notified that a dr was reviewing my medical history and would be with me shortly. Then I got a text saying I couldn't be reached. I was by my phone the whole time. It never rang. I had no missed calls. In the text it said the dr would try calling 2 more times. Still no missed calls 10 hrs later. I went back into the app and it doesn't show the appointment has been canceled.

  31. Andrew Lopez-avatar

Fairly straightforward, selecting an appointment time was a bit confusing, I selected a time period for later the same day, but was informed it would be that time tomorrow at confirmation, but on final review after confirming the appointment was scheduled the same day.

  32. Daniel Byrd-avatar

An absolutely wonderful experience, especially when you ARE in need of a Dr. and don't want to get out & sit in a lobby waiting to be seen. I've had teledoc for 4 years now and have saved so much money and time. 5 stars is a conservitive rating.

  33. Emily Smith-avatar

I have scheduled visits multiple times, and not one has it ever been on time. Usually they are several hours (once 14 hours) past my scheduled appointment time. They do not send notifications when they say they will. Doctors are sometimes wonderful, and sometimes barely speak to you. The app itself works fairly well, but I've literally never experienced worse customer service.

  34. Sean E-avatar

On hold/ in the "waiting room" for 10 hours. Please add an estimated wait time, instead of only saying that you are still in the que. I've attempted to use teladoc twice. The first time I was " In the waiting Room "for 4 hours the doctor logged in for the video call and hung up after 3 seconds, then I was on hold again for another 6 hours Before I cancel The Visit. Today I have been on hold for 10 hours straight. My employer has been pushing this service, I am very disappointed…

  35. Patti Householder-avatar

I had a little difficulty setting up the app, but once through the initial set up the app worked fine. It is very convenient not to have to go to a doctor's office especially on weekends and holidays. My biggest complaint with this service is that on the two occasions my family has used the service it has taken over 24 hours to get them to call in the prescriptions. Have had to make several call backs to get them to call each in. To me that is totally unacceptable.

  36. Zhertiam Gonzales-avatar

    Zhertiam Gonzales

Trying to open message tab is a pain! Mind you, you can request a visit or list medical history but trying to open messages. Dont even bother. I can't get an excuse note for my daughter either. Some "site wide" policy has been issued, however, they cannot do this! Calling and voicing my HATE for this service.

  37. L B-avatar

Set up was bad because when we applied added a 1 in front of my number & wouldn't let me change it. So when I called for an appt today waited 4 1/2 hours for a call back to find out that when I changed the # in my profile it change back to the other one & missed 3 calls from the Dr & cancelled my appt. Requested another appt hope I get a call on right phone # this time. Did recieve a call back spoke to the Dr & got a prescription. Thought it had been worked out but 2time I called it did same.

  38. Pat J-avatar

once you have established your profile, this app is very easy to use. It is very convenient and allows you to select a time to meet with a care provider. While they can't do everything, they are able to assess certain medical conditions and create a plan of action that is medically appropriate.

  39. Kenneth Lindow-avatar

Have not used Teledoc yet (just now downloaded the app), but, simply put, I sense a bad vibe - a sort of evil presence - coming from the app itself. Almost as if it has an agenda that has nothing to do with my healthcare. While it has been over three decades since I have seen a physician, I cannot see myself using Teledoc. Perhaps if the developers could purge the sense of dispair and hopelessness from the Teledoc application, I would reconsider. Until then, I remain, The Squirrel

  40. Belle Larson-avatar

*Edited* This app has saved my family from so many unnecessary and costly trips to the ER and urgent care. They are quick, kind, and understanding to the what you're going through. It is an absolute life saver! Thank you Teladoc! Decent app. Kind of frustrating being redirected from the website to the app to reset my password. Easy enough to use but wish there was a way to submit information before talking with the doctor, as it would save time.

  41. Mark Siaotong-avatar

Great idea in theory, but would be nice it it worked all the time. Everything works good on my end. Doctor connected twice with me but the connection dropped out, but I was able to briefly see the doctors face. I then made a phone visit, but I got an email stating a doctor tried to contact me. I recieved no phone call. I called customer service, but got a scripted apology. Might as well be speaking to a robot.

  42. Keionne Derousselle-avatar

I was dreading having to find my teledoc card given to me by my employer and then trying to remember my login. Thankfully, when I went to re-register, the app recognized my employer and indicated that I already had an account. From there making an appointment was super easy. I also loved how, when filling out the appointment form, going back to a previous step, then returning to another step didn't remove any data from the fields if I had entered it in. The whole experience was seamless!

  43. Susie H-avatar

Love this app. I recommend it to everyone I talk to. It's easy to use and I don't have to get two small kids and myself ready to sit 30/45 minutes in a waiting room. Every Doctor we have talked to has been very knowledgeable and I don't feel rushed.

  44. RJ Hernandez-avatar

This app is incredibly frustrating! It will log me out and then I have to try and remember my password to log back in. So the pin number and the fingerprint options are most often useless because it regularly signs me out. Also, scheduling is ridiculous. I have to submit three options instead of just being given the therapists calendar to see what works within their schedule. There's a lot of back-and-forth just to schedule with the therapist.

  45. Jessica Knoll-avatar

If the doctor does not feel like taking your case they will automatically cancel your appointment under the guise that they tried to contact you. I made an ASAP appointment at 11 am and still did not receive anything by 830 PM that night. I cancelled that appointment and placed a scheduled appointment for 1 PM the following day and at 1:02 my app showed the doc was reviewing my medical information and then at 1:04 I received a message saying my appt was cancelled because I couldnt be reached.

  46. James Gilbert-avatar

I downloaded the app, which was very easy. Set up an appointment, which was also very easy. Selected the "As soon as possible" time slot. Checked the app and it says they guarantee a call back in 1 hour. After a 1 hour and 30 minutes, I still had not received a call. I called customer service and they advised me, I'm still in the cue, but there is nothing they can do nor did she think they had a 1 guarantee. As I type this we are at 1 hour and 45 minutes. No call.

The app keeps stopping for no apparent reason on Android 8.1. It will not reopen once it stops. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling 2 times and the problem persists. I was able to make an appointment during my first login but Noone has called me yet.... Note. I have now received 2 notices that a doctor is reviewing my medical history and will call me soon but this has not happened.

First time ive ever done anything like this. Feeling so rotton i didnt want to leave my house. My new health insurance came with this feature/benefit. I filled out my symptoms and medical history. I waited about 10 min for our video chat to start. Down side: my microphone didnt work so the Dr called me on my cell. But at least i got to see that he was a highly qualified and professional. He wrote me a note excusing me from work! He called my Rx into CVS it was ready with in 7 minutes!!♥️♥

  49. J B-avatar

Extremely convenient method receiving certain medical treatments. I just wish that the psychiatrists were allowed to prescribe anxiety medication. The main reason I use this app instead of going to an in-person doctor is because of my severe social anxiety.

  50. José Martínez-avatar

The app works very intuitively. Easy enough user interface. The only downside is the app doesn't seem to remember my password, though I prompt it to do so and I must re-enter my password each time.

  51. Jessica Callahan-avatar

    Jessica Callahan

Don't offer times that aren't available, then in the final screen say I can't confirm because it needs to be within business hours and have no way to change it but to go all the way back to the original screen which is very early in the process. It is a major flaw.

  52. Ian Jurman-avatar

This was a very easy and useful experience. The interface is easy to understand, there are no difficulties and the doctors are helpful in their advice. Definitely recommended during this time of COVID-19.

  53. Chris Merkel-avatar

Diagnosis: an acute case of shoddy security practices. System with all my medical details doesn't support multi factor authentication? Doesn't support passwords >20 with limited character selection? It's 2020. Give people the option. Might as well paint a target on your back, telegraphing terrible security practices like that just tells attackers to come get you.

  54. Kevin Winkler-avatar

Absolutely awful. Constantly getting errors trying to change my password, security question constantly getting rejected for being incorrect. I'm sure the service is great, too bad I can't actually use it due to this garbage app and website

Horrible is a kind word. I waited 48hrs for a Dr to return my appointment, I answered my phone but no one was on the other line. I was told my appointment was canceled. 48hrs... I called another teledoctor service and got a call back in 15 minutes.... also it was $30 cheaper even with my employer discount on Teladoc. Teladoc will just say 'corona virus' has them backed up yet the other Dr got to me in 15 minutes. Shop around people!

  56. halfpint 929-avatar

I love the fact that I can talk to a Dr without leaving my home. My only issue now is that I setup a video chat with a Dr and 24 hours late I still did not get a call. I know that there is a wait right now, but I didn't expect to wait that long. They need to update the main page and let people know

  57. Gustavo Cendejas-avatar

    Gustavo Cendejas

This is the worst app ever! When ever you try and reset your password it won't let you, because the link that they sent me to my email isn't a valid Link. If you try and call them except to wait at least an hour before they answer.

  58. Cameron Garcia-avatar

Liked the app when I remembered I had it now my new insurance provider isn't carrying it because of utilization. I think for it to survive it needs to remind you more that it exists maybe through push notifications. And possibly better marketing I think most people didn't opt for the additional 4$ because they didn't realize it's usefulness and potential.

Very easy to set up call and got a quick response. W/in an hour we were headed to the pharmacy to get a prescription that would have otherwise required getting an appointment with the primary care physician or waiting in urgent care. Extremely convenient!

I understand the wait times might be horrible due to COVID, but I waited over 24 hrs hours past the scheduled time and then got and email that my appointment was cancelled because I missed my phone call . Doctor didn't even call me. Checked my phone logs and tested my connection to receive phone calls.

The app works fine, the dr aspect worked great. Problem is if you have any issues (my was Rx was never sent) you have to try to communicate with a call center in India. That takes forever to return your call. So in the long run just go see a dr in person.

  62. Lynne Emmons-avatar

Usually I request a visit and am called within 15 minutes. Last 2 visit requests I waited a long time. First visit estimated 31-60 minutes. Waited 3 hours before canceling the visit. 2nd request indicated a wait time of 16 minutes. It has been over an hour. Both times I could have gone to an urgent care or minute clinic and been seen sooner but didnt because of the inaccurate wait times. No new wait time given. Just says in queue. Visits usually very convenient. Need better wait time system.

This app saved me when I got sick on vacation recently. Setup takes some time, but it's worth it! My visit was quick and easy to get for the same day AND I didn't have to leave the house. The prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy immediately after my visit. I can't say enough nice things. Super convenient and helpful if you have little ones on your plan, too!!

Honestly one of the best apps I have on my phone, a must grab every time I get a new phone. Time saver and keeps me out of urgent care and emergency when it is not possible to get into my PCP. Zero out-of-pocket cost in my experience to get the appointment.

  65. Jessica Oswald-avatar

This is an amazing service especially on the weekends when my Dr. is not available. I have used this app a few times now and it is always convenient, the drs are friendly and I feel very taken care of.

  66. Kem Austin-avatar

Teladoc is a true life saver. They understand circumstances when people are unable to receive medical attention right away from their primary care physician. The only thing I would change is when a confirmation text/email is sent confirming that a prescription has been sent to the pharmacy, it should include the medication that was sent as well. I love teladoc and truly appreciate their services. Keep up the good work.

  67. Angela StClair-avatar

The initial registration was slightly lengthy, but necessary. The call from the doctor was impressive and he was 100% correct on my diagnosis, especially exceptional given it was during the Covid 19 crisis. Thank you Dr. J. Ingram!!

I have used this before and I'm using it again, my company pays for my visits with teledoc, so it is cheaper, The doctors are wonderful and it's so convenient I will continue using this forever.

  69. Joshua Rohrsen-avatar

Absolutely useless waste of time and money. For the doctor to refer me to see a physician in person. I would be able to use web md as a symptom checker for free and then schedule an appointment with my regular physician for an ear ache. They should never advertise they can help out and have the symptom option on the drop-down menu if the complexity of the situation seems to always require a physical exam.

This app is good, but it would be GREAT if it said an estimated wait time, or what number in line I was. As it is now, it's just sitting around waiting with no idea when you'll see someone

  71. Debra Kasson-avatar

Works pretty good. It would help if you make it more clear to the user that you can't have private call blocker enabled. So they can clear this up before setting the appointment.

  72. Deirdre Smith-avatar

I couldn't add more than one medication. I cannot list more than one allergy. I can't even find where to edit or update these if anything should change. It requires fax number for my primary and I don't have access to that unless I call during office hours (if I could do that I wouldnt be using this app!) 10 minutes of frustration later and I gave up trying to use this.

  73. Jared Haxton-avatar

Very cool! Got a call within an hour or so and the doctor had some medicine sent to the pharmacy. The phone call was maybe 4 minutes long and straight to the point! The app didn't work for me to fill out medical history but that wasn't an issue for the appt. Otherwise very easy and effective!

  74. Melissa Klick-avatar

I waited 40 minutes when estimated wait time was 10 minutes at 4AM. Meanwhile the app drained my battery 50% while waiting. Will be deleting the app. If seeing the doctor was quick and convenient, I'd pay their $40 fee. However, now I'm at the conclusion I'd rather see my doctor and pay $25 copay rather than go through that hassle for essentially letting Teledoc doctor take a best guess

Lifesaver in every way so very thankful to our employer for recommending this app was lost as what to do after I lost my psychiatrist after 5 years and was out of my meds and not holding up well at all again lifesaver and so incredibly easier than leaving your house and waiting in a waiting room for who ever even knows how long rushing to make on time instead you can be in your pajamas and not even get out of bed and cost me nothing i mean absolutely nothing cheers all around amazing Dr.

  76. becka sutphin-avatar

Charges me full price for a visit instead of my co-pay. Issue since feb 2020. Doctors are great actual customer care is beyond insufficient. My insurance provider has reached out multiple times with this issue and has yet to receive a call back. Beware of billing issues and lack of actual response. Refused to put anything in writing after requesting the official response from teledoc for my evidence package for insurance fraud with double billing.

  77. Yasmin WB-avatar

This app is great for scheduling and phone calls but not for video, so I do my video visits on my laptop. Also I wish it would save my pin/fingerprint so I wouldn't have to type password everytime I open the app.

  78. Hillary Watts-avatar

So far it's been easy to download, install, and input my info. The app prefilled my info from my insurance group so it was super fast. I'll add the fifth star after my consult, assuming it goes well.

  79. Carson Reid-avatar

I'm sorry but this app is absolutely awful, discovered this app was covered under my work insurance which I thought "hey that's cool, maybe I can use it to get a prescription for cold sore meds and save a trip to the office" 7 hour... IV BEEN WAITING FOR 7 HOURS AND WAS CANCELED TWICE BY TWO DIFFERENT DOCTORS. yes I get during the time of this review there is the COVID 19 pandemic and that would extend the wait times, BUT 7+ HOURS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE

  80. Kevin Jones-avatar

Easy to use, appointments not immediate. Probably because of the increased usage with covid19, we're having to wait 2 days for an appointment (unless they don't have weekend appointments).

wait and call back were quirky (after two hour wait, system gave me 60 seconds to reach wifi and open chat, which i missed and was then booted down the queue another hour). but Doctor was sincere and awesome and happy to be on the mend with an Rx :)

  82. D B-avatar

Quick and easy submission to clarify my dermatology concern. Rapid response and treatment recommendation from a doctor (PCP office would have had me pay for a doc but see a NP). Loved that I didn't have to wait in a physician's waiting room with sick people!

  83. Lillian Rivera-avatar

This is an awesome app. My job signed up all the employees for this and in the last 2 years I've called about everything from fevers for my son to my mental health issues. Everytime I get great advice and excellent customer service from these doctors in a timely manner. So thank you!

  84. Bailey Heflin-avatar

The app is easy to use and very convenient. My only issue is it logs me out each time and doesn't save my username, despite the fact that I select "remember me" and set up a secure pin whenever I log in. Why have a pin if you never get the opportunity to use it?

  85. tiffany peavy-avatar

Overall it's a great service. My in app issues are issues with the video calls having background echos and cutting in and out. I've also had an issue with the school excuse notes just disappearing and 1 of my child's entire visit no longer showing up that he was seen.

  86. notthebeesxoxo-avatar

Easy to use, it was able to pull my insurance information easily. I set up my account and had an appt set within 15 mins. So awesome!

  87. Daniel Tracy-avatar

Fast an intuitive, easier on a second use. Fast connection to a doctor for little things like strep. It's really nice to be sick and the only time you leave the house that day is pick up medicine.

  88. Kim Lowe-avatar

This app offered through my work is a great alternative to trying to get into my regular doctor. 4-5 minute conversation and I was taken care of with a prescription and medical knowledge to help.

Very formal and convenient in difficult times. My doctor was well informed and very very helpful with all my questions. 11/ 10 would reccomend if you have a busy schedule!

  90. Thomas Myers-avatar

Missed an appointment yesterday because their doctors call on a private number and my phone blocks those by default. This is STUPID. Given all the spam calls going on why would you call anyone using private number? Needlessly spent another day anxious about my situation.

  91. Kira Jones-avatar

I love this service, it's easy and convenient and I havent had a bad experience yet. A doctor called me minutes within my request, was a quick call then 5 minutes later my script was ready for pick up

  92. Laura Gantt-avatar

I had to wait a long bit but with the covid 19 I totally get it. Though the doc couldn't help with my 2 things leaky bladder and refill on my other med he was so helpful in the next steps to take!

I almost never review an app, but I was so pleased with this one I felt it earned some positive feedback. Very intuitive, each field worked perfectly, edits were clear and understandable. Overall a simple and efficient interface. Well done.

Teledoc is the most amazing breakthrough in medical efficiency I've seen in decades, maybe ever. I've used it multiple times now, and it's an absolute game changer. High quality medical assistance that's super fast, super friendly, and very low cost (considering what you get). No need to leave your home spreading germs all over the place. No need to spend hours in a waiting room, then hours in a cold emergency room bed, only to get mediocre care as the staff has to run from person to person.

  95. jafiowa-avatar

App implies you need to keep video open, waited 8 hours for a doctor. No notification. Had to re-login every 10 minutes or so. Very frustrating.

  96. TheGuitarDadDude-avatar

I have used the service several times. Once for myself and a few times for the kids. We've had great experiences every time. Doctors were friendly and helpful. Medications have always been ready promptly after the visit was completed. Super convenient! Highly recommended.

  97. Kevin Hubbard-avatar

The service you get all depends on the doctor that reviews your case. I get sinus infections all the time (chronic), so I know when I have one. Instead of going to urgent care, to avoid everyone who has the flu, etc. I decided to use teledoc. After the doctor called me, and asked what my symptom, I was told that my problem was a viral infection, and to take cold meds. That there was no way for it to be a sinus infection (thanks Doc). So I basically payed money and wasted my time for nothing.

  98. Eric Nunez-avatar

Forgot username and password to account but it was easy and straight forward. The login process is smooth and not cumbersome.

  99. Renee G-avatar

To be fair im waiting on my first call, but the set up and simplicity of setting everything up in a world where people think its an apocalypse, this app so far is wonderful!

  100. jeanise crim-avatar

Always easier than the website and especially easier than calling to request a visit. I really like the video in the app for visits for things like a rash.
