This was in my opinion the best deal in Switzerland. Until I lost my phone over 2 weeks ago. Since then I have had nothing but trouble with the 2 sym card's they've sent me. Still no service, and the worst support team in the business. They never answer chats. I have no idea if there are humans involved or just bots.

Internet stopped working and there is no proper customer service to help in case of non-FAQ problem. Not possible to call. My unlimited data is not working at all and no one can help me. I called Yallo and Sunrise to know how to contact swype. They said there is no other way than the live chat on the Swype App which I have been trying for 1 week with no success at all. So Yallo offered me another phone deal...??? Is Swype just a part of Sunrise's buisness model to wash customers?????

Concept and app well done. Mobile data peaks at 30MBit, but has a lot of drops to 0, which makes it almost unusable. Not able to call, sometimes Whatsapp messages dont get through for a minute, far away from using it for streaming... This instability is just not compelling! Competitor Digital Republic delivers constant 10MBit, a lot better...

After the update, Swype international automatically renews DAILY instead of confirming if I actually wanted to renew it. I ended up paying 21 CHF more than intended because the subscription was not deactivated, as it did 1 month ago.

I'm still bound to my old carrier so I can't rate the performance yet. The app is slick but the buttons are very unintuitive. Mostly because the are not buttons but sliders that you have to swipe (haha Swype?). I kept clicking on them and nothing was happening. They have sort of arrows on the buttons to indicate that you have to swipe but you won't figure it out cause literally no other app is like this.

Please don't trust this company. It's a scam. They promise that they're going to give me free data Mobile for the first month is been a week since the activation and I haven't received anything. Also it's impossible to erase your payment method so once they got your credit card number there's no way to eliminate it

The Internet doesn't work and I try to contact with the support service but nobody give me an answer. They still charge me even if is not working. Really bad service

No more daily swype option, which means it's just a normal monthly subscription service. Plenty of better providers that already do this.
