I wish I could give 0 stars for such bad support they offer. After waiting for 1 hour for my order wich was active in the app, support was of no help and I had to call the restaurant to clarify and find out they didn't even receive my order. Luckily the restaurant agreed to make and send my food but at a higher price than on the app because they don't deliver themselves. After 1 hour being hungry with a pregnant wife, they didn't even send me a voucher for the huge inconvenience they caused.

Used it a few times (less than 5). On two occasions it didn't work property. Once I waited in vain my order. The second time, because it didn't show me that the order was received, I made it a second time.. Long story short, I had to pay for 2 meals instead of one... Well, I am uninstalling the app

Disappointed from the first order. Restaurant has closed but the site was active. My order was cancelled. I used a voucher in the order for 20 lei which was not refunded. As well I was promised voucher for next order but I never received it. I decided to give it a chance second time... Well I hope after 89 minutes I will receive my order and definitely removing the app. Voucher never received...

I really don't like that you can't contact support in the app and that the delivery is so much slower than other delivery services. I also don't like the layout of the app.

Lame experience, while I do understand that I am not in an english speaker country I would like to be able to read the menu in english for the products, not in german.

Five 5⃣ stars because I used it tens of times and every time it worked properly except for the a few versions ago when it didn't go to the menu I pressed on but it moved randomly.

Horrible app user exeprience. This is the most cheap app ever. Honestly I don t even now how to order. I added the products in my basket but I cannot find the basket. They have a video training how for to order but is not working.

Worst customer service (for Romania), incapable workers that instead of helping or trying to understand the problem, they ask if you read "terms and conditions". by far the worst food app on the market, stay away.

3/5 orders had a problem, be it cancelled, items missing or arrived after 3h. Today's one... Ordered at 11:30 and got ETA for 13:15. Ok, i wait, I explain this to my 4yo son that when the clock hits 1 and 15 we will eat. Order was updated, 45m delayed. Finally arrived after 3 hours (15m after the last eta). One full menu was missing... It's the last straw, app uninstalled, terrible service. Support promises they will look into it, never follow up. 20 lei voucher for a 3h hunger is ridiculous
