    The cab service says a average wait time, but sometimes you are waiting there for a long time, before you see the cab actually move on the live map. Further more you can't keep the cab service waiting but they can surely keep you waiting for a long time, then you have no choice but to cancel and book another cab. PS not all bad, there is some cabs on bolt that are on time and provide a great service.

    apk Some drivers claim that they have arrived and start charging us even before they arrive! This has happened several times. Few don't even arrive and you can't even cancel and request for a new trip. I wasted so much time today because of this flaw in the app! The app should be able to check if the driver HAS arrived at the location and not allow drivers to cheat passengers of their time and money.

    how to get free bolt rides Great app. Great service. Fast. Easy. Safe! The only issue I have with this app is that it charges extra when the weather is cold, or when it's raining to be more specific. Also, paying with your card should be your last option! Sometimes they deduct more money then they actually should, so the safest option is paying cash.

    how do you get free rides on bolt Drivers really enjoy cancelling trips either by ingorning or pretending the drop-off was made. My boyfriend had to walk because of a false drop-off and all drivers ignoring requests from different phones. This service is location bias and the app keeps changing locations. It is such a terrible experience DO NOT CONSIDER IN AN EMERGENCY YOU WILL WALK OR BE STRANDED.

    how to get free taxify rides It's a great app most of the drivers are professional,extremely rare it happened that i had a bad experience, only twice from maybe 200 times or more using Bolt. Very good service and good management because of the rating request after every ride. They really care about the quality of their service and have standards and rules that every driver must follow which makes it a good experience every time. I definitely recommend Bolt,it's also a lot cheaper than a taxi and better from every aspect

    Prices are not consistent, they sometimes change prices at the end of the trip for instance you request a ride and it says it'll charge you R20 then at the end of the trip it ends up being more than that amount which makes no sense at all that's why I gave it 3 stars I'll update my comment should there be any improvement.

    I can't rate the drivers because the trips never end, even if the driver ends it on their side. It also means I can't see the amount I have to pay. Updating the app doesn't help. They also billed my card twice for the same ride, then emailed me to say they didn't receive a payment. Now my card has been blacklisted and I can only pay cash. They're affordable but not worth the trouble.

    The map is always wrong. It allows drivers to just pick customers who are very far from them. It time estimate is always wrong. The app also is not able to tell when drivers arrive at the destination or on the move so drivers start billing customers before they actually get to the pickup point. Some drivers also pick orders when doing other things or already having other passengers and yet the app is not able to detect thus customers have to bear the brunt of things. Total disappointed in app.

    service is great and drivers are also doing a good job but the problem is when we have discounts,some drivers don't accept our trips and when they do , they make us aware that they didn't want to take the trip because of the "little money".. Drivers must understand that we request with our data and we pay with our money so when we get the discounts, they must continue to treat us the same because at the end of the day we are customers. thanks

    Hi bolt couldn't find a way to contact your office's directly but I was suggesting that you creat a return trip option where you can click whether or not you want a return immediately because at times you just want to grab something quickly and go back and having to wait for another one gets irritating at times this can compensate the drivers or the business as a whole🤷‍♂️ but what I would do Is(return option)= 10% more of the initial amount and that ofcourse depends on how long it takes

    Who ever runs this business is a crook, con man and charlatan. On multiple occasions I have experienced a phenomenon where the price originally charged on the app, suddenly increases when you arrive at your destination. There is also this other thing where drivers accept rides, and then cancel them after a few minutes, this is particularly inconvenient when one finds oneself in a situation where you're on your way someplace important like work. Not as convenient as advertised at all!

    App is not the most user friendly, especialy when you need to select a location on the map. Huge, unminimizable window in the lower part of the screen that uses more than half of it. Difficuilt to navigate on the map. And map is inacurate, drivers agree too. Also annoying "where to" window when you open the app, not all the time we want to go somewhere, sometimes we want to check the history or review the account.

    Generally all good except when they come with ridiculous changes in prices. Lack of some form of a "Daily Driver" user program. Must be some benefit for those of us that use your platform as our primary mode of transport. I'm well over 2'000 trips, not even a mention. Nothing, fokall! 😒

    Honestly this app is really disappointing. You add your card as a payment option and they deduct R150 suggesting that they are "testing" if your card is active. That's honestly nonsense and they are very quick to wrongfully deduct money from our accounts but when it's time to return or refund the money, you are asked to wait for 14 days not considering the inconvenience they have caused us!!!! I'll never use this app again, I demand my refund BOLT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Usually I have a positive experience with this app, but this afternoon my partner had a cab from bolt turn up, with a full boot. He was unable to take my disabled partner from the hospital, he left her in the middle of the road, drove off and still charged her the 6 pounds for the fair. I find this behavior apporant and I don't feel that the charge of the fair was appropriate, he literally driving off and not even helping my partner back to the safety of the pavement. I will post his plate later

    It was my first time i've used Bolt. My driver Tosin was on time. She was reliable, friendly and her driving skills was safe and excellent all the time. Her car was clean and in a safe condition .The rates was affordable. I will used Bolt every time i need a ride. Thank you Bolt you are the best🙂🙃

    9th April....I live in a country where home(work etc) or simply addresses are non-existent at the moment. Post office addresses are the only ones available. And in my previous review, note that I mentioned "locations" and not addresses. Your most important competition(Uber) have this problem sorted out so you can too. ......7 days ago.....It would be great to have it be able to save locations on the app, possibly work or/and home. It's what's needed to take this app to the next level

    EDIT: Seems OK for the moment It happened 3 times already to me and a relative, in Brasov, Romania. I search for a Ride and the driver accepts but I see absolutely nothing on the app. Zero and I can even search for other rides. The drivers saw it and called me after arriving, but I (Samsung M21, Android 11, latest Bolt vers.) and my relative (Nexus 6, Android 7.1) don't see anything at all. The only common thing is that we use Revolut cards for paying and we saw the money frozen in our accounts

    Simple app that does the job but when there are tons of bolt you just don't see the itinerary and can make mistakes... especially when all the addresses are in a completely different alphabet, kind of sucks but hey that's living abroad. :) Also can't tip later if you forget, sad for driversnwe forget sometimes and miss tipping. Guess you really have to be on point with this all and triple check and understand the map.

    Had to do the destination and pick up locations address 5 or 6 times over. That could be because I was using my phone to order for someone else. Great service but DOUBLE CHECK the app doesn't change the locations. Good service otherwise.

    Final trip pricing is mostly inaccurate from the Original Pricing for rides. Its higher. Over 2 years of usage , travel same route & destination. you know when you are being scammed by the inaccurate final prcing. I suggest if you need a Travel app don't use BOLT

    Always problems, drivers not coming and waiting for you to cancel ride so they can get money, anyone can be a driver (literally anyone), prices are way too expensive, always waiting for too long, always higher prices. All in all, terrible, uber is a little bit more expensive, but it's better 100 times

    each time i request a ride, a debit goes off my account for the ride amount, but the driver chooses not to do the trip as its too short, so they dont move at all. 10 to 15 minutes later i have to cancel as the driver does not arrive, so i request another, same thing, and another, the debits go off each time too. you have a cheek to ask us not to keep the driver waiting but here i am waiting 30 minutes!!!!! and this is the 3rd time, check my history

    Lots of issues with wrong pick up address. The app doesn't select current location address. Even if I changed the address, the app keeps the previous order's address. It happened this issue several time in a week, and beside the unconvenient experience, i lost some meteengs and also got charged. You Must do something about this issue!

    The fares are fair. The drivers are mostly. nice. There are occasional discounts on rides. A very good app/service, however, something should be done about drivers who, do not cancel rides that they cannot meet up with, and don't show up without letting you know.

    Since I cannot leave a negative feedback about driver's behaviour in the app I will leave one here: rude, unprofessional drivers and the support of yours is just a puff, I will never get any feedback as the only thing your app has is a standard FAQ. And your strange charging is under a big question as it's not transparent to me at all.

    So today a friend recommended this app to me and i decided to download it and see how it works, from the beginning i loved the app until i mistaken ordered a ride i was not ready for. My network was dawm bad to the extent that it could never cancel when i issued the cancel ride comand. Then the driver arrived and i was trying to explain the situation to him n he was so angry that he literally insulted me. Please bolt technology, be patient with new customer. Uninstalling right away

    app still changes the collection address to a previously used address randomly and the GPS location of the driver on the app is out. I am currently in a bolt which took me 10min to book due to the random collection address change and which showed him as almost a kilometer away when he was right in front of me

    it appears there's a bug. Whenever there's a discount and the user wants to pay cash the driver is not aware of the discount, this has resulted in some drivers cancelling rides. This needs to be fixed please.

    i really like this app, when request a ride I get 1 in like 10 to 60 seconds most of the time and never really had a problem with any driver. I can't compare it to Uber because I haven't tried it yet but I don't think I'm going to switch because Uber is more money and drivers take long to respond that is what I heard from most of my friends

    No way to call support. App blacklists a payment card if it cannot bill it immediatelly. It means you have to keep internet payments always enabled on the card, which presents a security issue for the user (me), because anyone can bill my card while internet payments are enabled on it. Previously I was able to settle any outstanding payments at my convienence, while being prevented new reservations until I did so, which was fine. Now the blacklisting feature turned the service unusable for me.

    I used bolt several times because it's more affordable than uber, The problem is that sometimes they accept and reject the request, Some drivers are convenient and leave you with a smile on your face, some just don't arrive at all and I have to use a local taxi. I hate it when that happens I hope all the drivers improve their loyalty to accept and come fetch the client because we got a lot of places to go and it really makes traveling easier comfortable. Please improve

    Lovely experience so far,, keep up the goodwork and try and filter out some bad drivers.. When someone reports a bad driver,, look into it and don't just die the matter,, if you continue burying the matter and covering up for bad drivers,, you will lose in the long run... But my experience with BOLT is always awesome!!!

    There is no support what so ever To the point that a driver had to plead for us to settle the trip we made with him as the payment never confirmed or arrived. On my bank side the transaction had reversed and now the driver was quoting very different prices to the original estimate upon request. Not to compare with other apps but wow, this pathetic

    I am extremely unhappy with the app. The so-called discount that yall give us, you may as well keep it coz I use Bolt all the time but for me to get a 10% discount is ridiculous. I have a brother who barely uses Bolt, but when he does he gets about 50% discount. Like how ridiculous is that?!!! Then there's lateness of the drivers. You request and the app says the driver is 3 minutes away. But it will be 3 minutes like that for 10 minutes. That time you're getting late work!! Fix it!!!

    I love that we do not have to wait long because the response is so quick and you travel in good clean vehicles and well respectful drivers and on the app you can see where the driver is with their names and vehicle registration and not forgetting the fees are reasonable. Will recommend anyone to get connected to this app.👍

    it's not that bad. the problem is that some drivers aren't cleaning their vehicles and some tend to cheat and press the arrived bottom before the arrive at your gate and lastly the prices have gone up than usual🤔

    Sometimes the location doesn't work, so the drivers cannot find you, perhaps waiting somewhere else. Bolt fix your location issues! Some drivers cancel last minute and there is no way to complain about rides you didn't do. Otherwise once you get it, drivers are mostly respectable and nice..

    Terrible app and customer service! Better to stick to their competitors who are honest about their prices and give a min and max for what the price of your trip will be. Bolt instead purposefully advertise trips as cheaper than their competitors only to charge you more after your trip. EXTREMELY DISHONEST! You can expect prices to go up by a few pounds but £7-10 above quoted price EVERY TIME the app is used is just a joke & make the prices the same as uber. Best to stick to uber who are honest.

    Bolt prices are alright. The drivers tend towards unprofessionalism. They never so much as ask you what music you want played or how you would like the aircon. The app over promises and under delivers with regards to ETAs and pick up times. It malfunctions at awkward moments... A fairly mediocre service all in all. Update: STILL making me late.

    Great service, the messed up part is that drivers usually do not want to be paid what the app has suggested. Drivers expect to be paid R50 upwards regardless of the distance. As soon as they know that you have a promo or discount, they back off.

    very buggy. sometimes it shows a driver stuck in one place even if the ride is moving and it shows the wrong name for some areas sometimes. Like example, a western suburb would show up in a completely different province. Could i email you somehow. Beyond that though i have no other issues with the app.

    I generally feel Bolt has the best services however we having high rates of drivers not having vehicles matching those on the app because they say you taking forever changing the number plates after they request you to since Corona Virus pandemic began and you guys started working from home.Please improve on that as it makes us customers feel insecure.

    The app and tech is great. Bolt drivers are very rude and fraudulent They will accept ride and not move from there location until you call them. They will be asking where you are going and choosing to go or not. If you don't tell them, they will accept the ride and still not move forcing you to cancel and start the ordering process over again. They will click on arrive before they arrive so the system can start billing the rider. The only reason I use them over uber is because of coverage

    Honestly very disappointed in this app. Rides were being made on my app and money was taken from my account I contacted bolt support and they gave me the run around. I haven't as of yet recieved a refun and I feel that I'm not the only person this has happened to. I WANT A REFUND!!!!

    Very affordable means of transport but some drivers may start a trip before even you enter the car. I suggest your provide a unique code for the customer so that the driver can enter the code before he can start the ride

    The app itself is good, the user interface is good and all of the features work well. The service is very good too, where you can get different types of taxis. However, the "Bolt" taxis are a bit more expensive than the others. Good overall, just a bit expensive.

    The drivers are very variable in quality. The arrival times for the drivers are often inaccurate. This morning, a driver cancelled after spending 5 minutes driving away from the direction he needed to go to pick me up. The second driver was also very slow arriving. Not good. Lost 20 minutes as a result.

    Bolt app management, your app increment is really outrageous, really what's is happening, I think you should know with time, your customers might be reducing, an app that was affortable as of lask week, this week the price got increased all of the sudden, what happened? How can one person pay 10k in a day for a close bye trip of 30mins drive. Which human being in his or her normal sense will pay such an amount when we are not traveling, pls I urge the app management to do something ,,,

    To be honest some of the Drivers are fantastic. But some leaves much to be approved on. One BIG thing is if its a long ride the driver will then immidalty phone and ask that you change the payment option from Card/EFT to Cash as a 20% is deducted from the fare before the Driver get the monies. If I wanted to pay Cash I would have chosen cash and not Card/EFT. If Im not willing to change they will then decline after the ride after they accepted the ride. I feel that this is not acceptable at all.

    I just have few experiences, if the driver comes, everything is good ... unfortunately my first experience was, the driver didn't come, didn't cancel the trip, I called him, he told me he doesn't speak English, I asked a friend to talk with him in Arabic and he told him, he will not come, he goes home, because he doesn't speak English (and he didn't cancel it). Waiting times are at least twice longer than the app shows. As I said, if the driver comes, the service is very good, no problem at all.

    Brilliant service, but the GPS/location system is awful. If Ive input an address for my home and the GPS sees that I'm within 100 yards of that address it should assume that I'm at home not next door...

    The drivers keep driving away from yiu in case its a short trip so that you cancel the trip by getting fed up or waiting and they never pick up call either . And this has happened to me several times. No wonder uber is thriving .

    Misleading at the moment of requesting a rider. It tell you "the rider will be with you in 1 minute" while it is still looking for a rider and then suddenly "the driver will be with you in 8 minutes" which can be even 20 minutes in case of traffic.

    Had the exact same experience as Labstar. Was stranded and deserted as I could not get a booking at 20:30. Kept trying untill 23:00 curfew hit so me and my partner had to hitch hike from the nearest garage. Terrible experience.

    it's good for the majority of the time but sometimes your ride takes longer to turn up or if there's a problem with the payment the first time you book it it won't let you use the same bank card if you try and book it again. So it's only because I have two different cards I manage to get home sometimes. Too often this happens.

    The worst app and transport system ever experienced in my Life.. 6 drivers cancelled consecutively my trip. Never recommend to anyone.and I'm pretty sure I'm not the first one who experienced this worst nightmare. No standards or a proper system. Uber and careem are much more better

    I am not happy with the services. The drivers here in Ghana are always giving excuses about why they can't take you to your destination. In fact they will drive all the way to your location and after you tell them were you are going, they tell you to your face that they cannot take you there. I don't see the point of having this app anymore.

Secondly some drivers will tell you they can't come to your location yet they.. Won't cancel and if you dont cancel they will indicate they have arrived while they intentionally refused to come..     The customer service with this company is horrible, my account was blocked in 2019 and when I contacted them today the phone was cut on me TWICE, their drivers take long to get to you and their support team don't get back to you when you message/email them which is absolutely unacceptable!     The main problem is that 90% of drivers either cancel the ride or tell you to cancel (or just keep complaining during the trip) as soon as they find out that you are paying by credit card. This is the biggest issue by far.

    Please make a provision for a chat box between drivers and riders, Nigeria network is ridiculous, you can barely communicate with your the rider. Its making things difficult for us drivers. If we can chat, then we can communicate in clear terms, then get the riders location easily.     Today just proved to me something could be wrong or the info wasn't said. I order for bolt, & when ordering the app gives me the amount expected to pay. That same amount changes when i arrive my destination, charging me more than what i was to pay..with the waiting time not even longer than 5mins! After these few incidents, it makes not even want to like cheer on/share about bolt or even use the app. Its not right for the customer & as well the drivers, for some it may not be their fault.
