1 simple returning trip and both drivers failed to do their job properly. 1st driver didn't tell me about the excess charges the fare was listed on the app as 18 euro but turned into 25 because of hidden extras. Misleading fare prices shown on app I can do without. 2nd trip exact same distance the guy charged me 55 euro which took me 3 days to get my money back because the boss don't work weekends. If you insist on using this "service" I strongly advice putting your map on your phone en route.

Terrible. driver overcharged me. I paid € 1.10 to book the service + € 2.00 + 10.00 for the ride which was showing on the meter € 7.70 . Disgusting service.

If I could put 0 stars I would, was waiting nearly an hour before giving up and using freenow. App would say taxi is on the way, but but it would never show up. This happened 4 times. I was excited at the idea of a freenow competitor since I'm not a fan of them either, but was left bitterly disappointed.

Slow and vague. Stick to other reliable apps. Booked a taxi and it showed 5 mins. The location of the car, time of arrival, and even the car kept changing and jumping around the map. It actually turned up around 10 mins later. The original Skoda Octavia had transformed into a Toyota Prius!

so much better than the other taxi apps. gives a realistic pick up time and very easy to use. highly recommended. only problem is it reads my address as next door but i imagine that is a teething issue with a new app that will be sorted and is not a big deal anyway. would definitely use it ahead of other similar apps

Its Bloody terrible everytime I order a taxi it never arrives!! I ordered a taxi at 1 they told me 15 minutes max then I called them after 15 then they told me 25 mins and the same thing and then they said we have none available very rude and terrible please if you need a taxi do not use this app!! As it do es not give you a taxi ever!!

Shocking FreeNow is bad but these are on a different level. Sent a car for a pre book 30 mins early then couldn get one for the right time end result missed my train. Do not use if you actually need a taxi be ok if ya not in a rush or dont need to be anywhere at a specific time!

Very good, for all those complaining about not receiving activation code, try checking your spam folder in your email, because that's where the code is typically received.
