Was nice to read about the exhibits and interact with them as we went. The app connects when you are in each exhibit and does take some time to connect to each exhibit so be patient. Sometimes it picks up immediately, sometimes you wait about 10 minutes. But that didn't seem too bad considering you'll be walking around amazed :)

Couldn't use it at all for the atworks during my visit. Restarted the app, cleared cache, gave all the permisions, used mobile data, wifi, teamlab's wifi and nothing. Just loading.

After turning bluetooth on for this app my phone's screen went dead and it won't turn on or off. May not be able to attend teamlab due to their own app. DO NOT INSTALL.

Slow to respond to input, commonly showed no exhibit or the wrong exhibits, required restarting frequently to see different exhibits.

Was exited for the app to help us with the exhibits, but it just gave a loading screen the entire time.

The app itself works. Not great but it works. The free wifi is slow and spotty, the 4G network is saturated and/or has bad reception. The detection of nearby artwork is also struggling to detect what is around you. Some artworks, even when you get to interact with them are pretty confusing. So, my advice is to not bother with this app.

Terrible app, mostly because it never really knew where you were. Sometimes it would figure out the exhibit you were next to, but only if you were in 1 spot in a large room, and if you moved an inch it would lose you. Very much detracted from the amazing experience of both Borderless and Planets, and the idea you'd be glued to your phone in these exhibits strikes me as kind of antithetical to the message the art wanted to convey anyway. 0/10 would not recommend

The teamlab event itself is great, but this app is completely useless. The room detection does not work at all, which makes it unusable, since it spends it's entire time trying vainly to locate where you are (both with national network or with their wifi).

Used the app today for our visit at Tokyo Borderless. The app was hit and miss picking up a signal and when it did work, I didn't feel it added anything more to the experience.

I've tried using this during the show however to artwork was found. I defeats the purpose of making the exhibition interactive. Hope they could improve on this.
