Horrible app. Always says operation failed it's saying 100times out of 100 times. Using this app is a total wastage of time. Suzuki pls update this app and fix the bug else remove this from playstore atleast some space in the playstore will be vacant.

Everytime while Sign-up on the app, it says "Operation failed. Please try again later". Please help me to sign-up and use the app. Otherwise it is only a trouble.

The app is sending OTPs for login after registration, but it is not leading us to the page where the OTP is to be typed. Really waste of time using the app.

service due reminder and book service option is not working I hanot seen such a worst app ever, as suggested by support team, I have aupdayed my dms information by visiting dear but still not able to access the service. very useless app one of the worst app in which more than 90 percent funcnality is not working and no one caring it from suzuki Hi as per your commitment in the comment box, when will you contact me and resolve my issue, whether in 21020 or 2020 itself?

Installed and had it for almost 2 months but I had to remove it as I consider this app a junk. Tried signing up countless times in these last 38 days. Always error or try again. I thought it'd be worth as I have just purchase a new vehicle. Sadly I give up.

Didn't expect at least suzuki would have tested the APP thoroughly before its launch. Lots of bugs/ glitches, App crashes very frequently, let it be android version 8 or 10. No change, crashing of App is common. Expect suzuki to rectify the issues with app and relaunch it for public usage.

Worst app ever. To sign up it asks to provide Mobile No. and VIN no, which I did. After the sign up process I tried to log in then it says user doesn't exist!! After that I tried to sign up again, then it notifies user already exists!!! The app developers need to eat well and take sufficient amount of rest.

A basic app,.. that's showcases bike & owner details... my previous service history is not showing up in the app(this should be reflecting from my suzuki dealer)... Schedule maintenance is not showing up in app, keeps on rotating.... Need more enhancement and updation on app sections, where some replies "no data found"... Note: Everyone need to signup before getting OTP to sign-in the app...

Sort out your technical glitches in the app! Doesn't allow me to submit rating, neither it's allowing me to book a service. If I try booking service, it's asking me to rate the previous service first. I did try and it doesn't go forward after clicking submit.
