Love the app and got the standard plan but recently didn't get a message notification after being on the app for almost 2 months and getting notifications on the regular and I have a 24 hr response time. Would be nice to set a specific notification tone for this app too.

Support never answers emails. I have had numerous issues within the last three years and days have gone by without the issue fixed. When you email customer support they never respond. Pretty sad for an application meant to help parents coparent through extremely difficult situations.

I am seeing no accountability I am seeing no legal oversight where if a parent which is to steal another parents child they can absolutely do it and this portal in no way will be responsive to it or create any effect because of it whatsoever

(Update) Customer service replied in 24 hours. I don't trust the 2-factor auth. I've never had a problem with it, but TP says that is why I wasn't able to log in. Would be 5-stars but they no longer offer a year sub, only monthly. I am on disability, bill is a few days before I get money (aka, broke.. I've ended up paying $40 ($5 + $35 bank fee) twice 😬🤦🏼♀️) There is a free option but the prices for records is outrageous! I need to do pdf's frequently.

Used to be sleek and useful. Now a court ordered money funnel to steal money from vulnerable parents. More options are added but really this is a fairly useless tool unless your ex is stupid beyond belief, if anything the easiest way for a bad parent to abuse this is to NOT communicate at all, and NOT ever check the messages. The options to record phone calls etc.. in many states, unless you are given permission to record even break felony laws in some states.

It doesn't keep the conversations in line. You would think that keeping the order chronological would be off the utmost importance. It is confusing and not easy to navigate. At least it keeps the ex on her better behavior. Also the no internet error message. What even is that?
