The ACTUAL MOMENT that I had the T-Mobile SIM put in my phone, THE 1ST TIME, I've had nothing but trouble! I've been to the store closest to me and not only are they rude but they are very inexperienced. When I was STILL having issues Tech Support said that said SIM WASN'T COMPATIBLE with my phone! I went back to the store (reluctantly). It took her FORTY minutes to CHANGE MY SIM CARD! It still didn't work properly. The "chat help" is neither chatty or helpful. I have yet to find a solution! 🤬

Got the t mobile sim card and for an entire day i couldn't do anything with my phone,no incoming or outgoing calls;none of my apps worked. I went home and put my old sim card back in my phone. Sprint screwed up when they combined with t mobile. Now for some odd reason im not getting any emails. This is horrible!

Placed TMiserable SIM in my phone - service shut off - no internet only when connected to the wifi i pay for and can only make calls and they also drop and say incomplete activation error code 407. In looking this up phone seems to think its locked. TMiserable has been no help, of course not. Telling me to buy a new phone. This is a new phone. Looks as if we need to change carriers.

I have had more issues after the Sim card swap, then I had in 20 years with Sprint. There service has been nothing but occasionally better than poor. Going to switch services soon, after 20 plus years with sprint. Sad this merger happened.

Zero *'s Been w/Sprint 20 yrs. Had screen replaced, tech talked me into getn TMobile sim card. Sure, I'm sure I will have 2 eventually. BIG BIG BIG mistake on my part. Absolutely horrible signal/service. My Note20 Ultra turned n2 a flip phone! All I could do was text/call and that was even sketchy. No internet at all. Needed directions 2 a place, had 2 stop 2 ask cuz no internet. New TMobile sim card, same issue. Put new Sprint sim in, everything went back 2 normal, my service was great again.

T-MOBILE ruined EVERYTHING!! Took weeks to sort the glitches from their sim card, now my ability to block voice-mail from blocked numbers is gone. Unless you pay for scamshield, which doesn't even work. Thanks for ruining everything, T Mobile.

I had sprint for years, and it always worked great. Now that T-miserable has destroyed Sprints network, I have essentially unusable service that costs 25 a month more. "Enhancements" ...they say??? FCC and SEC need to kick in on this "merger"

I've had Sprint for over 15 20 years. You never had many problems until T-Mobile took over now I have to reboot my phone more than just a lot more than necessary. A lot of places I go I do not have service I'm always roaming and I can't make calls or receive texts a lot of times. T-Mobile is supposed to be so much better but yet the service sucks

Same issue as everyone else. I thought it was just me. I send to people and if they receive what I'm sending it is a day or two later if at all. I have to wonder why I'm being ignored by people but they just never receive the messages at all or parts of the conversation are being trasmitted.

Went to the Sprint store to check out phones to upgrade. I was told since I was in the system I had to get the Tmobile card. In two days I have had more issues than the 10+ years with Sprint. Can't retrieve my voicemail, can't log on to Tmobile site. Doesn't recognize my passcode I have used for years. Not happy at all.
