I've used bodyrock for years, but the last 6 months have been a mess. First they switched the app over and I could no longer access videos because it didn't recognize me as a subscriber. It took a week to get it resolved, meanwhile that was a week of paying for something I wasn't getting. Now this week it's telling me I haven't paid and won't let me access my videos, even though I'm auto subscribed. I contacted the help desk 3 days ago and still no response. Just very frustrating.

I love having sweatflix, it allows me to have my workouts wherever I go no matter what so there are no excuses. Some things that I've noticed since using the app is I tend to get lost in the amount of workouts that are available on the home screen. I think it's the way they are organized that has me struggling to pick a workout that I want to do. With that being said, I love that you break it down into workout by type, equipment, etc. I also love when the workouts list the equipment needed.

this app is so fantastic and I love the workouts the equipment all of it! this body rock is I believe one of the best work out programs out there I lost so much weight after my kids with these workouts and I seriously love that there are so so many workouts to choose from you never get bored and you are always met with a new challenge so you can keep reaching goals, gain strength, confidence, and receive amazing results. This this app is a must have.

This is the only exercise routine I use. It never gets old. I decided to quit the gym and purchase the app because I was doing their videos in Youtube. Best thing ever!! I don't have to worry about getting ready for the gym, no time spend driving, my body is constantly challenged and I see the results. People often ask me what I do, I always mentioned Sweatflix. Love the name, love the app!

I really wanted to like this app. I like the workouts but there is no way to sort the workouts in chronological order. You dont have a way to know what equipment will be used so it makes for a disorganized workout. I prefer having the option to preview my workout quickly and easily and not relying on last minute information from the instructor on screen.

The most recent update rolled out and my Sweatflix app turned into BodyRockPlus. Pages take longer to load. Tapping on videos does not play them. I like to download videos for offline use (because my internet is unreliable) and I'll get a notification that they are downloaded but they will not show up in my downloads. Right now the app is basically unusable which sucks since I already paid the whole year up front. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled it twice, and installed on another device

Awesome app. I love the trainers and the hundreds or thousands of workouts available. Type in what your looking for, choose one, workout, save your favs, repeat. The choices range from length of time, equipment, no equipment, trainer, type of workout, mobility, difficulty level, and more. My personal fave is Hiitmax Live with Lisa.

I cancelled my subscription in July, received a confirmation of said cancellation and was STILL charged for August and September. Notified them in August, no reply. Notified them in September and received confirmation with access to the program thru the end of the month. I don't want access. I want my money back but so far, nothing.

Absolutely love everything about Sweatflix! So many different videos and challenges to choose from for all levels of ability. Very motivational trainers! It feels like they are right there in your living room pushing you to get better, stronger, leaner.... I've seen amazing results. So grateful!

i love this app but for some reason when i have videos for offline it never works no matter how many times i redownload them prior. i have no reception in the gym during PT so i can't stream videos. i hope this function continues to improve so it doesn't glitch all the time
