I just started using this app today, 10 - 25 - 21 on my LG velvet Android operating system cell phone. I couldn't upload any files from my Google Drive, so I accessed website from my personal computer at home. I was able to upload files relatively quick, at least in my opinion. They did show up on the mobile app on my cell phone. I'm still figuring things out, but I'm not liking the fact that I can't edit my Word documents. I sent email to customer service so we'll see what they say.

I love the end to end encryption - that's why I moved over from Dropbox. Love the ability to keep local or just in the cloud. The "Vault" is confusing and I don't see how it differs from cloud or local storage so I do not use that function. App, desktop and web portal all super easy to use. Thanks, Dev. Great product.

Was great but now the Select All option is useless; have to upload one at a time. 😬 No fix to this yet and thumbnails aren't showing for any MB files either (which gets confusing). C'mon guys, what are we paying for here?

One of the best secure options. If you're tired of Google knowing everything you do by storing your data on Google Drive, it's time to switch to a secure cloud service.

Unless you're tech savvy, this is near impossible to use. What it supposedly does would be great, but not when you're unable to set everything up or have hrs to spare to spend on it, IF you even get it done then.

Works fine for documents that you want encrypted. The files you store in their cloud are encrypted and they can't view them because the keys are stored on your computer/device.

The least you could've done was update the design before upping your pricing. --- Still inconsistent with uploads, still have to go a roundabout way just to download zipped files from the site, and still a paltry directory search. The end to end encryption is not enough to excuse the service's extensive shortcomings.

Their mission is awesome! And I fully support it, but it is such a downgrade from Dropbox that it makes it hard to switch (ESPECIALLY when it comes to editing word documents on mobile and also in general). I want to pay for their premium service (b/c I have a lot of files), but it's just such a skeleton of a service, I don't know...
