The app will still not let me buy tickets, one of its primary functions, seems like a common problem. Developer should be sacked.

BE AWARE, the website will accept your payment online for the tickets but the app DOES NOT WORK. Be very cautious when buying tickets online and choosing to download them on the app. As others have said the app only says 'sorry we cannot process your request due to a technical issue' when you try to log in or buy tickets. If you've bought your tickets online you will likely be completely swindled out of your money as you will not be able to provide the tickets at the station.

Forced to download the app in order to view digital tickets. There is no good reason not to email the QR code.

Complained on here and emailed and still not fixed. Keep getting an error message "We're sorry but we can't complete your request due to a technical issue, please try again later!" this is not good when you need to produce your eticket, that it was happy to take money for. This nearly caused an argument with a member of gate staff.

I am not impressed with the replacement train service on the Isle of Wight. There were only three taxi's providing a service from the pier head to the bus station. insufficient and not well signposted. The replacement bus service to Sandown dropped us on a main road with no information about contacting a taxi service. This left us with a 20/30 minutes walk to the Zoo. On our return journey we paid for a taxi back to Ryde. Very poor support for the changes not of our making but down to SWR.

Good app when it works but error message comes up the last couple of weeks when trying to purchase a ticket have had to buy at the station everyday instead. Also often have to re-sign in which makes it slower to produce a ticket for inspection or barriers.

Crashes when trying to buy a second ticket on a smart card, at the point where you try and change from e-ticket. First ticket loads fine, used to work for multiple tickets. Irritating when trying to split journeys.

Very useable app. Importantly for me links to Google pay. I'm an idiot and bought a ticket in the wrong direction but they refunded the incorrect one.

Buggy AF. Crashes when viewing ticket details, when viewing ticket delivery type, and probably more. Haven't gotten any further.
