    I am dissapointed with the long and frustrating process. When you have to download the app of the fast food place for a free item everything gets very complicated. I understand that now because of Covid 19 we can't have material objects from the actual store but I suggest that T-mobile either make the process simpler or replace the food offers. I got very unhappy at Popeyes today. I have 5 lines and I could not get even 1 free sandwich. Not to say that the person there had attitude.

    app Used to be a good idea but since the Covid19 scare they've really let the ball drop. You never got "great" stuff but at least you got a free movie or an umbrella (lol), a trick or treat pumpkin holder, etc. Lately it's been nothing useful. Even the games of chance you play are bad or nonexistent. They should either come up with a new plan or just replace/get rid of the program. It's like going to a garage sale at the the of the day when the junk is the only thing left 😒

    reddit I don't know if it is a feature but the app randomly signs you out every couple of weeks. It isn't for lack of use. The other issue is more with the t-mobile stores. There are freebies that the apl offers some weeks. The procedure is to start the timer in app and then the associate should handover the item. In the last few months, store force me to give number and try to forcefully sell me t-mobile services. Does tmobile want to lose me as a customer with such antics????

    mlb There so used to be awesome! Offers were good. Sometimes $2 at Dunkin, a magazine subscription, things that were useful. Now you get like 2 offers and they are things like a 1 month subscription to something that already offers a trial or something trivial that no one knows who it's for and isn't really worth anything. Used to give a free year of MLB and since there isn't baseball right now you would think they would give something else but no. Please go back to the better offers!

    mlb 2020 So I've had the app for a while. I liked it better when the freebies didn't require me to download another app. For the last two Tuesdays I have had a white box over the screen when the app is opened. I miss the easy free pretzels that they used to offer. Now that requires the pretzel app also. So I think I will just snatch the app off of my phone and free up some space. Its just not fun anymore.

    burger king Most discounts/ specials are not that good. Often there are things that don't work in areas. The worst part is the time frame you are given to both redeem and use the rewards. You have to absolutely log in on Tuesday to view and save your reward than you usually have to redeem and use it before mid day Wednesday. It's the worst reward system I've ever been a part of.

    website Used to be something worth checking every Tuesday, then became something worth checking like one Tuesday out of the month, now I just check it out of morbid curiosity. Long gone are the days where you would be interested in clicking on anything, let alone you redeeming something and actually being able or interested in using it.

    taco bell I'm sorry but the T. Mobile Tuesday app really sucks ads. You guys never have any good or exciting deals. Every time I open up the app on Tuesday, I'm disappointed EVERYTIME. The only time I got something good on this app was when I first opened a T.Mobile account . After that everything just been crappy.

    youtube I miss the days of the deals being cool and not expecting you to already buy something. At this point they really need to either call the program and just shut it down, or start working to restore it to the former glory it once had.

    Shaw Academy already offers a, "4-week trial period"...but, they're scammers that disallows one to close account or remove form of payment. They also deceptively change one's registration or TMobile Tuesday's redeemed date on the charged statement to TWO days prior regardless whether you cancelled days prior. Their phone doesn't take calls due to the Covid, and actual email resolution is nil. TMobile Tuesday's marketing seriously needs to do better.

    I have a problem with my TMobile Tuesday Overwatch League code. I hope that I can get help. I love this app so much but today I went to use my Overwatch League $30 off code but when I went to get it, it appears as if I had already redeemed the code when I had not. I hope I can get this back and that it'll be fixed. Thank you!

    App experience is good. The reason why I am giving 1start is promo offers. Earlier there used to be specific offers for t mobile customers for example free pizza etc. Now this app just shows offers offered by the merchants. Nothing specific to t mobile users. And most of the offers are irrelevant.

    I never understood why so many people don't use this and now I know. A waste of time and just a way for tmobile to PUSH advertisements. Once in a great while they will offer a free tmobile water bottle or gloves for the thank you gift.. In limited supply and only at certain locations i.e. a wild goose chase for a free branded water bottle so I can advertise for tmobile even more.) The "giveaways" are for discounted memberships to things i would imagine few are interested in. I tried, I'm done.

    This used to be descent (even though my local tmobile would never have any physical give away items claiming they only got 25 or some low number). Most of the giveaways are now junk. Plus they update almost every month requiring you to update before accessing, but for some reason the UI remains poor. Not worth stopping in each Tursday anymore. Will probably delete soon.

    T-Mobile had stopped giving any kind of rewards. 25% off baseball junk or movie rentals. If it's going to be a reward app, someone needs to put rewards in it. Not worth my time

    Not so much a problem with the app, but the weekly game almost never let's you win, prizes are often gone by the time we get to the store if there were any to begin with. I don't really want to use my card to claim free subscription trials either. Gifts like free pizza or Frosty have not been offered for way too long.

    Bleh, this app is pretty much useless for me and I'm not sure why I even still have it. I've only found one occasion where I could use anything they offered and that was one night when a family member wanted to rent a movie and the app had a free vudu rental. Nothing else has even been worth the time I spend opening the app each week. And now they've gotten even worse somehow...their occasional free movie rentals are now $4 Atom tickets or $2 FandangoNow rentals. I'm done. Uninstalling this POS.

    App works fine but I feel like every time I open it there is an update. Every single tuesday my app is out of date. Literally more updates than any other application on my phone. I dont see the need for so many in an app such as this. I mean its not like they dont take but a few moments to update but it's just excessive how often.

    I've had this app since it was created (& t-mobile service for 15+ years). It always seemed like a cool idea that kept me coming back to look for incentives for staying with t-mobile. I have redeemed maybe 2 redbox rentals, saved shell gas but never used it, and thought about getting a free taco but it isnt worth the hassle. So all in all maybe $3 was saved. Cool idea, nothing worthwhile though it seems.

    Every time I try to open this app, there is a new update. That wouldn't be so bad, except that it never looks like anything actually changes. It's a simple enough app, so what are they always updating? It's become a significant deterrent for me especially considering that the rewards are increasingly underwhelming.

    Good experience overall but the reason I gave 4 stars is that very few deals apply to me or are worth taking advantage of which has caused me to check it less and less. I really liked the free 12-month Pandora trial and would like to see more things like that so I could really have ample time to test out a product. Or if there could be filters to specify what types of deals each consumer would want, that would also be ideal but I can understand if the deals are limited in quantity. Still happy!

    I hate the wheel with prizes so much. It displays a 50% chance win rate but in reality it is far less than 50%. Previous attempts the wheel would stop early before prize and today when it should've stopped it slowly inched to the next one, theres no balance you just signup to lose.

    This app is great! BUT, BUT, BUT...the deals don't make sense sometimes! I also live in a small town, so I can't use the deals! This happens a lot. Especially the one where you get the "discount tickets" (can't remember name of it), we can't use them anywhere around us!! We miss out a lot on that one, because that deal seems to be consistent.

    I love the app, but having it on my SD card (Android 8.1), I am unable to update/install it. I have to move it to internal memory. I've read this is a developer issue for many apps. As for the program itself - there seems to be something for everyone. I applaud The company for giving back. I do wish that TMobile freebie merch was made of better materials, for carbon footprint.

    The offers are getting worse every week. 99% of "free things" require a credit card & will auto bill if not cancelled. Plus free item that are handed out in the store are not likely to be in stock w/no rainchecks. It's NOT worth messing with. Today EVERY offer has a following price connected to it. IF T-Mobile (The Mob) really cared during this whole covid thing, they offer free Redbox & other items like free pizza & other useful things NOT requiring ALL your info or credit card. Free means FREE

    Original (6/18/19): The savings are pretty good, though they're not really things I would go for in any given week. The number/frequency of app updates (which keep you from even opening the app) has gotten really annoying the last few months! Update (4/14/20): Frequency of app updates is still ridiculous!!

    Good Overall, Bad for Gift Cards. This App used to be great for $2-$5 Gift cards. But after shifting over to a giveaway format for giftcards, the servers will crash due to overwhelming user counts, (and perhaps also due to scalper accounts to steal as many as possible.) Once a 5 star App, now only 3 stars. Big mistake in using a contest/giveaway timed format for gift cards that used to be given in general.

    It's a great idea, but offers are really pretty uninteresting, and you are served a ton of ads to get you to spend more money with T-Mobile. most of the really great offers require that you have two lines or more, and when I pay more for 1 line than most people do for two it's a little aggravating. Not very impressed at all.

    It needs to get updated too much. Plus, Taco Bell makes us submit WAY too much personal identifiable information (PII) such as our debit card and credit card numbers when we're getting FREE tacos! That's a security breach just waiting to happen. I shared with both T-Mobile and Taco Bell on various occasions, and it seems like neither party is really too much concerned about it.

    Have been using this app since T-Mobile Tuesday started. Some weeks are better than others. But there is always something for free or discounted. Shell gas discount is great. I use it every week. Only complaint is I can never get the free T-Mobile store items, as I cannot leave work. I wish those were easier to get.

When I find the things in the videos it's always you maybe a winner but it just adds you to where idk. I still never get anything even if I get them all. You do get weekly coupons I never use but thsts my fault.

    i could only give 1 star but I wouldn't give any if I could. use to be good deals now it's not even worth getting on anymore ... just a disappointment. bring back vudu rentals. the app is just not worth the time. the deals suck now!! The app just gets worse and worse over time!! Dont feel thanked at all. Mine as well get rid of it. I deleted it now due to the crappy gifts!!

    It is an awesome perk but just had to take it down a star because to the last giveaway they are doing. They offered a 4 week free Shaw Academy trial, but Shaw Academy is impossible to cancel. It keeps sening me through loops to cancel and they never do (for example, cancel via profile, email, or phone, they just direct me to the other way and you never get to talk to a live person. I have to have my bank stop payments. I hope Tmobile stops working with such a shady company.

    Can't redeem latest Special I can't redeem the 1 year magazine subscription, it says "the website is currently unable to handle this request" you guys should be expecting lots of traffic so you should plan to have servers that are able to handle the traffic. Please fix this so that I can redeem the subscription.

    A lot of decent prizes, worth the install. Got two $5 Amazon gift cards (tap & win game) and two Hearst mag 1 year subscriptions in a brief period. Can't eat gluten or would do the occasional free Whoppers & tacos on offer. I don't bother with the free Redbox movies and haven't used the 10 cents gas discount yet but I probably will. App isn't intrusive and you can mute notifications. Bear in mind that I probably only remember to play every fourth week so the gift cards are pretty easy to win!

    This app is pretty redundant in it's intended use. The prizes are a good leash to hold customers by but the probability of winning are slim. *At least on the west coast* most of my relatives and friends have TMobile and have reported no gained winnings or prizes worth the time of day (TMobile step up your prizes and make the probability of winning at least plausible.) I would NOT recommend this app as a consumer if the app is supposed to thank the consumer and it doesn't even do that.

    What a coincidence, the app becomes completely broken again on a Tuesday. This is at least the fourth time this app refused to open because of an update and refuses to download the update on a Tuesday. Oddly every previous time the app fixed itself on Wednesday and finally updated or downloaded.

    Freebies are hit or miss, Shell gas reward one in particular is annoying because it's nearly impossible to redeem and it only brings the price down to where the competitors were to begin with. Wish they would have more prizes that don't require you to download a different app

    This app is suppose to thank you, but it doesn't. You might use one thing in a blue moon. Also, you will never win any of the prizes. More importantly, constant updates like Facebook bringing no value. Especially when merchants are not in your state.

    The deals aren't very good anymore. I use this app for the gas savings and redbox. That's it. Spinning the wheel is rigged same with the tapping game, I've never heard of anyone winning.

    Same review, different update...This app is getting to be a pain in the arse. Every week, you have to update it. Also, the deals used to seem great, but lately...not so much. It does give me something to read thru for 2 minutes, so I guess that's good.

    Been playing since it originally launched and never won any of the good prizes they always advertise about. The regular weekly prizes are pretty trash, I'd rather just cut coupons for Walgreens. Can't say it's better than nothing cause at least "nothing" will never let you down

    A waste of time..I have installed twice uninstalled twice a waste of space and energy. There are no viable deals. Just Avenue to download more garbage. The coupons they suggest or companies not in community or online or never heard of before. Really no free stuff at all!

    Sucks since the virus, used to at least offer a free taco from Taco Bell or something actually decent. Now it's gambling games that make no sense how to work and free month subscriptions to off brand streaming websites.

    I usually love this app and always use the redbox promos but whenever there are promos for gift cards at specific times the app shuts down and then I don't get a chance to redeem. Like today at 11am panera had a 3 dollar gift card and I had opened it at 11am and it said 'maintenance being done'. Its frustrating.

    T-Mobile Tuesday used to have great, diverse rewards. Now they seem repetitive & most recently they've dwindled down to just 2-3 thankings. Also I feel like im always having to do an update before I can view the thankings. My BIGGEST complaint is 95% of the time the merchants DO NOT lnow how to accept the rewards!!

Free coffees, free tacos, etc. Now I know with the country shut down nobody's doing free NOW but those stopped awhile ago and the offers just got to be not applicable or for places that aren't even in my area of the.country. I rarely open the app now.

    It used to be awesome but their "running" out of everything in store or limited quantities for this week messed up. Thank only a limited number. I have been a tmobile customer 20 years but I miss out too much. My son won a $5 Amazon gift card but get this 1 week later he goes to use it and it's expired. Since when do winners of the games at bottom have time limits for e-gift cards. I think they hope people don't get to cash in to say they offered. Everyone should get thanked not a few.

    i usually like the app, however since Corona virus i have not been able to get the rewards. This Tuesday, 3/24/20, was supposed to be free redbox movie rental.. That was untill Tuesday came around and they removed it! We have to stay at home, but can't get are free movie to help with that! NOT COOL! You could at least let us keep are free movie peomos

    They have periodically good offers. Most of the time you have to sign up or download an app to use them. I personally loved the Dunk'n gift card, u didn't need to download the app to use it. The monthly free whooper was good too.

    This is just bad. There's pretty much never anything worth while. Every once in a while there is a free Red Box movie, but we never use it because a 2 dollar movie is pretty much never worth the drive to get/take it back. I'm sure it serves as a good marketing tool for T-Mobile though...

    I was trying to redeem the 10cents off fuel rewards for Shell yesterday, 4/14, and it's saying "code error" idk why, it's the first time it happened. I restarted my phone, log out and in on both app and still the the code I'm trying to redeem keep saying error.

    Just not as rewarding as it use to be. Seems to target a different demographic than myself or my family, and some of the free stuff is too niche. Also, it's asking me to update the app every month with no explanation as to why.

    Everytime it takes me to another app for my deals, I end up not getting the deals and there's no place for me to put in my redemption codes. Pretty sure my last review and comment was deleted also because I don't see it and I'm having to do this again.

    Thanks for nothing, I guess? There is absolutely no reason to download this app, I downloaded since last year and only ONE deal has been worth this app's waste of space in my phone. Most deals are literally trash, nothing really convenient or helpful and food deals are extremely rare (the only deal I ever redeemed was a Pizza Hut deal). I heard you can get a free DD every Tuesday but I have never seen such thing.

    I always get push notifications to open the app on Tuesdays and then the app never works. What's up with that? I understand it's free stuff so I shouldn't complain but don't bother me with the notifications if the app's not going to work.

    Constantly updating app. If you have to update this often, you don't know what you're doing. Almost every Tuesday when I open this worthless app, it tells me I'm "stuck in the past". The frustration isn't worth it.

    Your better off just buying something on your own. Downloading apps to redeem is waste of time. You also have to go to stores at certain hours to redeem them and these trial apps are pointless. If people really want to stay healthy, they can do it with google fit or fitbit or any fitness app includinfgvthe 7 minute work out app. I am going to try this app one more time. Purple is nicer than pink.

    Never won anything on this app. This is just taking up space on my phone. Plus why does it require you to download other apps to get deals when you can get the same deals from coupons or the actual websites? This is stupid.

    This thing rarely works. When it does and I try to connect to Fuel Rewards that doesn't work either. It always says refresh connection. Everything else works. Everything. Pixel 3a xl

    Pretty doggone good. I think it's only twice that the app hasn't worked even after me shutting it down but after waiting a couple of hours the app was back working perfectly.

    Well all carriers agreed that they weren't going to disconnect or suspend their customers through this coronavirus time but yet I got disconnected shut off this morning and had to pay money I really didn't have to even just get it turned back on that was not supposed to happen and as far as this Tuesday's apps go you used to have really good things that you could win you know pizzas from Domino's or you know whatever but nothing anymore nothing just stuff that's not even useful to anybody really

    Really cool that you get coupons, every once and a while it will be for something you want to buy. Also theres free stuff from t-mobile like umbrellas and waterbottles. They hold sweepstakes sometimes, i never won anything before so i cant confirm its legit.

    Was given 3/24 as the day for MLB-TV. Yet there is no information and no help to get answers. Customer service today has been none existant. Should actually be zero stars until someone steps up to the plate with answers and solutions!

    I got an idea on making TMobile Tuesday app even better. That is having TMobile surveys all about what fans want to expect from T-Mobile as a company. What they need to succeed better in both great qualities and bad qualities. People who do these surveys can get TMobile gift cards as a reward to be used in the TMobile store or to take money away from the bill.     This app is bull s... even when I looks like you won the wheel moves at last minute. On over 7 years that I have been with T-mobile neither me or anybody I know have ever win anything. Fake prices that nobody wins. False advertisement that's all it is. Should just shut that sh. down.

    I used to look forward to seeing what special offers they had for there customers but these past months the offers have been disappointing. Recently you will receive a good offer but then get a message telling you it is no longer available due to high demand. Don't get me wrong I'm not asking for something outrageous just those nice deals like the $2 cards to Dunkin donuts or a free movie rental from Vudu. I really hope you consider our reviews.
