Does the job but fails on a lot of Quality of Life aspects. I cannot find any way to set seasons with this app. We have a team, new season starts, we'd like to keep stats but last seasons stats are bleeding into this seasons. Why cant we designate seasons? Secondly the stats are pretty bare bones, no games played options, no goalie options at all. From a UX design standpoint the navigation is also sub par and unnecessarily cumbersome. If you want an app for your team to do the basics, schedule, chat, general info, etc then Teamlinkt will work for you with some work.

Can't Install Anymore I was using it on my Pixel 5 without any issue but I had to downgrade to a Pixel 4A and now I can't install the app. Suggestions? I've done everything listed on the Play Store.

What a run around. Got a link for my son's team, I registered by email, downloaded the app, and the app won't recognize that I accepted the invite for the team. Instead, it asks me if I'm a coach or parent. You select parent and it wants some code to the team you're invited to. I log back in on browser and shows I'm already part of that family/team? 🤷♂️ EDIT #1: CS was fast at correcting the issue. Changed from 2 to 3 stars. Would give more but haven't had a chance to use it yet.

This is a helpful app with potential however in my personal opinion there are a couple areas for improvement. 1. On an Android device, when pressing the back button, the apps closes as opposed to going back to the previous area ex. full schedule. 2. The process for submitting the final scores after a game has been completed is not intuitive and easy to navigate to.

I am managing a team and overall I like the app. I would love the option of getting updates when a players Availability status changes. I had a player change their status last minute and I didnt know until they showed up in the dressing room. Also, it appears that there are some glitches. Last week I could enter the goals and assists (names appeared) today on a different game...no players appear in this section. Tried on both an apple and an android with the same results.

Overall great app for keeping track of a team. Trying the group function of chats, though - if I try to select multiple participants and have to scroll down, the selections that scroll off the top of my screen get automatically unselected. Edit: Amazing to see same-day response, and I can confirm this function is now working as expected!

As much as I want to love this app, I had to turn off the notifications because the app sends a notification for EVERY new chat message. As soon as it only notifies me once if there are new messages, I'll fully support this app. In response: The difference with other apps is I don't get a new notification every time a message is sent to a group. I only get a notified when there are new messages that I haven't read yet...not for every message that I haven't read.

i had some issues with the app after using it for several months. tech support responded immediately and the issue was fixed before i had time ro reapond to their first message bavk indicating that they hd received my request. very impressed with the customer support. the app also works well for what i need.
