Slow handclap. Can't book a ticket because of a technical error. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Covid secure, eh?

  2. Black Fairy Queen-avatar

    Black Fairy Queen

Quite a lengthy process to buy a ticket with lots of additional unnecessary stages. Which is particularly frustrating if you regularly want to purchase the same /similar tickets. Although it is a handy contactless system which allows you to buy your tickets when you need and have them with you.

Quick and simple to use. Simple access to tickets on phone.

The app simply doesn't work. My tickets do not appear on the app, so when I need to show them, I have to download the PDF from my email and use that instead. That basically renders this app useless. It was a complete waste of time downloading this and trying to get it to work. No point making an app look nice and sleek if it doesn't actually function.

  5. fangs1111-avatar

I can no longer use digital tickets on my phone or pre-book them for collection at the station. I got one of those itso cards, there's nothing wrong with it I've been told except it only worked twice and now no longer works at the gates.

  6. Ildiko Demeter-avatar

Lots of bugs, not to mention that the tickets don't work half the time. I constantly need to explain myself and wait to be let in and out at gates. I need to commute in London as well, I can buy ticket and out it in swr card but then the underground / overground doesn't recognise it and I have nothing but the app data that I paid for the trip and that my swr card should work but it doesn't. So I still need to print my tickets every day and even those don't work but at least the staff recognises

When i tried to collect the train ticket the machine would not allow me to confirm entry! Customer services said to try another machine and buy another and they will refund it as could be system error! Never happened with any other railway app!

NFC/ITSO smart cards seem to not work. I want to like this app but with NFC enabled on a Galaxy S9 the app simply won't communicate with smart cards which makes it useless for managing them. Such a shame as with that functionality I could see it being useful

Not bad. Easy to navigate and use, but a shame that it sends you to the website for some information, where you get a banner telling you to try the app. 'My Tickets' takes far too long to load, up to a minute, which is very tedious if you are picking up tickets or standing at the ticket barrier. Update November 2019: This app crashes systematically when trying to complete the purchase, so is useless. Please fix it! Another update:Now fixed, it seems to handle payments differently and works again

  21. Drummermandan87-avatar

The app has the potential to be a game changer - the ability to buy tickets and then load them on a smartcard using the nfc chip within your phone is a genius idea!! Just a shame that it does not actually work as it is intended to. I have bought a ticket but it does not show up in the 'My Ticket' area so unable to load it onto my card. Looks like a known problem though as a message popped up saying that if this occurs, log out and then log back in. In my case this has done nothing!

It is better than before, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of practicality. I also find that the timetable sign system in Waterloo is disconnected from physical platforms. There is no reference point for train stations, alphabetical, destination etc. For instance a train to Sttrawberry Hill can depart from platform 4 or 21. Thanks

  23. Steve Leach-avatar

SWR is a simple game where you are asked a sequence of multiple choice questions and have to guess which combinations of answers unlock an actual ticket purchase. Amazingly, even after many hours of playing, I still lose more often than I win. Free to play, but contains in app purchases, though unusually for this game genre you can only buy after you win. Probably enjoyable for the masochist, but for most people I'd recommend Ticket Office instead (though that is not available on Android).

  24. Bertalan Voros-avatar

    Bertalan Voros

Main feature does not work. BAD: not possible to buy a ticket or season ticket. Not possible to load a ticket or season ticket to your smart card. The app and your "smart" card is not smart enough to send you a reminder when your season ticket is about to expire. Because of the problems mentioned earlier, the result is you being stranded in the morning rush hour without being able to renew your travelcard, you are forced to use your contactless cards and end up spending more. GOOD: train times.

  25. William Reeves-avatar

    William Reeves

Too many stupid issues when trying to buy tickets. Main ones: not being able to buy tickets for multiple journeys in one transaction, not remembering bank card details, session times out if you try to buy tickets for another journey straight after last purchase (you don't find out it has timed out until you have gone through most of the process).

  26. Cassandra Ranatunga Cooray-avatar

    Cassandra Ranatunga Cooray

The in app ticket purchase often (about 50% of the time) fails at the point of payment and gives an error message. I then end having to use the slower machines when I get to the station. The reasons I want to buy tickets in the app are 1. so that I can collect nectar points and 2. It is quicker to collect tickets when pre-purchased

  27. Alex Wilson-avatar

    Alex Wilson

Finally! Solution to "how do you get tickets for trains from Clapham junction without going all the way out of the station and praying your ticket machine's screen is calibrated properly!" Is what I want to be writing. This morning's return sprint out of the station to board a train on the next platform prevents me. Thanks to SWR for delaying the train, thus giving me ample time to execute this unnecessarily elongated transaction.

  28. Kat Nutkin-avatar

    Kat Nutkin

When buying tickets, the app frequently times out. Even once purchased, tickets can take ten minutes of refreshing to appear, so have to be screenshotted before the journey to actually be any use, and today have not appeared at all, even 98 minutes after the confirmation email arrived, wasting £6.80 and potentially forcing me to purchase paper tickets.

  29. Allan McLeod-avatar

    Allan McLeod

great that this is available as an option to purchase tickets and integrates well with the ITSO card. but the UX has much improvement ahead of it. 13 clicks to buy a ticket is just too many steps. if you speed up this process and make it easier for the passenger, you will find more adoption.

  30. Sharon Hall-avatar

    Sharon Hall

Absolute pants. Keeps telling me it can't provide info due to a technical issue. Previous version was tricky but the update is not even 2 months old yet it is inferior. The old adage, 'if it ain't broke don't fix it' comes to mind. Come on SWR, your ticket prices are colossal so the least you can do is provide a decent app.

  31. Mindsweeping The World-avatar

    Mindsweeping The World

Tickets keep disappearing after I buy them. Some train guards will charge you a penalty fair despite showing the confirmation email you get. This is the second time its happened. Also the app mostly fails in showing cancellations and delays that the national rail app shows. So i'd always double check with national rail anyway. It also doesn't let you buy the correct ticket if the train leaves late, which also mean angry guards The only good thing is the mobile tickets- that is, if they load.

  32. Kay Susie-avatar

    Kay Susie

If this app worked properly I'd give it 5 stars. Right now PayPal payments don't work and it doesn't remember card details even if you select the option. My tickets were not delivered on one occasion. I always buy the same journey & it's painful to always have to repeat the same data entry - but I'd live with it if all the other glitches were fixed.

  33. John Dennehy-avatar

    John Dennehy

Good ideas, but bugs with NFC direct fulfillment for expensive season tickets is a big deal breaker. Employees seem to be trying their best to help me, but having money taken for a season ticket I don't have, twice, is a big inconvenience both in time and money. Please pull this feature from the production version until fixed!

  34. Robert-avatar

What a truly awful app. At the moment I've found it to be about 50/50 between "being able to buy a ticket", and being forced to use their website due to a mysterious "technical error" within the app. A user experience worse than the customer experience when using their railway.

  35. Denis Palmer-avatar

    Denis Palmer

An utterly excruciatingly bad piece of software. Registering is painful- you have to guess the password format required. The app crashes if you lose connectivity for a second - and details entered aren't stored so you have to start again from scratch. Amusing little 'we're unable to meet your request' messages pop up at random and require a fresh start. If you manage to buy a ticket the app then crashes and refuses to display. Fortunately the staff share my contempt for the app. There are so many

  36. Jamie Shannon-avatar

    Jamie Shannon

This app is garbage. I have yet to be able to successfully load a ticket onto my smartcard. Sometimes I have load the ticket onto the app itself sometimes I can't? Sometimes it lets me proceed to checkout, most of the time it says my card details are incorrect even though I haven't had the chance to even enter them. Why. Is. This. App. So. Bad.

  37. Emma Watson-avatar

    Emma Watson

On a huawei p20 (not pro), via the app, the ability to add tickets to a smart card (ITSO /touch) results in an error. That includes the option where you load the ticket details onto the card and also where you allow ticket to be collected at a train station and loaded onto the card. This has been broken for months. Please resolve.

  38. Ross Wilson-avatar

  39. Gemma Crowley-avatar

    Gemma Crowley

Tried to buy a ticket on the website - it took 30 minutes but no booking reference, so had to buy another. Decided to download the app. First attempt at buying a ticket failed: technical issues. Second attempt wouldn't accept my password. Wouldn't send an email to reset. Decided to make a third attempt: technical difficulties. It's taken over an hour with no result. I now have to go to the ticket office. Why is it so difficult to buy a train ticket?

  40. Darran Russell-avatar

    Darran Russell

Worst UK rail app? Quite possibly! On two occasions I've been sold tickets via the app which could have been purchased at a lower price on the station. SWR refund process is then lengthy. This app often doesn't even let you make a purchase for various technical reasons. There are plenty of better apps for checking rail times, so I'd recommend using those instead.

  41. Kenny Aruwa-avatar

    Kenny Aruwa

Don't bother unless you connect Nectar points. This app is absolutely terrible - more frustrating than Flappy Bird. The Trainline app is so much better that I would not go anywhere near this if it wasn't for the Nectar points. Twice my tickets haven't even arrived and there are so many other strange and unexplained errors. I've only given two stars rather than one because the app has finally remembered my card details after about 7 months of me clicking 'Remember my card details'. Just avoid.

This app doesn't offer anything that isn't available on the website. I was hoping it would link to my Smartcard account so I could manage that, add tickets, view journey history and easily claim for delays. Not worth the space to keep installed until it can offer better features and functionality.

  44. Raymond Phillips-avatar

    Raymond Phillips

If apps are meant to be time-saving and efficient, then this is the opposite of an app! It took me 40 minutes to register and 30 minutes to book and still no sign of the ticket! The only reason I used it was because of the Nectar points. I'll stick with the other rail apps and so should you.

  45. Jonathan Richardson-avatar

    Jonathan Richardson

After many, many screens to get a ticket it won't load once you hit payment details. Multiple attempts still can't get a ticket from it. If you manage to buy a ticket it takes several minutes to appear and never works at the automated barriers.

  46. Clifford Ison-avatar

    Clifford Ison

Now getting the app to work as I think it should. I am not the most adept app user but have now registered to get my nectar points and use as a forward planning tool. I like the e-tickets which saves queuing for ticket machine or findingit out of order. I think you can only have e-tickets if travelling alone however. Live train information is good as well. Thanks SWR - now just sort punctuality and industrial relations out and I will be a happy traveller!

  47. Julian Farr-avatar

    Julian Farr

Last straw really, have used it for a few months but this week I bought e-tickets online, and they will not come up on my phone no matter what. "Customer support" told me they couldn't help, go to the Waterloo ticket office and they'll print tickets off for me - only they won't because they can't, so my only choice is to buy new tickets and go through the tortuous process of getting a refund, where no doubt they will try everything they can to delay and avoid issuing the refund. I'll delete the app immediately, and I'll come back to it when they decide to invest in better quality.

  48. Damien Smith-avatar

    Damien Smith

this app is really bad. it does not save payment card details and is not a quick way to buy a ticket. please correct this as months ago you could easily buy a ticket with saved card details with no hassle I do not understand why this facility has changed. its.gone backward

  49. Jonathan Hazan-avatar

    Jonathan Hazan

Pay by PayPal option doesn't work and displays a blank screen instead of making the payment. "ITSO direct fulfilment" also doesn't work, it takes your payment, then doesn't show the ticket under "My Tickets" and therefore won't let you load the ticket onto your smart card.

  50. Jon Pennycook-avatar

    Jon Pennycook

Told me payment wasn't accepted when it was, so I had to pay for a second set of tickets as well. Very slow and unreliable - requires too many clicks and takes about 5 minutes to buy an eticket. It turns out that SWR don't respond to secure feedback given through the app.

  51. Simon Pates-avatar

    Simon Pates

eTicket never arrived on my app resulting in having to contact Customer Services. They told to make a 15 mile journey to my local station (Yeovil Junction) where someone would print off the tickets. Needless to say, on arrival Yeovil Junction knew nothing about it. In fairness they did eventually agree to write me out a travel voucher in lieu. Completely ridiculous experience though, a waste of fuel and an unnecessary journey the environment could have done without.

  52. Jason Ampatzoglou-avatar

    Jason Ampatzoglou

I 've downloaded the app twice, but I keep getting a message "We can't complete your request at the moment due to a technical issue" every time I 'm trying to log in. Well, as a fellow review author pointed out, SWR ought to provide a decent app to its customers.

  53. guy taylor-avatar

    guy taylor

Mobile tickets never appear. Buying tickets for collection at machine often times out if it ever works at all. I want to use this app because it'll save me time at the station and easier whilst on the go. Collecting nectar points is also a bonus. Disappointing.

  54. Jon Wilks-avatar

    Jon Wilks

I purchased an eTicket and it did not display in the app. I spoke to support who confirmed a known problem and advised me to purchase another ticket at the station and claim that cost back. I would not recommend eTickets until they improve the reliability.

  55. steven brindle-avatar

    steven brindle

it onley got 1 star because it has the basic timetable programmed in. I live 2 minute from the station and check the app regularly for delays, the app doesn't show any but when I get to the station the train is delayed. occasionally it will have a delay displayed but not often enough is it accurate

  56. jill floyd-avatar

    jill floyd

I could do everything I wanted on the app including linking my railcard to get my discount. Wasnt immediately obvious to me how to reveal the actual ticket for use at the barrier at the end of my outbound journey, so glad Id worked that out before getting to the barrier.

  57. Zz Zz-avatar

    Zz Zz

If I try to buy a ticket via the App the only option it provides is to collect the ticket from a station i.e. no option to download an e-ticket. The App needs to be fixed to work as advertised. Interested to know if others have the same issue.

  58. Phil Kane-avatar

    Phil Kane

Used this app because the only ticket machine at my station was out of order (again). Could not buy a mobile ticket for the train I had just boarded because it had "already departed" (it hadn't) so had to tell it I was actually on the next train. Bit of an oversight for mobile ticketing really.

  59. paul latham-avatar

Useless If I select a journey, it says 'you must make a seat reservation' despite not having to when you do an online booking. Then when you try to make a seat reservation it crashes! I have used apps from Virgin Trains and GWR with no issues.

  60. Adam Kitchen-avatar

    Adam Kitchen

Live train times (station arrivals and departures) are entirely fabricated, apparently the delayed train I'm currently on is 2 stations further down the line. No advice on how to use e-tickets. have managed to buy tickets successfully on it though.

  61. Daniel Doherty-avatar

    Daniel Doherty

Do not use. Does not send you your eticket. I received the booking confirmation but the eticket was not sent out. Now expected to travel to a station 5 miles away to get it sorted or buy a new ticket. Not impressed.

  62. Eddie Jenkinson-avatar

    Eddie Jenkinson

Tried using to buy a weekly season ticket, but can't complete the journey as it says payment card details incomplete without asking me to enter any details... i.e. it's either buggy, or as I suspect with SWR IT offerings, released before it's production ready.

  63. Ben Hiett-avatar

    Ben Hiett

OK but far from great. A killer feature would be the ability to somehow save common journeys and then buy that ticket with one click. Going through the whole long winded process every day just to buy the same ticket is really tedious

  64. John Cl-avatar

Newer version better than rubbish old one. Getting it working with a smartcard would be a big bonus. Know that can be difficult, so don't expect it just yet. Presentation much improved as is the usability moving through screens.

I would never trust this app to buy e-tickets. 90% of the times when I tap on the "my tickets" tab it hangs. Obviously I have a working data connection as I am posting this review the very same moment the app is hanging.

  66. Katie Chappell-avatar

Absolutely rubbish, after the app crashed a number of times I finally paid for my ticket and now it's nowhere to be seen. It doesn't appear in the 'my tickets' section. Would not recommend this app.

  67. Maytums-avatar

Despite the fact I had internet and I had bought the ticket. My current ticket I needed to use for the journey wouldn't display and the ticket inspector wouldn't take the confirmation email as proof, leading to me almost being thrown off the train.

    Colin Jones

I've never had any success with this app. I've installed it numerous times but never been able to purchase a ticket. Load times can be slow, so slow in fact I've given up. Would happily use this if it was more reliable and quicker.

  69. Darren Wong-avatar

The NFC feature does not work. Had to call SWR to have my ticket manually put on my smartcard and then I have to go to my chosen station to pick up the ticket. Not a good feature when it does not work.

  70. Terry Williams-avatar

    Terry Williams

My app does not show any of the features displayed. No route, real time train or live trains. Journeys take way too long anyway and are very expensive. Around 3 hours to travel 90 miles to London. nearer 4 on Sunday.

  71. A Google user-avatar

    A Google user

App works fine, but I don't understand why you must pick up the tickets at a station and can't just have a QR or bar code for the ticket like northern rail. You don't even need this app if you've got the national rail enquiries app!

  72. Ajay Edakkara-avatar

    Ajay Edakkara

Very poor app. I cannot purchase season ticket. Delay repay is not available. My login should have ITSO card but cannot recognise and there is a need to use NFC phone? Overall it is not valuable. Live train timings were incorrect during the month of December.

  73. David Boalch-avatar

    David Boalch

The tickets don't work. When they did, you have to ask the man at the gate to enable the gate for you to scan the ticket(this is fiddly too).... Absolutely don't trust it. South West Railways don't give a monkeys either. I have complained via email, and over the phone and no one has responded. When they did they wanted me to do there work for them(lost all the issues, take screenshots etc) to fix it....nah I'm alright mate. I'll just use a paper much for the environment 🤪

  74. Alex McGrotty-avatar

Only worked for me once. Since then, when it gets to the payment screen it seems to just get stuck in limbo and never actually process the payment. Very annoying. Makes the app useless.

  75. Julian Keeley-avatar

    Julian Keeley

PayPal payment doesn't show up anymore, just an empty page, what's more, when I tried to pay with card I was charged even though it said payment unsuccessful, so no ticket and no money. Total rip off, trains in UK are hell.

Their site says your can do delay repay via their site or download the app. I was expecting to login once and do easy Delay Repay. But no. They literally just link to their site. They truly said use their site... or download the app in order to click a link to the site!!! And I pay £1.7k for an 18 minute train ride for this incompetence!

Brought a ticket for the first time and requested delivery to my mobile. However when going to My Tickets my ticket was not listed even though payment was taken. Useless as a wet tissue. Use the Trainline instead for mobile tickets.

Far too many pages to complete transactions. Layout design makes erroneous opening of terms and conditions a regular occurrence. Penchant to return to the start at every opportunity. I suppose consistent with corporate reputation.

  83. Basil Brooks-avatar

    Basil Brooks

Can't search for train times, just shows blank screen with message "The OriginNlc file is required" tried search twice. No use, Trainline app worked just fine, so not my connection or anything.

  84. Jonathan Stephen-avatar

    Jonathan Stephen

Pretty pointless app. It needs to have journey update information in the app - short form trains, station updates, etc. I don't see why I need this if the main National Rail app works perfectly.

  85. Steve Banfield-avatar

    Steve Banfield

Don't bother, timeouts, tech issues. Can't buy a ticket, half the time won't allow you to have a mobile ticket. No point in using this app

  86. Sally Leung-avatar

    Sally Leung

Does the job. Pretty basic though. Would like the function of getting a receipt and downloading as pdf. Also function to store my card details (but not the CVV code) so I don't have to enter details from scratch every time.

  87. Steve Wigham-avatar

    Steve Wigham

Absolutely useless. On the odd occasion the train running information is accurate, you can't get the calling points. Going back to Southern's at this rate.

  88. Alan Beal-avatar

    Alan Beal

very useful for finding out what state of play is for trains you want to catch. It never gives reasons for delays.

  89. Ian Wall-avatar

    Ian Wall

The app is totally pointless as you can't buy mobile tickets, you still need to pickup the tickets from the ticket machine, Nor can you buy a ticket for a smart card what is the point of this app? Just so SWR can say they have an app?

  90. A Google user-avatar

    A Google user

Needs feature parity with the SWR website, so much potential to help customers here. I want to be able to reload my smart card, and submit delay repay, also notifications for delays would be super useful.

  91. Simon Little-avatar

    Simon Little

I dont use it unless i have to. Much easier on pc when i get home. Buy your season ticket and hope they dont cancel the train or strike because swr are not good at refunding your money.

  92. Luke Edgar-avatar

    Luke Edgar

Tap to load ticket on smart card didn't work and had to pay penalty fare. Please focus on useful features like this, instead of entertainment (do customers really want this?)

  93. Steven Davies-avatar

    Steven Davies

Whilst there is always a need for more information this app is a long way forward on the website. Especially like the live trains feature.

  94. Linda Bereczki-avatar

    Linda Bereczki

registered and bought a ticket online then I downloaded the app which doesn't let me log in and keeps telling "invalid user details" after entering the ones that I sign in with on my lap top.

  95. Richard Ellis-Braithwaite-avatar

    Richard Ellis-Braithwaite

Terrible app. Use the website instead. The app says I need to phone customer services because my smart card number is wrong. The website does not complain with the same card number.

  96. Stephen Lea-avatar

    Stephen Lea

App works to some extent... but wouldn' sell me a return ticket, and every time I use it jams my phone (Samsung J3) so I have to do a hard power off. Not fit for purpose - back to paper tickets

  97. Bryony-avatar

Bought an e ticket on their website and it won't show up on the app. Don't bother with e tickets, clearly not functional yet and not worth it.

  98. angus maclean-avatar

    angus maclean

Disgraceful - long winded, non-sensical fare structure, lack of clarity of available tickets and won't accept payment. And the company wants to remove guards/ticket inspectors who are usually courteous in selling tickets on the spot, thereby overcoming this digital ineptitude.

  99. Terry Jolly-avatar

    Terry Jolly

Great way of booking tickets without the need to pay a commission. Find the real time train progress facility excellent when getting ready to pick up family and friends from the station.

  100. Violeta Laralá-avatar

    Violeta Laralá

I thought the app was quite good but now I can't get e-tickets on my phone for some reason, which is quite annoying and I couldn't buy one when I most needed it in a hurry.

  101. Sarah Horton-avatar

    Sarah Horton

The app is worse than useless. Constantly times out when trying to buy tickets. When a guard comes to check the tickets often it takes an age to bring them up. Hopeless.

  102. Ryan La Mon-avatar

    Ryan La Mon

Frustrating, doesn't ever remember card details and randomly logs you out. Very annoying as you rush to pay before getting on a train.

  103. Sunil Dangayach-avatar

    Sunil Dangayach

Application is good but need to include some must have features. 1. Option book seasonal tickets 2. Option to save/remember card details.

  104. Helen Cutler-avatar

    Helen Cutler

Brilliant most of the time. The odd hiccup when it won't load or purchased tickets don't appear in 'My tickets'.

  105. Hashim Hashim-avatar

    Hashim Hashim

Keeps shutting down just before I can confirm booking... bug needs to be fixed... has so much potential but let down by lack imagination and a little TLC

  106. Carol Dixon-avatar

    Carol Dixon

The app is useful for seeing all my delayed trains and the ones that SWR realise are too late and will affect their ratings if they don't cancel that particular one.

  107. Jonathan Moody-avatar

    Jonathan Moody

There were no ticket collection options for the ticket I wanted. Could have done with a ticket straight to my phone like every bus and airline. Rubbish quite frankly

  108. Mike Tomlinson-avatar

    Mike Tomlinson

Generally good. Annoying that it doesn't allow a template for regular trips to be set up or that in have to select/set up a railcard every time.

  109. A Google user-avatar

    A Google user

Uninstalled. Takes me to "payment", then hangs up and times out. This is unacceptable -the GWR app uses the same software, and works fine.

  110. Len Cooke-avatar

    Len Cooke

First time I used it it produced the wrong ticket. The second time it didn't produce the qr code. There won't be a third time

  111. rizwan ahmed-avatar

its not showing any either south western railways station names or any indian railways station names. its showing abroad railway station names while searching. worst app. name is south western railway and it is promoting abroad railways not atleast Indian railways.

  113. Jakub J-avatar

Cant buy single ticket to load on the itso card. It keeps saying card details are incorrect when I press go to checkout. I didn't even enter any payment card details

  114. Peter Bassett-avatar

Sometimes having bought an e ticket through the app, the ticket does not download, even when on a fast WiFi connection.

  115. Mateusz-avatar

Terrible app. Constantly broken, today all my tickets disappeared. It cannot even remember your credit card or search details.

  116. dolly siminyu-avatar

    dolly siminyu

I always check the app as it has the train times as well the cost of the journeys. So it's easier for me to plan my journeys. I think it is brilliant.

  117. Christopher-avatar

The app gives me up to date info and find to be used friendly. Thank you for this. I wish the company well in riding the current track faults and rail strikes. We will all get there and improve to become number 1.

  118. Kayleigh Whitehurst-avatar

    Kayleigh Whitehurst

Worked fine until the latest update. Now says "technical issue" whenever I search for tickets

  119. Robert Gilmour-avatar

  120. Basil Steven-Fountain-avatar

Utter rubbish. Keeps crashing at payment stage. Bought a paper ticket instead. Uninstalled.

  123. Cecile Horncastle-avatar

Intuitive app easy to navigate. Easy to add a card (not like Trainline app where adding a card is tricky) & supersaver fares are provided.

  124. Toby Jugg-avatar

  127. Vicky Bramble-avatar

  135. Ione Crossley-avatar

worked great even when we had disruption over Christmas break, all the timetable changes were accurate and timely.

  137. Mark Abthorpe-avatar

Better than the Virgin trains app for tracking arrivals / departures. Don't use it for anything else. Explain of delays would be good.

  138. Stephen Brooks-avatar

    Stephen Brooks

Good, only issue is when purchasing tickets find if difficult to know when it is open or defined return and which is best/cheapest travel option!...
