    ADD to cart has been introduced but after adding items at check out it says items out of stock. This is painful as we waste lot of time selecting items. Do not display items if unavailable. Mask it. Alternately at least park out bookings and send when available (this provision can be made in the app). Otherwise good app for purchase of milk and milk products. 👍

    Operationally the services are good. But, functionally the chat feature is like of stone age. There is no way to refer to previous comments. And whenever a query is raised, it stretches for long as every time a reference is made new agent replies without understanding the issue. And even if someone accepts the mistake, resolution is not affected. And again, to refer the previous commitment you don't have any way out. So, utterly poor communication in the app.

    Key improvement missed in the latest revamped design is the basic 'Out of stock' label. If the product is no longer available or out of stock, the user should not be alerted about the same on the order summary page. It should be upfront. You simply to need to re-label the '+ ADD' button to 'Out of Stock' or disable the selection for that product. From a user's perspective it's really annoying. This is the reason I have cut my rating from 4 to 2.

    The support is pathetic, you call on the mobile number it will only say 2 then 6 and then more than 20. After a while the music also stops and even if you are willing to wait it is not responding. Don't download the app. It is a frustrating that these people are still operating. They should close down immediately if they can't provide the service. 31 March: The app is worst they don't bother about the customers who trust them with their money.

    The app is very slow. User experience is very bad. Edit: Clearing cache and reinstall is not helping. Its actually your app performance. I guess this app is made on something like cordova. Even though I have issue with your app, your delivery is very good and has been always on time. You are doing good job in that area. Please improve your app performance as well.

    Updated Review :: Issue got fixed, also during COVID-19 great service... >> Worst app I have used ever. In my first order few items were not delivered, for such small issues I had to contact them several times but still they didn't resolve the issue. Also they ask about the issue everytime like they don't know any history. Customer service is the worst - I would never suggest this app to anyone. Use best alternatives like, big basket / Amazon / even swiggy is doing wonderful delivery now a days.

    The App has become useless after the 'Update', as chatting is not possible and phone calls do not get through even after waiting for more then 9 minutes on hold. There is no provision for addressing complaints which are not included in your standard FOQs. I am not able to recharge my wallet, so I am not able to place any new orders. Your early Chatting system was superb and I would get promt / proper response. I have recommeded your app to many relatives & friends so far, but am doubtful now.

    Earlier it's service was excellent. But recently it has become worst. Even if you have subscribed for daily milk and have paid for that in advance. They cancel it quietly in late night. Listed products on their app is only to watch not to get. As most of the time it's out of stock or they cancel it quietly late night. Thoroughly disappointed now. So now I have unsubscribed it.

    The app is good. Basic wallet such as Paytm should be there. All bank cards should be supported. When you add items in the cart, leave or go to cart pop up appears again and again.If I am still shopping in the app it doesnt make sense to show pop up again and again. I would recommend it show it as a reminder when person only adds item in the cart but not pay for the items. If I do shopping for long time app automatically get closed. Intents should be properly handled at backend.

    Every listing is overpriced, and almost everything shown in the list is out of stock. If things are not available due to high demand (which is understandable) try not to show "Add" button for them. You've mentioned price and given an add button, after clicking that you get to know "oh this is also not available". Reducing another star, if you've to anyway send your OTP to WhatsApp, what's the need to ask user for the name sake?? What's the logic behind this?? This can't be testing team' fault

    Delivery was cancelled without any notice. Was not able to get the money back into my account. The customer support on this app is very limited. Most of the issues related to delivery and placing orders cannot be resolved easily. I wish this app did what it was supposed to. But unfortunately it fails. Edit 1: They called and said money will be refunded. Waiting for it. Wallet still shows the balance. Edit 2: I have mailed (sent Mon, Apr 6, 9:02 PM) Still waiting for response. Edit 3: This is funny - they don't even read the feedback. I have already mailed you! You might be able to make a good app if you read the feedback and responding appropriately to them. These canned responses are no good. Edit 4: After chatting with them and interacting with them over email, I have received the refund finally. Changing the rating from * to *** as they kept their word.

    If I have an option, I will not even give single star for this stupid app. Chat option is very bad that we can't even type our query but have to select an option in which our query will not be listed at all. And the contact provided is totally waste as no one picks up the call. I know it's not easy to deliver at this lockdown time but a prior message or notification is the basic thing🙄.

    Note: Do not install this app. Cons: 1.They are opening order for each and every day and next day sending a message that due to surge volume they will not be able to deliver. 2. You cannot withdraw money from this App once you pay... you need to buy stuffs from them otherwise uninstall and count that money in betterment of this company. 3. Customer care service is Robot they just copy paste answer from Notepad. Pros : Searching..........

    In chat option you can't write your queries, but you have to choose one they had. What is this? Someone has different query from yours, now you have enough customers, so start showing tantrums and when you call them, no one will ever come to pick it up. This is not a good sign of you. Govt don't restrict milk delivery but don't know why you restrict from your side?

    You guys need to work on your interface. After installing the app, and adding money to the wallet, I couldn't place the order. I reached out to the customer care and they asked me to close the app, delete the cookies and uninstalling the app. I did all that but it still doesn't work. And none of your products are in stock. Ideally, a good app should then suggest the products that are in stock. In this app, you'll have to manually click on every single product to check it's availability.

    I have changed the rating from 4 star to 1 star because there has been no deliver for the past few days also no one seems to interested in resolving customer issues. The options on chat bot related to daily deliveries has been disabled. Undelivered orders are not being updated in the system. It is an absolutely wate of time to deal with such organisations. Next door grocery shop is able to deliver but not these guys. What is the use of online service when they cannot support thier customers.

    In such difficult time they are sending notifications that they are delivering but they are not in Noida(to me). Daily regret notifications are coming, saying surge in demand, can't deliver. I am old customer, not sure why they are not delivering to old customers first. While all other apps are delivering and milk is available with local shops as well. Let down for customers in time when they were relying on SuprDaily for milk,curd.

    Updating my feedback, thanks for the action taken... After observation for couple of weeks, receiving requested items on time without any issues... From last two months there are frequent daily delivery not getting done, there are days missing daily subscriptions , every time I raise concern it's the same answer "it will not happen next time" still it repeat, planning to move to other grocery daily delivery app.

    Poor Customer Support. Or should I say, no support at all! We understand that it is an unprecedented emergency, but still we are customers are depending on you for deliveries or atleast updates of these are not happening. In this age of digital connectivity I find it hard to believe that a simple message saying that the deliveries cannot be made, cannot be sent. And even with a lean call center, some response is expected. Never using this app again.

Ever since the latest update, there have been issues with the app. I'm unable to place order, when using the contact option, it's routing to an incorrect Mobile number. Chat option doesn't have any humans attending it and bots only have limited options. Pathetic update!!

    One of the best milk delivery app with wide range of milk brands. They cover several areas where other competitors claim no service. Although the response is exceptionally good from the team, the app has got lot of bugs with recent update. It will neither accept your new orders nor renew your existing subscription. Contacted the team multiple times and the problem is yet to be resolved. My subscription ended today and i hope it will be resolved by evening or i have to look for alternate supply

    Not at all professional, no prior information about cancel/vacation of subscription, uncomplete/missing of products and no information. Unplanned off and customer will be informed on delivery date and some time no information. Worst app and experienced. Even i am waiting for my refund (money). Approx 1000₹(INR) Today (22nd Mar'20)- i received a call from suprdaily and when i asked about my refund, they said you will get in 9 days, what is this and why? You guys will do whatever you want?

    Since last update my saved address is missing. Now I'm unable to add the address again either on an IOS device or Android. Address location page isn't working at all. Hence now I am unable to place any order since it keeps asking to enter address. I've tried this on 4 different phones but it isn't working. You should fix this immediately.

    Today was the first time I tried using your app. And you have managed to screw up my very first order. Items are missing and I have tried calling your non existent customer care number. I have also tried to chat but apparently no executives available for 30 mins. How this app has survived is beyond me. Edit: I have sent my details twice. Once through the app and in twitter. Edit 2- They screwed up the order 2 DAYS IN A ROW!! After they called me and promised nothing like this would happen.

    The app and the service is good but there are some issues with the payment via UPI. Registration in the app done via my spouse mobile number I have logged in to the app since I use it. If I pay using my mobile number in UPI it creates a new wallet and not getting recharged in the account from which am actually attempting to pay. Am sure this had worked earlier may be it's a temporary glitch or something changed in the recent update

    Mediocre app I would say. Considering the current situation I am able to see most of the items are out of stock. There are no filters to check 'In stock' items. Literally I have to go to each item and check if stock is available. Pathetic. Better to move to alternative apps

    This app sucks. I recharged for milk pockets subscription 2 days before but it isn't updated yet.. customer care will never respond. Their chatbot is absolutely worst. We can't raise our issue you have to choose anyone of the option which bot shows. Before a month it was good but now it seems worst.

    Untill today my experience had been good but for today's delivery along with my regular subscription I had requested for extra milk packet for which I paid from my wallet. Money was debited yet I just recvd my regular subscription. The customer care no. Provided in the app is not valid. The bot since morning hasn't assigned any customer care executive for my query. I had no other option than posting the feedback here.

Despite leaving multiple messages on their chat support and calls to their support which are unanswered. So yes very disappointed in the app.

    Very bad app. Not sure if it is bug or purposefully done. My subscription order does not get delivered and gets put on vacation. I end vacation and resume subscription and again on the day of delivery it goes to vacation and no delivery. I ordered separately, order gets cancelled but delivery fee does not get refunded to wallet. Every order deducts Rs.1 as delivery fee even if they cancel. Support responds after hours or day simply says no active orders or subscription is scheduled for next day.

    Apart from the ease at which items,if available,can be ordered the app is nuisance when it comes to refund.The chat bot is crazy and isnt of much help.Further,the promises given by executive over chat doesnt hold much ground and they fail to do what they promise.Further,they havent replied to the query raised over mail.Hoping to get the refund at the earliest and then the rating could be changed else 1 star is pretty much fine.

    I have been using Supr Daily for couple of months now. All feature and services availed till date have been excellent. Please add the feature to accept Sodexo card payments as this will help a large population. March 29 - after couple of days since lockdown was initiated, i can see milk products available to be subscribed now, it is highly appreciable and kudos to your team working hard in these tough times. I raised an issue today on adding money to wallet and it was resolved within minutes.

    Editing my review once again from 4 star to 1 star. During current situation of lockdown, I get it if products are out of stock, but you need to click on each of the product, and then you would get to know if you can add it to the cart or if it is out of stock. I had issues with UI of this app earlier also. Chat support sucks as always, they would answer your queries after an hour and then would just close the ticket saying you are not online. I always have to call support wasting my time.

    ABSOLUTELY LOVE this app. It is supr convenient and takes orders till 11:00 PM. I've never gotten a wrong delivery, neither have they skipped a delivery ,even during holidays and in these times of quarantine. They provided all daily essential items and the fruits and vegetables are also of great quality, well packaged and fresh. Wouldn't definitely recommend it to everyone. AMAZING.

    I have ordered the products through this application. However, it was not delivered. I have recharged the wallet with 1000 rs, now the amount got stuck in the wallet and can't get back to my account. How Play Store is allowing this kind of apps. I have tried the contact number provided, and that was not even connecting also chat with us option has only pre-defined set of options to select. Do you know that customer will only face those issues? Worst experience.

    Very bad app. It shows that the product is available and asks to top up the wallet. But even after doing a wallet recharge it does not allow to place an order. I placed my first order but the delivery was cancelled without any intimation. I had to chat with the executive to get the refund. It should not allow to top up wallet of there are no deliveries to be done.

    Good delivery and support team, I appreciate your efforts during hard times. I have three requests : 1) Why there is no Thirumla curd, hence I need to rely on other app for curd ? 2) In subscription please add option of alternatie days. I understand there is option of custom but that does not work for alternate days as there are 7 days a week and 2 days would be falling consecutive. 3) Items are out of stock in cart but visible while browsing, please do not show out of stock items at all.

    The App seems to have gone into a lockdown too. Phone is unresponsive. Chat is no good as there is no link concerning the intended subject. Expressing "sorry" is no solution to skipping supplies. They have to keep some form of contact, that can be reachable and not ditching without informing.

    I have an active subscription for milk for 15 days and after 11pm my subscription gets on hold as Vacation periods starts automatically. No getting my order for past 2 days. No way to contact the support team. No one is answering the phone no. provided and the chat option has limit questions which don't fit my query. Pls assist ASAP.

    I am not able to speak to the customercare. It always says busy. After adding money it doesn't show in the wallet. Chat facility is very poor. It doesn't cover all questions. It should at least allow us to type our queries. Very bad . Not a user friendly app

    Firstly, I really liked the interesting idea of this business. It's definitely a challenge to enter daily delivery segment and perform good. Though they have a running app, delivery executives to sustain daily demand & customer service in place, It is still in at very initial phase and need time to evolve to become good enough. That's why I rate the app to 3⭐ yet as they are still in improving state and long way to go. With same attitude going forward they can become market leaders easily.

    Really dissapointed with the app. My delivery was supposed to happen today. I had opted for a subscription mode of delivery. Its 11am and jo delivery. When I talk with the chat bot it says my delivery has been done. No authentication or accountability is there. Haven't still got any delivery.

    Whenever you try to add an item to cart, the app throws Out of Stock message. If the product is not available then why are allowing the user to add quantity. Really annoying behavior. Kindly show only the items that are available for the user to buy.

    Cheating and bad service they never fulfilled their promise, after cancelling subscription they are not refunding money through original payment method. My money stucked in the wallet I'm going to bring this issue to consumer forum for consumer cheating tactics. My advise to citizens please don't use this app.

    Very poor forst experience. I had taken 30 days subscription of milk nqd the first dayvitself nobody delivered even though app is showing delivered. Voice function is not working. Nobody replies to chat for an hour. If u cancel there is no option to take money in your bank account.

    The app has some or the other issue every now and then. Wouldn't recommend. (Edit) Supr Daily folks called to know the concern. And repeated exactly same thing again today morning. No order delivered and their issue resolving mechanism is not good if you try to do it via the app.

It doesn't refunds your money to bank account rather gives in supr wallet only which blocks your money if the product is not d livered or cancelled... One of the worst delivery app I have used till now... I would have given 0.5 if the option was there...

    The app and support is great, but there is a problem with the chatbot when using chat with us option. It keeps on asking how many items expired, whatever i respond either i type number or write the number in words. It is really annoying, pls fix the chatbot issue

    Very bad experience. Yesterday's and today's orders not delivered. It's understandable that due to lockdown there's no call service. But there's absolutely no response on chat also. Money also not refunded. I was hoping it would turnout to be a live saver at these times, but it's useless.

    App working good, there's no issue with check out the orders. But always they sent msg that we will not be able to deliver due to on ground challenges. Amt will be refunded to ur supr wallet. So guys no issues u can keep on place the orders with out money deduction.

    Ever since I upgraded to the latest version of Supr Daily software yesterday, I am seeing no essential items in the Supr Daily . For the last two days there are no food items in Supr Daily in Bombay city . Seems to be something wrong with the software update provided as a result we cannot see any items nor place orders for the same .

    I have subscribed to two different milk packets. Due to this pandemic situation I m receiving only one. That's ok. But it havent extended my subscription to the next day or havent got my money back. And one day I havent received any product 26th mar. I feel that every one else too. But they didnot extended the subscription.. really cheating. Very very bad dont use this. Use other apps they seems good I even called them and messaged them but no response. It's happening since one week or more.

    I had taken milk subscription and since last 10 days they are saying, its been delivered in the app however only once the milk was delivered. Tried all contacts possible, not a single response from them. And on top of that, they take upfront payment, so you are losing on your money and inspite of asking them to cancel the subscription and refund the money, they are just postponing the deliveries instead of refund. One looking for this app, just refrain or else you will regret.

    Delivery Issue(s): At the time of delivery, daily we need to check all items are present or not. There is no notification for items that are unavailable. We have to check and report issue related to item(s) missing, then only they check and refund money into wallet. Vegetables are expensive. Packing Issue: Why plastic is used for packing item(s)?

    Very disappointed. There have been no delivery of my active subscription for last two weeks. Everyday, I find my order getting auto-cancelled without any notice to me, subscription updated and / or refunded to my wallet. Isn't it only waste of time and money? There is no customer care. You guys don't even keep your own words. The chat sessions don't cover the genuine customer issues. You don't respond to emails either. Just, you have to assess yourselves.

    The worst app for any type of purchase I would negative if I could. At first when I purchased milk for 10-15 days I got it but when I booked for 1month and I was out of station and booked milk on this app as my wife is pregnant. But I got for 2days and later I complained multiple times and never got any proper response. They just said my subscription would be extended but I'm not getting what I need what's the use of extending without delivery of product My first time rating an app badly

    One of the worst application I have ever experienced. Redeculous.. It accepted the order, commit for delivery, deduct the amount from wallet but did not deliver the order. This happened to me thrice.. No communication/messages received for cancellation of orders. Each time I have to enquire about the reason for cancellation of order and but they have no specific reason...the customer care executive simply says..we will refund your amount. I will not recommend any one to use this app.
