This app functions like a music player software but its lacking on the main function of creating playlist. Been using SXFI headphones and earpieces for years(2 earpiece and 1 headphone) and no improvement has been made on the software side which is rather disapointing. Hope they would improve the software side of the SXFI App and include playlist in the app as i have to use this app to access SXFI function on wireless bluetooth but being unable to create playlist is just disappointing.

The garbage that refuses to connect to device giving me wrong password messages then after changing it back to the same password as before now states i dont even have an account just disgusting headmapping doesn't work either deleting this waste of garbage and super sxfi is super bad deleting my profile as well

I absolutely love Soundblaster products and have for years. This app has certain problems that I feel Creative could make improvements to. One is it often doesn't run seamlessly with the application from Soundblaster. The connect application very often will crash when I use both. Problem is both are required to use the SXFI feature. Creative has some work to do with the applications!

Sound quality is immaculate even in my Note 9 speakers... and headphones and ear buds are amazing. Try the same music in Google Music or Samsung Music then try it in this one and hear the difference. Amazing.

Sxfi gen 2, powerful amp, they deliver a new normal if you know what audio is about. Got the 130db sxfi amp for US$65+US$29 deal with Aurvana Live SE. Installed sxfi app into my Oppo Find X3 Pro. Photo ask someone to help. Plug in amp (made in 11/2018) and auto update firmware to gen2! Never got the app in PC to work, maybe my windows is unactivated. For update of headphone profile, kindly kill app, plug in amp, then open app and wait for update text. PC, configure 7.1. 7.1 speakers exp!!!!!!

The app features are really limited and not user friendly, shd include selection of songs by playlist or play songs by folder. Seems like user doesn't have a choice in creating list of songs they wanna play.

Cannot manage my earbuds outlier v3. No way manage the earbuds except for equaliser. Looking for simple way to manage earbuds not this, have to generic Bluetooth apps. Lousy experience. Anyways the search music missing folder options. Uninstall app.

After using app but needing to reinstall on my phone, the option to sign in does not exist on the app, it only offers you a chance to sign up, but using the web portal I can sign in, however I can't get acces to the sign in prompt via the reinstallation of the app, it's default page is sign up, and if you try and use the sign up options it informa you that this email address is already signed up.

This app is 95mb and completely useless. I cannot even identify the difference on my Outlier Air V2 while using or not using the app. The head mapping thing is one of the toughest thing i have tried in my entire life.

Tried to use the head mapping on two devices now, it does not work on my phone or on my tablet, for different reasons. Mapping on the phone just causes the app to crash, and the camera image on the tablet is streaks of glitchy noise. (Camera works fine normally) would like to use this tech, but it needs extensive work.
