******DO NOT INSTALL THIS GAME*******and if you do, do not use real money for in app purchases. I had been playing for a couple of months and paid real money on in app purchases when all of a sudden I am no longer able to communicate with other players. I followed the proper channels to let the developer know and requested it be fixed and I received an email back stating they are sorry but they do not have the staff to fix the problem. What??? You develop a game, take consumer's money then refuse to address the problems with the game that truly interfere with the game play. I don't think it is right that a developer be allowed to do this. At best, there should be a warning advising consumers that they will not be addressing any problems with the game and if it messes up then you are out of luck. I hereby formerly request a refund of all money I paid into the game since I cannot play the game as it was meant to be played. I contacted Google Play and am waiting a response. Again************Do not download and play this game and do not give them any money***************I find this to be theft. If the developer no longer wished to keep updating a game and fixing bugs, then they should shut the game down. This is highway robbery!!

I started playing about 5 months ago and they took my gems you start out with 20 but I have 2 now & i did'nt use them to buy anything, but I get it now they take your gems so you can't buy anything cause you need gems for everything. I went from everyday to every once in awhile. My interest is gone because of this you get flustrated. I give 1 star. play at your own risk. lol Have a great one.

I love this game but it always says that my boutique is out of sync and that it has been refreshed and all my stuff disappears and don't even re-appear in my catalog. I have to wait all day long to get my dresses and accessories again. That's very annoying. Please fix it.

i thought by installing the fashion story young love one to go with fashion story... maybe i would get different clothes and stuff that might take LESS time for delivery and get some that would take minues not hours... why not make them 20 minutes instead of 20 hours... 16 minutes instead of 16 hours? if you would change the delivery times so we can play more actively then we could enjoy it more.

The problem with most free games is you need to buy in app purchases to really play but that's not the case with this game. You can earn everything you need (coins and gems) by playing often and keeping your store well stocked. There's always new clothes being added to the catalog as well as limited time outfits and decorations for all the holidays. Plus, if you play the social aspects of the game you can meet great people from all over the world. Definitely recommend this game to all who love fashion

I love all the fashion stories, same with bakery story and restaurant story. Only issue is randomly old missions that are either expired OR completed will pop up when you first open the game, and you have to bypass them. Not a big deal if you're new to the game but once you are higher ranking it takes quite a while to bypass them all. Other than that big annoying issue its a GREAT little series, always changing themes and bringing in new styles. It would be awesome if there were regular renovation updates.

All the games need an important feature. "You have items on this display, are you sure you want to sell it?" When we edit, we can't see that something is occupied. The clothing could also go into storage if we sell, or maybe a quick sell so that we get money back for more than 10% of the display piece if something's on it.

It's too hard to earn money. Too little profit from the clothes I'm selling. And the reward money from quests are so small. I'm spending my hard earned money to complete quests for small rewards. And please make a "purchased items" tab in the closet so we wouldn't have to go page by page to find our purchased items whenever we change our avatar's outfits. I'll give 5 stars if you fix that.

Takes to long to get gems, task expires before you get to finish them, the costs to expand and some other items extremely high, requirements for completing some goals are ridiculously difficult to acquirer. I really enjoy this game. I just wish it would warn you before spending gems or accidentally losing items by storing furniture. Would be great if while decorating you could see your merchandise. Awesome and enjoyable games by this developer. I rated them low on all the grief u go thru because of many bugs/problems that not corrected in a timely matter on all they games. I am a long term player of many of their games. Love the plot of the games and clear graphics wonderful. You actually feel like u running ur own boutique business. like meeting all the different people from around the world. Please correct the bugs and stop robbing us of our gems/money funds on the games. Improve the problems and u will get more paying customers and be rated a 10 from ur players. Still enjoying the game for years. Just wish that there was variety in the gifts we pass back and forth. Boring same old thing time after time. Perhaps you could change/add something different each month. Like change/add an outfit that best fits the month's holiday to give as gifts every month. I think that should add to the anticipation of the up and coming holiday attire gifts. Also, perhaps more goals. Atlease one per month.

It's fun & time consuming but some things take to long to get. Then some items cost too much, like your gems which r hard to come by. I hate when they steal your gems after working so hard to get them. Like it cost 49 gems 4 another space 4 items but u gotta be careful not to touch it cuz they dont let u confirm it just goes thru. If it's not crashing it's taking your money, or just like now where I had all my racks and counters filled came back a second later and it's empty. Not cool! All limited time displays/items ALWAYS cost gems! Also gems are super expensive, it can be up to £3:50 for 24 gems. Rip off! Apart from that I love the game!

be careful with the browser and the section for decorating your shop. Twice it took 20 gems and I tried to get it back by notifying the Game Creators that there is glitch but they wouldn't accept glitch as an option for a faulty excuse that something could go wrong

Love this game and have been playing for a few year's but there's not enough ways to get free gems, issuing new games for free gems is wrong and I won't do it. It's to expensive to unlock more ordering spots in the catalog.

For some unknown reason while playing today, some items got stuck in my catalog & wouldn't let me place them when ready. Even after the items expired, they're still stuck & won't let me throw them out. Please help me fix this, because it's not like I have an enormous # of spaces in my catalog and it's really annoying to not be able to use them.

It's a nice game, however it doesn't ever stop. So if I'm asleep and run out of clothes I start losing money and popularity. I can't sit and play this game all day long. I have a life. The good items take forever to load and if you are out of stock you have to order whatever is the fastest just to get people back in the store. This takes the fun away from the game.

Why are we changing themes every month when there are no new goals EVER,,! Stocked up my inventory for over 2 wks. Had over 40 sets of outfits with over 15-20,000 pieces each just to have them disappear overnight. The best these air heads (Teamlava) could tell me was DON'T BLOCK MY DOOR WHILE RESTOCKING!!! I should have listened to my fellow friends and neighbors and boycotted them when they started charging gems for ovens on Bakery Story. They are becoming GREEDY & UNPROFESSIONAL. I'm deleting all 5 of their games. I guess Candy Crush and another company will get my business

I'm not leaving a nice review. You don't have a wide selection of avatar's that are colored or allow a wide selection on hair styles. My hair is in a afro not straight. You may it impossible to earn gems. Why isn't there a easier way to earn gems and lower the amount on expand your shop. Why isn't there a wide range of giving gifts and people should receive at least 50-100 gifts. The way you handle customer support is awful. You really don't assist but you want a person to jump through loops and ladders to solve a simple problem.
