I admire the easy communication with all team members and shift leaders because no one is behind on the newsfeed of the team. There is a section to see your future scheduling and there is a section to see of you want to pickup acheduling or drop a schedule. This app is incredibly organized for jobs and i recommend this tovmany employers/employees to use this app- its very easy to read, quick to get the job done and easy to get the job done.

Not user friendly on Android. If there is more than 10 shift available for pick up, I can't bare them all. It only shows the last 10, not the rest. Also it shows shifts for pick up which I shouldn't be able to pick up because I'm already scheduled to work.

Bad. Largely intuitive but runs poorly and is missing entire features/suites on Android like profiles and "the wall". Similarly, this app fails to load certain features that are available.

The definition of an app that is not designed to be scaled. Extremely slow and horrible UI. It can't get any worse than this.

As an employee and an administrator, your product leaves a lot to be desired. It's needlessly cumbersome, definitely a case of form over function. The recent update has made it impossible for half my staff to access their schedule as the app updated but doesn't register as having done so. Shift trade and release is needlessly difficult as well. Please take these into account and try to start working ease of use into your program.

This app is bad. It can't save your login data, it signs you out randomly, the few times I tried to use the messaging function it sent to the wrong person months later. Somehow it is possible for management to change your schedule and you not get any notifications; text, email, or push notifications.

This app is overly complicated, and not as useful as other scheduling apps. It doesn't show your clock ins and outs, it doesn't show total hours scheduled or worked, and it doesn't show money claimed per shift. The calendar is a big colorful jumble, it highlights everything except the day you're on. For some reason, unassigned shifts are listed on a different page from server released shifts. They should have consulted with some people who actually work in restaurants before they released this.

So for some reason my workplace switched to this scheduling app from Hotschedules. Within the first day I'm already annoyed. There's no android calendar integration, so I can't see my shifts on the calendar I use for everything else without inputting every one manually, there's no dark mode, the main calendar function is weird as hell, and the only messaging supported is through the app. I'm hoping either my manager will switch us back or this developer can add some much needed features.

In the past, it was possible to see the names of the team whilst looking at a daily schedule. Now it's just a bunch of color coded bars with the times and no names. It doesn't help not knowing who's on the schedule for a particular day. It would help if you reverted to the earlier format.
