    I am always using your app for all my groceries and household items. Supr daily gives us super discounts. As a feedback, I would like to say that you should remove supr credits monthly and annual limit, as all your offers has cashback. I have ordered so many things from supr daily so now my monthly limit has finished, so now i can't get weekend offers and all, so that's disappointing .

    Pathetic service... I was told my refund will be initiated in my original mode of payment in 7 days but its already 10 days and there is no follow back... I have tried calling customer care but they keep on hold for hours and no one answers the call. The chat feature shows that the server is busy.. Worst app and even worse customer care service..

    Tried to place 1st order on app. Payment was successful but didn't reflect in app. Did you guys really did payment integration correctly? No resolution of payment issue on priority basis. Also no way to see raised tickets in app. [EDIT]: payment somehow got reflected in app. Another disappointing thing is app is failing to deliver alphanso mangoes on most of the orders.

    Day by day service is becoming worst. They are adding the delivery charges and increasing it month by month.. sometimes they won't deliver the product itself, but update the status as delivered in the application. If we raise the compliant, it take two days to get the resolution. It's better to switch to other applications or go and get the products by own instead of depending on this service provider. Before it was good. As every service provider, this also changing their color.

    Delivery service is absolutely fine but telephone support is very very difficult. The automated voice keeps saying there is limited staff. Nowadays it says that until a complaint is registered I cannot speak to anyone. When I register a complaint the chat service takes hours to respond. I wish someone would call me to resolve my issue, really. It's very annoying.

    Have become one of the worst apps, you add items make order and payment gets deducted and message says order placed only next day you will realise that money Was taken and added to their wallet but order placement never went through all items remains in your cart. Poor experience, raise a complaint they will give missed call once or twice and close it without any resolution.

    I have subscribed for daily milk delivery and have been receiving without any problems for the month. Then I went to recharge my subscription and added ₹1000. Somehow this money went to GROCERY wallet, that means that I can't get milk for this money. I called customer service and told it's non refundable. Now I am trying to buy groceries, tomato, coriander, mint, flour sugar for past 3 days. Every day the delivery goes to next day. So far nothing received. There is no problem with milk delivery.

    Be careful before you buy. I took a subscription of tender coconut. When I took the subscription I ws offered a discounted price of 36 or 37 per coconut. I took a 60 day subscription. Suddenly in a weeks time the discount was removed and I had to pay 54 per piece. At the time of subscription some Super access membership was sold to me. Now if I dont renew that membership, they will charge me additional delivery charges for my existing subscription. I got fooled, you don't.

    The worst experience to a lifetime Supr Access member, you can imagine the experience of ordinary customers. Since I am out of station from few weeks and there is NO option of Pause Supr Access benefits, I tried many times to cancel the auto renewal of membership from the App but got error "Something unexpected happened". Earlier we could directly call to the customer care and report the issue. Now, that's not there and surprisingly cannot raise a complaint the Supr Access membership.

    You order 5 items, they send 3 and notify that all 5 have been delivered. Then you have to raise a refund request, you order again and the cycle continues. 4 deliveries later, I can confidently say that its highly unreliable. All 4 had missing items. And 2 of them had damaged products - even to the extent that products which had warnings written like 'Don't consume if seal is broken' were explicitly damaged and leaking. Some of the pros are discounts and wide range of products.

    Many items are costly and only costly items are available. Items with reasonable price are very few, and be it vegetables be it grocery with low price are always out of stock. Moreover if I select an item either vegetable or grocery for next day, app always showing the possibile delivery date as three days later. Means I won't get if need anything urgent for next day. Delivery charges also seem high for products other than milk. However delivery is good.

    This app and customer support deserves negative rating. I have received poor quality of milk on 2 occasions within a span of 4 days for which I have not received any response. Moreover the process of reporting any quality complaints is very tiresome, you can not upload the photos of defective product which is mandatory for registering any complaints. Very smart . Even after 24 hrs. of registering the complainant on Twitter, no one has contacted. I have cancelled all my subscriptions

    Worst business standards followed. How can you make buying the Super Access membership mandatory while renewing the subscription for an item? I had to pay 99/- membership fee for a month to renew milk subscription for one month (as I am relocating after that). You claim I don't have to pay for service fees (45/-) but I had to pay 99/- for Super Access membership which was made mandatory in the app to renew subscription. THAT'S JUST PATHETIC!!! Your standards have gone SuperLow.

    Very bad experiment with them. Always have some issue. Not very transparent in terms of cancellation and adjustment. If you cancel a delivery it will get adjusted somewhere. Where it is no idea. No tracking or anything. I am sure I am missing a lots of money due to it. Not recommend this service. There are some better options available.

    So many products out of stock and we only know of it at the final step. For example I tried buying pomegranate juice from the app. Everytime i added juice of a particular brand when i went to the Cart to pay it would say not available in your location. Your app needs improvement. It knows my location and it knows location availability of all products. It should only show me products that are in stock for my location. It will save customer time and reduce frustration.

    Worst way of cheating the customers. Am able to see the difference in price amount for each and every products for Supr Access Member and the Normal account. There is an increase in price only for Supr Access Member alone. Removing the delivery fee and increasing the product price is what supr access? Also, whenever I check, most of the grocery items are out of stock. Not sure, why do we have that section. Need clarification on this. Awating your response.

    They are looters, once you will subscribe for milk or any other product. You will get nothing but in app, they will update as item delivered. Even they will not refund your money. Therefore Waste of time and Money. No customer service. No one is receiving call in customer care. Without any delivery of milk they are showing as delivered. Do not waste your money with this type of cheater app. Plz go for local shop. I wish i could give negative rating.

    Many reason to give them negative marks. 1. No customer support 2. Even if you are calling from registered number,it doesnt take that number as registered and disconnect the call. 3. Live chat reply in 3-4 hours. Check my twitter page. Screenshot available. 4. Two separate wallet in same app. Even if you load money , it got expired, if you dont use it. 5. Rates are higher. 6. Didnot received eggs pack of 6 and they refunded 2 rupees.

    It used to be good. They started charging fee for deliveries but that is understandable as free deliveries are not sustainable for longer term. Coconuts used to be bigger for the same price, Now the size of the coconuts reduced. Some tomatoes are rotten and today I got damaged eggs, when I complained to ccare they simply closed it saying higher authorities will get back to you but I dont see anyone contacting me so far. If we are ordering milk, curd or some packed items it is good otherwise no

    Very worst service, always do mistake in subscription.They give less number of delivery in subscription,so please crosscheck every one and verify from ur side also .without prior information they cancel the delivery and they've no idea about star rating is more than enough.I want to cancel the subscription and refund my money in my bank account. For one issue u have to call several time and several hour for chat.In chat they didn't want to understand ur problem.😠

    Worst app ever! My first order, one item was missing. Called their helpline for refund. She promised me that it would come to my account. But instead, it came to my Suprdaily Wallet. So I was forced to use their app just to spend this money. Second time, I placed an order, money was deducted, I got Order Placed notification, and the order was NOT delivered. Third time, delivery agent just left everything outside without informing me so milk, yogurt & fruits got spoiled. Avoid this app!

    Worst service. One of item in delivery was missing. I raised complaint, and it was closed without any information or resolution. Next day, I called service center , I have to spent more than an hour and more than 10 calls to put my point. Still no resolution. Today same thing is happening. They are just disconnecting calls. I already spent 40 min in this. Never go for it. You will regret. I tried to contact via chat also. No body replied after 2 hours, so I have to close this

    High subscription fees/delivery charges. Items out of stock or not delivered. They really want you to pay ₹99 a month for membership otherwise they tack on delivery fees such as ₹20 for a packet of curd that costs ₹22. Many of the items listed in their app are actually out of stock or if available, they may postpone delivery and then say that they couldn't source it. Better to use FTHDaily as I'm doing.

    Pathetic service. They take your money & after 11 00 pm, you get a message that due to unforeseen circumstances x no of items can't be delivered. No accountability... very difficult to reach them. WA is used ONLY to inform the customer about price INCREASE & so no of subscription remaining... it's like a govt dept, though to be fair, govt depts are much better these days! Shouldn't insult them. Uninstalling NOW. AVOID this app, not worth the hassle.

    I should have read reviews before ordering food items. The service is quite pathetic and the fruits which I ordered were literally rotten. I am so shocked. These guys don't check anything, not even basic check. The black grapes were broken, smelly, had fungus.. just not edible. The other 2 items were not even delivered. I have been ordering milk for last 1 year and they dint even refund for damaged milk packets. But this was the last nail in coffin. I am waiting for resolution.. Let's see.

    Made a recharge to the supr daily wallet to order grocery as there isn't any direct payment checkout option available but amount was debited from Bank but wasn't credited in the wallet. On the very moment when discussed the issue with Customer care they said it you be assured it takes 2hours for the wallet to get credited. I am waiting for more than 3 days now after speaking twice to customer care and now customer care doesn't ans calls. But the issue remains unsolved and no trace of my money.

    This app has so many technical issues. I order something you guys deduct the money but the product is not added to my cart for delivery. Then you guys do not refund the money if you cancel an order. I have been ordering for over 6months and have been so patient even when I got some rotten stuff and you all did not refund it. But this is too much I am only losing my hard earned money and I keep sending screenshots and trying to get in touch but nobody bothers. Horrible experience.

    The moment I open the app after download, I can only see the banners loading. Not a single product gets loaded. I downloaded this app based upon a recommendation from my friend and it seems when I told him about this problem he said that, "this app will start working on your phone after 2-3 days" Hilarious isnt it ?     Super daily is not accepting payments from Amex credit card. Their customer support has gone to worst to pathetic. They promise for discount and do not credit the discount to customers account. If you try to reach customer care on call your call will not get connceted to their agent. If you raise a complaint still it will not be responded. Their annual charges are increasing.

    Worst customer support This app may be good just for milk delivery and not good for groceries and vegetables. And, you don't get appropriate resolution, when you raise issue for missing items. When contacted thru call, they ask to connect with chat and they won't respond or respond very very late after 6 hrs or something. Again you have to explain the issue and will not get a resolution.

    Most pathetic, annoying and frustrating experience. I am just about to begin the subscription but the problem started before hand with the fake delivery to another location of the Supr Bag, Customer care executive were very rude and unprofessional, they all spoke differently and had no updates to the issue. Have started the subscription for my father in law at the same time but I am doubtful whether he will recieve the milk on time or will have fake delivery update. Please don't subscribe.

    Its only good for milk delivery.. For veggies - they might cancell/reschedule your order even after order no trust untill yur order delivered. We can't plan out things based on confirmed order. Your inbox will filled up with messages "your order delivered partially sorry for the inconveniences" For groceries - They saying order by 11pm and get it by 7am but they working like order by 11pm get it in couple of days..again it might be reschedule.

    My very 1st order was a big mistake. Here's how: Most of my orders have something or the other missing and to avail refund is a big pain. They have their personalised wallet i.e. Supr credits, they always refund in that wallet so that you order with them again and again face dissatisfaction and the chain continues. They also charge service fee unless you are their members- without even building credibility of delivery service. It's extremely unpleasant.

    Poor support, Delayed delivery, and Differentiation. Chat support sucks, delayed response. No alert if there is a response. Can't access previous support chat. Only way to access is by starting new support chat. Standard replies from support with no logic. I feel you have to take off delivery by 7am from your title. Because it never happens. I've been using from past 4 months. It's always in b/w 8:30to10:30am. I reached many times with a differentiation in coupon benifits. No proper answer.

But before making any order or subscription please see what you are getting on hand and not what you will get. As per the conversation with their call center company decides what you get. Calling call centres takes 7 hrs and messages Infinity. Please beware its our hard earned money. Sorry but nothing is delivered as possible there are many hidden charges. Ots worst than an insurance company.

    Initially they were good and I had given 5 stars. Now with even super access for a year we cant buy single product. If we add biscuits to cart while buying it says you need add 2 or 4 as minimum. Also, few products gets cancelled at the time of delivery. Except for buying milk, they are becoming useless.

    Worst app, first order on April 16, multiple message received for adress verification to be on April 18, 6:00 am - 10:00am with request to allow the person in society and intimate the security and order to be delivered on April 19. On April 18, I waited till10:40am and then called to customer care, says the verification can be done any time in 24 hrs. After some time they called and say due infrastructure issue order can't be delivered and refund will take next 10days. Don't waste time here.

Their customer service is pathetic too, chat is never available and call center person told to raise issue over app only. So guys don't fall for offers it's a SCAM.

That too with half the items 😠 There is no way to cancel any order from app, so they will keep on come knocking early morning for days once you place just 1 order with them, very very poor.     Pathetic service! My very first order was a mess. I ordered 2 packages of Amul butter worth ₹450 and all I get is Amul cheese of ₹100. For the first order I got my refund but after that I ordered for 4-5 times and at last they tell they Deleivered my order somewhere else. So in all the service is worst. Not worth it. And also they refund the money in their Supr Wallet so we can't use the money somewhere else.

    Useless delivery model, pathetic support...since morning these guys were telling that they collected the order and would deliver it by 11 am.I shared the location as well. At 4pm status is updated as delivered. Once i called at customer care, they informed me that they dont have inventory...i placed this order a day before means they have one complete day to procure items.     Extremely pathetic service, there is no way we can call customer service, it always goes to automated chat or the agents don't respond. They deliver it to their house and say that it is delivered. Then after many follow up we get refund as wallet credit and no way to get it in the original payment mode. It should be banned for it's worst service.

I have updated version in my mobile and I also reinstalled the app. ***Update Worst Customer service experience I faced, No one is responding from your dedicated chat and the call service is like hell you have to wait 15-20 minutes then it got disconnected automatically.     Horrible experience...they claim to deliver the ordees by 7am while the orders gets delivered much beyond 7am. Y'day I placed an order for 05 items out of which I received only 02 today morning at about 08 and the delivery person was caught unaware of the rest 03 missing items. Since everything is prepaid you have to struggle for your own money spent. Besides they take 07-09 working days to refund your money back into your source wallet and the reason given is that they refund via NEFT.

    Ughhh!!! I am so frustated with this supr people. They are the worst worst thing ever happened. So i ordered multiple times to save my hard earned money which they were turning into supr coins or something rubbish that expires within 24hrs, so you have to order to not see you money get wasted. Multiple times did i order with 20rs charge and they kept not delivering one or other order and again turn my miney into coins that expire without consent. Contacting them is so difficult. Dy are waste!!

Now They've discounts they give offers they give cashbacks and everything but their Customer Support Services have deteriorated drastically. Waiting for 12/24+ hours for resolution is crazy. That too they come on chat hours after raising the request. It's a big pain point.

Orders are cancelled by them without any notice Cheap Packaging. Ill-trained.Chat support is mis-behaved and ill-mannered. Any complaint raised might not be taken seriously by them unless you chase them up multiple times.They don't follow any SLA/TAT. Damaged products are delivered at times.Promos don't work.

So please don't relying on this. Customer care is also replying after minimum half an hour. Nither they are delivering nor they refund amount in mode of payment. They keep the amounts in wallet.

    Milk subscription was to end and hence added money and it landed in grocery wallet and not in supr wallet...with grocery wallet you can purchase all other things except milk.. Called customer care and they say it cannot be reverted to supr wallet. Not sure why 2 wallet are created as its so confusing to the user.. Had been using this app for about 1.5 yrs, & this is the worst experience. Sad to say they are not bothered to lose a loyal customer just because of these wallet confusion..

    First experience is worst have order on 12/4 and was assured that milk will be delivered on 14/4 by 7am. When I called to customer service team that order is not delivered (on 14/4 at 7.13am) they told me it will delivered by 10. Than what is the use to book in advance.and there was no communication for delay in delivery when I called at that time they raised complaint.

    Pathetic experience. They will say the order is delivered on the App. But no one will come to deliver the product. I don't even know if I will get my money back or not. Update - I got refund and they gave me 50rs as a good will gesture. Customer service called few times to check the issue. I ordered again and the product was delivered smoothly. Just one thing, if they can give option for people who want delivery in afternoon or evening.




    App responds very slowly. Always shows go to the cart . When i have to buy it adds that money what i have paid already . As a reply to the same problem in the chat i am advised to update the app. updated the app . But still same problem.

    Service from Supr Daily is fine but recently found it is not fully reliable. Despite hanging a bag on door the items were delivered on lobby floor. Three consecutive days I raised a complaint but Supr Daily did not take any corrective action. They did nothing to correct the mistake. Upon escalation their representative gave weird response, rather excuse, that since I don't have Supr Daily branded bag they are not responsible for the items delivered on the floor. IRRESPONSIBLE.. not recommended.

    The latest update. The app deducts supr access money without customer knowledge or permission. There is no provision to request cancellation or refund. I feel cheated by this co. This is never ending ordeal. If you guys are at least honest pl refund unauthorized deductions I will never use these type of apps ever in my life. The app doesn't allow calling customer care at all.     Cart functionality is screwed up. If one ordernis already marked for say Tuesday and paid too and if user is placing another order for say Wednesday , by no means cart should show items for which amount is already paid ie of Tuesday. It should only show Wednesday items. Pl invest in testing it thoroughly.




    I want to purchase other products but I lost trust as on 30th March 2021 I did not receive 2 products out of total orders and feel insecure for your system. Still your app shows delay in resolution. I regret that when I call you, no one answered and no one is calling from your side for the issue to be discussed. I found they don't have sound system and don't buy anything apart from subscription.

But due to technicalities the supr daily team cancelled my orders after accepting them and that too after 2-3 days later. Also, rs 100 grocery balance lapsed and no benifit is given even after complaining the suprdaily team.

    Place order before 11pm and get delivery after 2 to 5 days. They charge you for SUPR ACCESS membership and don't provide any grocery on time. It is utter useless app. Any their chat support make you wait for 1 hour just to say that sorry for inconvenience.




    Worst customer support team, they don't listen via mail or chat. They change anomaly. Its complete waste of money. Even top hierarchy team don't reply your mail. Send followup mail to Puneet and his team but couldn't get any response yet. Suggestions for other customer: don't take any long term plan otherwise you have to loose your money. Even they don't reply on play store review/concern.

    Pathetic customer service! Customer executives are rude and not provide any solutions. These people are cheating customer s with the coupons which they share in their site. No cashback happens even after it shows applied successfully in the app. When you talk with customer service people they justify saying it is coming invalid in their system! Also I have encountered the items missing and damaged during delivery even at that point they have not replaced or credited cashback.

    Cheats!! When u put money in the wallet while applying promotional coupons, the entire money goes into the "grocery wallet", which cannot be used to buy milk. Shouldnt only the promo component have restrictions, instead of entire amount? And their support services are beyond pathetic and irresponsible. I have tried emails, chats and voice calls, but nothing gets thru to them. Service levels have surely dropped here. And then they send their survey links which they themselves dont look into!

    Customer service really poor!!! 3rd April raised an issue ,orederd 2 pkt milk received 1 pkt. But no action so far....I have opt for milk subscription...and it seems I have made a mistake again by trusting supr daily. I will see for local milk provider instead taking follow up with supr daily without any define time frame from supr daily.

    Delivery man of supr daily such lick chor . I orderd at supr daily when product is deleverd but some product is missing .its multiple time happen . When I raise complain against this order but no one resolve my problem . So my adwise is aware from all things pls dont order valuable product from supr daily its can be deleverd or may be not its all depend on delevery boy

    Worst delivery service and fake offers on there app.. no proper customer support to complaint about missing order delivery.. for sure your will not delivered if the item is in discounted list in your cart and max you will get refund one more gimmic from supr daily.

    it is going worst day by day. In last 7 days, either they didn't deliver the milk or delivered around 11:30 am. Even at 12 noon, status in app shows on the way but when we called customer care, they don't even want to try to deliver and happily say we have initiated refund as it is already 12 noon. Everyday they say, we are sorry and will not happen again but it is repeated. When we said, we would like to end subscription, they are happy to assist to do so. Very much disappointed and frustrated.

    the application will not respond in time. always we should click back multiple times. at the end all actions will perform in sequence and application exits. again we should re open and then check items from starting

    Supr daily ur delivery fee is exorbitant even if the order value is high. Fruits quality going sub standards. Will soon move away completly from your app. You have Rs.20 as your delivery but payment took away 40. You started well to capture market but your service is going down day by day

    These people are useless. They wont confirm upon delivery. Dont know whether they are not delivering or someone else are picking the items. Anyway i dint get my items. This is being 2nd time i m not complaining but u deserve 1 star. Would be usefull if there is a way to alert the user on items delivery.

    Hello there I have been placing orders continuously for 2-3 days and just one day before delivery dates I am getting typical reason of Operational Issues everytime and hence delivery cannot be made. May I know what all operational issues you are facing which is not allowing you to deliver even my single order. You should not take orders if you have such an operations available.. And worst part is that you are not refunding paid amount in original account instead you are refunding in your wallet.

    Unhygienic deliveries. No resolutions on complaints. App does not have options to escalate complains. No confirmation option for customers to confirm complaint is resolved or not. They change the status as resolved by themselves

    I raised a complaint 3 days before and they told within 24 hrs it will get solved. Still now i am following up but there is no response. My money has been debited from my account by it is not reflecting. They have no proper management. Worst customer service.

    Service is not so good delivery person drop goods to other wing, and 2 nd thing if we ordered goods with cashback balance they are not deliver and I chat MSG no reply and 2 days later they replied that cashback validity period expired so not get material or wallet balance back, I am also customer of Big basket if there is any undelivered item they refill wallet in few minutes with 10 or 20 % additional amount for inconvenience So be careful friends 🤠🤠

    Worst service. They don't even have customer support team to address issue. It says typically replies in few minutes, even after hours of waiting nobody replies or addresses the issue.
